Got to the ups store just before they closed. I had a label already that I needed to print and the cashier (G......) told me She can’t print it for me and that I have to use the shared computer in the corner of the store and print it (minimum of $3 for being online + extra for printing + extra charge per minute+ I had to log in to my gmail account+ nothing to sanitize the keyboard or surface). I asked again, are you sure you can’t help me print it and she said “no and I have to close soon”.I’ve been using the ups stores services twice a week in more than 5 states for the last 11 months (my company has an account with them) and this is the first time and first branch that they wouldn’t give me an email address to send the label to and for them to print for me.Take in mind that they were also more expensive than any other ups stores I’ve been to (I bought two padded envelopes).

This place is overpriced and the staff is not helpful at all. They charged me for $9 extra for a small shipping box and service fee (This is in addition to the shipping fee). When I mentioned that I used to pay way cheaper at another UPS store, the lady at the cashiers answer was a smirk!

The girl working the register was too unintelligent to accurately convey to the customer something as simple as the price of stamps. Then, when the customer asked for a refund because the price had been conveyed incorrectly, the store was unable to issue a refund because they claimed their computer system couldnt refund a debit card, and they had no cash on hand at the store. Absolutely abysmal customer service and low-IQ employees.

I used this establishment for a simple packaging and UPS drop off with a pre-purchased UPS label. Someone the label that was created was never used a d the package went missing. The tracking number I received from the store displayed a shipment to a random address in a location that was not my sending destination.At the end, my package was never delivered and no one at the Establishment except fault and therefore were not reimbursed me.

I have stopped by this location of UPS a few times now. Most of my visits have been to drop off Amazon return boxes. The wait generally has been 3-5 minutes before I can hand over the package and get a shipping receipt. But, the other day, I had to mail a letter to an overseas destination. I waited in line for over 5 minutes to be serviced. There was just one person ahead of me. There were 2 UPS employees but the second person was walking around doing busy work.I wanted to know the price before I paid and the person helping me begrudgingly said it would cost $98.xx to ship the 1 page letter! I dont know if that is the standard price for UPS or if this was a marked up cost offered at this location, but $98 for shipping a 1 page document does sound ridiculous to me! Needless to say, I did not carry out my business there, but rather went to USPS a couple of blocks down from this UPS location.

I would give them a zero star if possible. Staff there is very rude. I walked in after seeing that they also provide USPS service, which I also confirmed with the staff. I told the lady that I just wanted to use the regular USPS service to mail my package to North Carolina (the package is less than 3lb by the way), and there is no rush. She told me the lowest cost would be $27. I just couldnt believe what I heard. Seeing my surprising look, the lady literally grabbed the sheet she passed to me earlier, threw it away (because I already wrote my name on it), said: you can go to a USPS store and there are more choices, and walked away. I later mailed my package at a USPS store for less than $8.Just dont understand why people can be so rude. As a service provider, you have all your rights to charge any unreasonably high price. But as a customer, I also have my rights to be treated politely and, at least, understand what I am charged for before I make a decision.From the earlier reviews, I see that I am not the first one they tried to overcharge. Save your money to go somewhere else!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS UPS STORE. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I purchased a shipping label to mail my passport to NYC and after UPS lost the passport and visa, the store refused to reimburse me for the $1000 I incurred replacing all my documents. They pointed the finger at UPS corporate and UPS corporate pointed the finger at the store and at the end of the day it is the customer that ended paying for their mistakes. The store was less than helpful from start to finish. Avoid UPS altogether, but if you cant, go to any other UPS store. I would give them a negative score if I could.

This store closes at 5:00 pm, though it says it closes at 5:30 pm. I arrived at 4:55 pm and the door was already locked. I ran a mile to get there. The clerk inside saw me, and she ignored me. She is the worst.

I had to get a document notarized and then mailed. It was very easy and convenient that they notarize documents and that process went smoothly. However, when he went to mail the document he automatically chose express shipping without asking me what kind of shipping I wanted or needed. After going back and forth several times he switched it, but Im still not convinced he really gave me all the options available to me. In addition, when I got the e-mail notification for the shipment, the address and name, as well as the sent from information was all in lower case letters, even though on the form I put capitals where necessary. As a document thats being notarized one can assume its important. I am really not sure why he felt it was unnecessary to follow the sheet exactly since it was clearly written. Overall less than mediocre experience.

Always dependable, this friendly neighborhood UPS store has helpful, courteous and knowledgeable staff wholl take care of all your parceling needs. Every time Ive been there Ive had a great experience. Its been a breeze for me to drop off packages and ship parcels. They truly make the process simple and straightforward for you. The store also carries a variety of packing and shipping materials.

Our business (Global Meridian IT) has been doing business at 2100 M since 2008. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager, Tim, has help our business with printing, direct mailing, and an assortment of other services. Excellent customer service. And the staff gets the job done and on time.

Had to drop off packages and they needed to be taped. Was rudely told I had to buy a roll of tape. I’ve never had this happen at another UPS. This store is right below my office but will likely find another location to use.

I think it is outrageous that I was just charged $2 dollars for one piece of tape missing from a package I was sending. It’s ridiculous, USPS and FedEx both have tape for customers to use. Not very good customer service, just one piece of tape, it’s not like I was going to tape an entire box up.

PRICE GOUGING. My college student son needed a USPS priority express envelope and unfortunately it was a holiday so the post office was closed. He had no other option but to buy it at this UPS store. They charged him DOUBLE!! $48 dollars !!!

All other times using this UPS location has been OK. Except for this one time I have placed an online print order - ONLY 5 PAGES - about an hour before coming to the store. I asked if they could print it for me. They rudely said no and its not like the store was super busy. They want to charge me to use their computer $3 minimum and $2 per page. Its so ridiculous. Its 2016 there are so many ways to quickly print a couple pages.Apparently in user Reneys review below they printed her order on the spot??

The service is efficient and reliable. As a shipping agent for international shipments, however, I do not recommend this UPS store for two reasons. First, the proprietor seems unaware of UPS own rules regarding insurance value vs. invoice value. Second, he also seems unaware of basic import excises and duties and is unable to provide any advice on that front. This is in addition to the problem that others have observed, namely, the proprietor tends to overcharge for packing and taping services. There are UPS stores (e.g., 18th Street) where the shipper are far more savvy about global shipping rules and do not nickel-and-dime you to death.

The worst UPS store I have ever visited. Rude customer service(there were two girls) who seemed to be bored of their work. They also charged me some miscellaneous fee which was unheard of. I was there to drop off an Amazon package that was prepaid.

This UPS store incorrectly addressed a package that I filled out a form for (I have the form and receipt and confirm that it was correctly given, someone at this branch put it into the system wrong and it appears wrong on the package I was just returned a few days ago). They also wanted nearly $10 for a tracking number - go to a USPS, if possible - its included and your package will get there!! I had to ship something while visiting the area from out of town and I am lucky I got what I shipped back - its a friends USB drive that she forgot while visiting me and spent over a month lost in the mail after it was addressed wrong and shipped by workers here. This isnt my first foul experience with a UPS store this year and I will no longer be recommending them to anyone.

The worst UPS store! Tried to make an Amazon return there and was told my package was insufficient but only after she scanned the code (once scanned, it can’t be done again at another location) and despite me asking first if it was fine. The clerk then wouldn’t give me the label. I had to spend over an hour on the phone with amazon trying to get another label sent to me so I could return the gift.

These guys are having a laugh.To ship a computer via ground shipping to Tennessee, they tried to charge me nearly $250. After complaining that that was exorbitant, the man behind the counter offered me a discount, and brought the price down to the still stately sum of $200.Upon inspection of the receipt later, I found that they were charging me over $50 for the box and peanuts, as well as $35 in labor.Call me naive, but $80 to place something in a box and cover it in styrofoam seems a bit excessive. And $120 to ship, also seems rather high.Needless to say, it will be a desperate day before I give these guys any more of my business.

Worst experience Ive had with any retail store in DC. I was kicked out because I brought my dog inside. I was told to tie him up outside in the 92 degree heat and then come back inside. Ive lived in DC nine years and this is the first retail store Ive been asked to leave in. Needless to say I will no longer be using UPS.
