The Service Center was OK only because I was forced to pick up my envelope that was not delivered within specified time allotments 3x. It is ALWAYS crowded... Never moves fast BUT EVERY customer is given good customer service and satisfaction.

This is is the second time I’ve had packages delivered from this facility. Both time it says that delivery attempt was made and no answer from customer. I work from home and that is not possible. Their drivers are a bunch of liars. When you call to make a complaint, they give you the run around. FedEx should do a better job hiring drivers. I needed my medication and because of them I’m missing a dosage from my much needed medications. I’ve stayed on the phone hours to have my package redelivered. They are no where in sight. Horrible facility. This place needs to be shut down.

Ill make the short sweet and to the point.Every time FedEx ground delivers our packages they refuse to put it inside our drop box/container. It clearly say drop box on it. I have photos of them placing the packages next to it, rain or snow they wont use it.Ive even gone out and spoke to the driver just to have him laugh at me and drive away. I had the driver role up his window on me and refuse to talk to me. I called FedEx to file a complaint and every time I do they tell me someone will be in touch and no one ever calls.I was advised by FedEx express that FedEx ground was independent contractors and FedEx would not do anything to discipline them.This is bad business and Im getting tired of it.I see the reviews online and Im not the only one getting fed up with them. They will reap what they sow...I posted several picks showing the delivery so you could see the date and time so you know Im speaking the truth.

Horrible Service! paid for next day delivery and I did not get it. They said an attempt was made but nobody was home, which is not trues since we have a concierge who gets all the packages. The delivery driver was too lazy to get it out of his truck. they said they were going to deliver it the next day but I still have not gotten it. This company is trash

I hate this place with a passion, its the only FedEx Center that I have ever encountered, out of the thousand or so that I have been to, that asks for ID even when youre not in a vehicle. One would never bother to come to the FedEx Center to rob for packages they just wait for them to come on our streets to deliver our packages and steal them from the trucks. But asking for my identification to drop off a package is a security measure?? How asinine!

Security guards are very rude. I just needed to ship a laptop but I had to sign in and present ID which was for me extremely too much just to ENTER the place. Horrible will never go and I don’t recommend anyone else to go

Slowest FedEx store ever! Came here three times to ship a box in one week. People work here are so slow. 1st time I was there as the second in line and waited 45 minutes then the guy said computer has issue. Second time they said they don’t accept package after 7pm even though closing hours was 8:30pm. 3rd time I waited 20 minutes even though there was only 1 person in front of me and three people working. One guy was working like a snail while the other two were doing something on the computer. I finally got my package shipped on the third try. Waste of time here to come. They need to be more efficient as a flagship store!

I saw mixed reviews here and wanted to check it on my own. They followed covid rules. Thats good. But, not so much on service. FYI - this is NOT my first time I am using Fedex prepaid label printed at home. They couldnt scan my label and didnt want to provide any alternatives. Kept saying its not dark enough. I was requesting to see if they could use a different scanner. But, they kept blaming on the print. Took the same print out to the 14th street Fedex and there were no issues and got delivered to the destination today! Wish they could have accommodated at least by trying a different scanner or printing it there or... something instead of repeating the same statement over and over again. Anyways, this is the last time I am going there. I love the 14th st one - courteous and clean. I took it here because I was on my way to a place close to them.

Arrived here at 9:05. Due to covid 19 only 3 people are allowed inside. Its now 9:38. Finally 2 emplyees show up. Im hoping the package would be delivered faster then the service at this location.it has gone from 3 customers to now 8 before anyone showed up. I tried calling the location but no one on the phone could help me. Now granted by the time I got service the employee was nice but no apology for the wait or lack of service if anything anyone that came after me was asked to wait outside due to covid. I dont use FedEx hardly ever and I would not do that again. I am definitely going with ups or u.s. postal at least they have people that will acknowledge you and not wait your time. I was doing this as a favor for a friend rest assured he will know how my morning went and I will recomend he go UPS cause I ended up being FEDUP with FedEx.

Incompetence surmises it nicely. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.A team member went in with an email with explicit instructions on how to ship the laptop for remote new hires. He provided valid ID (drivers licence) and his employee email. He also had our company account number. He was told that this was not enough proof to ship a time sensitive item. We have not had this issue at any other locations (Sterling or Fairfax VA). They did not give him a local phone number so a senior level team member could reach them to confirm anything. Instead they gave him the generic 800 number where I have been sitting on hold to handle this for over 20 minutes. What a sorry excuse for customer service.Edit: I was on hold for over 50 minutes before finally reaching someone. My team member went to a different location and had 0 issues. Do not bother going here.

Came to pick up a package at 6pm when FedEx said it would be available. Waited patiently and without issue for several hours for the package to arrive when it wasnt there as promised. Just before 8:30pm staff assured me that they would call me when it arrived that evening and that I could wait in the lot even though the store was closing its doors. However, after 9pm staff left and never called me. Did not receive the package despite staff promises and FedEx assurance that the package would be there. If staff tell you that as long as you are inside the gate before 8:30 you will get your package that night...dont believe a word of it.

I simply was trying to ship from my corporate account during COVID-19, you would think they would be more helpful considering people rely on this service during this time. She called to let me know that my package shouldnt be delivered to the location I wanted and she worked with me to find the right place to send my package. She went above and beyond to ensure the safety of my package and she is an amazing customer service representative.They need to fix the security at the gate ASAP but the actual Fedex staff is amazing!

I requested that my box be sent to a drop off location after the first attempt of delivery. I called and spoke to a representative, who told me that it would be rerouted. Called Friday to verify that it would be delivered to the drop off location, and I could pick it up the next day. My box was not delivered, I had to pick it up from the FedEx center, I waited for 1&1/2 hours for them to open.

Horrible experience. Gate guards couldnt let me sit in my car in the parking lot for a minor 20 minutes until the shop opened. The opening time of 10am is ridiculous and not conducive at all to the community. Called the night before to hold a package only to find out that the package wasnt there. Frontline folks could give any options on how to rectify the situation.

Well, i send the package, FedEx overnight, on 9/4/2019 and my daughter still has not received it (today is 9/12/19). I contacted FedEx customer service and they told me something was missed in the address, I verify address, even my air bill is correct I even add my cell phone, and i do call and verify the address since 9/8/19, the same question from different people. My package at this facility, they never contacted me they do not care, the level of unprofessionalis is extreme. Horrible experience!!!! I hope my child will receive this package some day.

After trekking across town in the rain, I was super dismayed when I discovered I’d somehow lost my pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping slip when I arrived. Janice and Holly helped turn the day around - making an extra copy of my paperwork, offering a smile, and helping me track down the necessary information. When I left Holly told me to have a wonderful evening and holiday - and she seemed to mean it. This is small thanks for turning an unpleasant, wet excursion into a lovely human interaction.

It always seems like a lot of the other reviews on here are quite negative. Not possible to give 0 stars? This place is THE absolute WORST of the WORST. Please explain HOW it goes onto the van for delivery at 520pm and at 524pm it lists that, I am not available for delivery when I live TWENTY MINUTES AWAY? Yeah, pretty impossible to get from there to here in FOUR minutes. Why not just note that you dont FEEL like delivering it on a Friday before the holiday in the rain. I couldve respected the honesty!

Was home all day to receive a package from my bank. A second attempt to get this package after the first one was lost because of Fedex.Both my roommate and I were up and alert waiting for a knock.Stayed home from work and school and sat by the door. Dear FedEx,You may not know this because it is not common knowledge but there happens to be some people who work during the day and cannot be indefinitely at home waiting for FedEx to deliver their packages. Also, there are some people who take full responsibility for their words and their signatures, so when someone says leave the package at the building door, they know the risk they are taking. Therefore your policy of not following customers instructions and refusing to leave packages at building doors is at best paternalistic, at worst, simply arrogant!Thank you very much.

I came here to ship a package and did not have a label printed. I asked the lady behind the counter if she could print it at the store if I emailed it to her and she said she could not because they dont have printers in that shop that allow them to print customer shipping labels. I was then directed to go to the FedEx located on 7th street near Chinatown to get the label printed and shipped off. It was def a hassle all in all but learn from my mistake and have your label printed and ready if you decide to go to this store.

They pretend like they tried delivering a package by placing a tag on your door but they dont write your name on the tag and dont enter the tag number in their system. Not a favorite location with services sketchy per person. The gate guards are usually not interested to be available or quick to respond, dont expect decent customer service at the gate. Inside at the counter, are reasonable staff members and useful folks to assist with sending or receiving packages.

It is stated online that the last Express pickup on Saturday is 6PM. However, the incredibly rude guard at the gate tried to shoo me away at 5. I explained that it states 6PM on the site, which was later confirmed by customer service. The guard ignored me, and went back into the booth to eat his food. I asked which drop box was the one that would be picked up at 6. No response. I asked if the box next to the gate/guard booth would be picked up at 6. His response: “we don’t have materials “. I said everything was set as I have a corporate account. He swept his hand toward the box and looked at me like I was an idiot. After several screw-ups on a major printing project at the FedEx printing location near Eastern Market, this was over the top!

If I could give them zero stars. I would. I paid for express delivery for a package because I was going away and needed those items. The day the package was supposed to be delivered I stayed home so that I could obtain my package and had I not liked what I purchased online, I could return it o the store and get something else.As I tracked my package, the update said Business Closed or Person Unavailable, that was a lie. The driver never once buzzed the call box with my name attached or even pressed the call button for the leasing office of my apartment to buzz them in. I am highly disappointed in the service rendered with this organization.

Unbelievably horrible service. Every time I decide to use this location I regret it again. If you come here, be prepared to stand in line for 20 minutes while one person casually waits on customers and you watch several others joke and laugh in the back and ignore the full lobby of customers. The one star is a technicality. They don’t even deserve that.
