So far service has been ok waited in the office when we first got there for while had to call on the phone to get someone to see we were there lol. Mechanic is knowledgeable and honest and I appreciate that. I have to go back to get the brakes done since they had to order parts. So hoping to repost a good review once brakes are fixed!!

After driving across country I really needed a oil change and breaks replaced.. after some research, I called Breaks+Plus for a quote and spoke with Chad who gave me a estimate & said to come by for a free inspection. They replaced both sets of brakes quickly and even did my oil change on the house! A very nice unexpected gift as a visitor from another state, I recommend breaks+Plus!

My Dodge Ram Journey broke down in the middle of moving. Which was not ideal especially at this time. Turns out it needed the engine redone. I was completely stressing out about being able to afford it. Chad was super understanding and made the process so easy and stress free. Him and his guys did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. Big Betty runs like a dream now and has a lot more pep in her step! This is my absolute Go To place from NOW ON!Add on: Just got my brakes done and once again I am so thrilled with the service I received! They said my rear brakes were fine and they didnt make noise before but after going in they started making noise. Acted unprofessional when in there.

I am shocked that this place is still in business. Between Chad, Cheryl and Chuck (Triple C Auto) and their fraudulent tactics, I would expect one or all of them to have had their business licenses pulled. Dont waste your time on these people. Over 1/2 of their reviews are fake, Chads employees were hard core drug users that werent certified to do the job that needed done on the car. I bought from Triple C! You can read my consumer report at the Washington state attorney generals web site. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Triple C relocated to Milwaukee, Oregon as they were evicted due to non payment. Im not using my real name because I do not trust these ex cons/felons. Be careful when using this shop. I would suggest taking your car to a reputable shop to make sure they did the job correctly. Also, dont try questioning Chad as he has a very short fuse and will drag you threw the dirt with his verbal abuse. Beware

My first time going to the shop, needed some last minute work done (new alternator, battery, brakes) and let me tell you... the turn around time on this was amazing I could not be more happy with the service and cost. My heater died. Walked into the shop. Started looking up schematics for fixing it and one of the mechanics walked in with the bad part in hand. The owner and I were both shocked! after looking at the time and money the computer said it would take to get it fixed. Lol these are my guys from now on! I was referred by a friend. I sure am glad that I was told about this shop.I explained to them what I had been told about my water pump. They kept the truck to check it out.( their feeling was that I may not need a water pump)All in all it turns out that I did NOT need a water pump. It ended up being a simple fix. They put a new thermostat in, which means I now have heat! :-)😛👍😎Im happy with their service. I will definitely be going back see them again.🤸‍♀️🤹‍♀️💵🔧🔩

Chad was very rude to me over the phone. Said my car was going to be ready by Monday and its Tuesday evening and they are now saying it wont be ready till tomorrow. Not looking forward to going in and dealing with them.

Let me take a moment and say I have never been to a service shop like this before. You walk in to a very upbeat atmosphere. Everyone is always eager to help and educated me with what is wrong with my vehicles. Chad is an absolute all-star. They have always been the cheapest price for all of my mechanic work besides once because of a leak another shop did not catch after the vehicle was put on the lift for inspection. They always have called and kept me in the loop when repairs end up taking longer ( Things happen they are human). Just a big shout out and appreciation to these guys! I always feel like family coming here!

When do think a company has earned five stars? Is it when everything goes perfect?I would like to suggest that a flawless job may deserve a “five star” review, but that doesn’t really show the whole picture.I would suggest that the true measure of a company isn’t measured until there is a problem. How they respond when things don’t go perfect, tells me more about a company than when everything goes perfect. Anyone can get five stars when everything goes well, but only the best service deserves five stars when a problem shows up.Brakes + Plus did a brake job on my truck about 8 months ago. They did rotors and pads but not the calipers.A couple weeks ago I started hearing a scraping noise coming from my front brakes. The initial diagnosis was that one of the calipers (that had not been serviced) had frozen. OK I didn’t pay them to work on the calipers so it looks like it’s on me.It turned out that the problem was a simple mistake made on the original pad installation.When Chad realized the problem was theirs, he made good it and now with new rotors and pads my truck is in great shape. (I did pay for new calipers. I pull a 34’ trailer)So Brakes Plus EARNED 5 stars for integrity, honesty and service.

I taught auto technology in a community college for several years and later took on engineering positions in the auto industry. I do most of my own work, but physical issues due to aging motivated me to giving Brakes Plus a try.I am very pleased. They inspected my vehicle, confirmed that brakes should be replaced soon and did not recommend anything that was not needed like many shops do. They replaced the brakes and flushed the brake fluid per Subaru recommendations. Pricing was very good considering their warranty.I will use them again in the future.

Free estimate, exactly what we thought was wrong and what we thought it woukd cost. Chad stands by his work and even gives a 2 year warranty on towing etc. Would highly recommend.

Chad the owner I believe. Is a great guy he had my truck for 4 months trouble shooting, only charged me for half of the work he did. He felt so bad about not being able to fix the problem he let .e store my truck on his personal property until I could come up with the money. While all this was going on he sold my wife a brand new set of tires for he van at cost and let us make payments. He ended up having to put a whole new engine in my truck. Cost $3700 I paid off the tires and put 2400 on my truck hes now letting me make payments on my truck and I get to drive it home today. Geat place really hard working mechanics I will definitely be taking all my vehicles here.

Worst place in the world held my car till my warranty was up for tripl c auto which are crooks said he was going to fix the car had it for a total of two months I have him on recording saying all he was going to fix then when I picked up the car acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about but unfortunately for them I recorded all our conversations I called the attorney general contacted an attorney and now have to tke legal actions for there lack of knowledge on a bmw and lies please do t ever pay 13000 thousand for a car never get to drive it and then let them scam you out of fixing and lie and say there going to hole your till the day the warranty is up and not fix anything these people are the worst liars and scammers I have ever had to deal with my mom worked in the car industry for 20 years and my dad was a mechanic these people are incompetent and liars

Really upset with this place. Dont waste your time or money. Took my vehicle here and the quoted me twice what the dealership wanted and extra parts my vehicle didnt even have.And wouldnt put manufacture parts. Only performance. (My vehicle is no where near a performance vehicle or will it ever be)Save your money and go to a place that will actually fix your vehicle.
