Another example of the uniformity of the Starbucks experience. Clean dining room and restrooms with happy baristas ready to help! The only downside was the lack of more comfortable seating. Wood chairs and tables are nice for sitting to study or do work but when I come in to read a book and drink coffee, I’d prefer a cushy chair to sink into.

The coffee was stale and too strong :( and the cups were stained. I had to toss it.

Decent coffee shop. Not great, but not bad. Fairly quick. Unfortunately, Starbucks does not make the chai spicy enough for my tastes, but thats personal preference. Service depends on location, but this one was the upper levels of average. Not enough to tip, but not bad at all.

Yesterday, 7/17/21 I stopped at this Starbucks where my family and I frequent quite often. We were in the drive through at about 9:32am and for whatever reason during this busy time as we approached the menu never recieved any inquiry as to what we wanted. After 2 vehicles moved forward we proceeded to pull up and move on to the window. The people behind us seemed to be able to order right away and quickly followed behind us.When we arrived at the window we explained that for whatever reason we were unable to place our order at the speaker/menu. They proceeded to take our order and asked that we pull around to wait for our drinks to be brought out, which we did. After pulling around and seeing how busy they had been I decided I would go in and save them from having to bring them out. This is where my issue with the customer service started, I walk in and look around trying to get a feel for which barista is making my order that someone is going to bring out (me). I quickly over hear one barista talking about our order and asking if we wanted these coffees with whip cream to which the other, apparently thinking covering your mouth with your hand and speaking loud enough for other customers to hear, that due to an inconvenience fee we wouldn’t need whip.I proceeded to look at these two joking about for a good 20-30 seconds and thought maybe I should correct this false assumption of my desire for whip cream or wait until they were done being made and inconvenience them “even” more so I waited patiently for coffee 1 to be done, then half way through coffee #2 said, excuse me miss… but having overheard your conversation there I would definitely like to inconvenience you for whip cream now.I’m a pretty easy going person and I’m posting this simply because that came across to me as a very rude comment when I felt it was inconveniencing us to have to pull around and wait out front due to an over site on their part that I was more than happy to help fix, until they were inconsiderate themselves.

Drinks are a little pricey but overall it was delicious and the staff were fast and friendly:)

WiFi was sketchy outside, and with restrictions on indoor activities- I had hoped for better outdoor WiFi. Drinks are awesome as usual! Food is way over priced as usual 🤣 but - service is spot on 👍

SUPER SLOW. Every single time I come to this location it is always an extremely long wait. Also caught the barista burning my shot. I asked her nicely to remake it & she gave me a snarl look but remade it. I use to be a barista for Starbucks and I know how long it takes to make a coffee. It should not take this long with or without a line.I really hope they train their baristas better.

Never have I ever had a coffee place mess up not 2, but all 3 of my ordered coffees. All 3 of them tasted like straight water, my iced coffee had no ice and was warm, and the other one tasted burnt. Thankgod for the Starbucks in the Safeway in Washougal, they fixed my order and made it 10x better. Turns out they get tons of customers from the C street location to fix their order. C street needs new people or more training. Wish I could give no stars.

I am a frequent customer and i frequently get cold food and coffee that tastes like warm milk with almost no coffee flavor what so ever when i order an americano (On a regular basis i should not have to request a free coffee next time because you messed it up last time, you should just make the coffee correctly in the first place or not give it to the customer). Today once again for the forth or fifth time this month i was served a 4 dollar cup of warm milk water, not to mention how many times i have received burning hot food that was cold in the middle. For the Prices you guys charge compared to everyone else i would expect more consistency in your products. I am sick and tired of getting some nasty milk water when i order a strong coffee. I want an explanation of what is wrong with my coffee, what happens in your store to make it taste like warm milk with almost no coffee flavor compared to other days when its made the way it is supposed to be. This is the only location i have ever been to that one day along time ago an employee left a sugar packet in my coffee also, what kind of employees leave a sugar packet in the damn cup of coffee and then give it to the customer. I am sick and tired of paying a premium for something you do not serve.

They waited on my friend and then ignored me completely for a long few minutes. The werent even helping other customers. They were doing maintenance work. Never have I had such bad service. No one even acknowledged I was there, but they walked back and forth right in front of me. I left without a purchase and will never return. And I LIKE Starbucks! Avoid this location.

I had such a great experience here recently! I went through the drive through 10 min before they close ( I work in retail and I know how annoying this is) I expected the employees to be upset I was coming in right before close but the worker I spoke with was so nice! ( I think his name was Ethan) He made my night bettter and I just wanted to give him praise for not being upset with me.

Starbucks in Camas is worst ever. Hadnt been there in a while because of bad service but decided to give it a chance again. Wrong decision, went 3 times in a week and all three times got my order wrong. Ill go to McDonalds next time, coffee is just as bad but Ill be paying $1 for it.

In my travels to the area. I always stop at this locations. The staff is always friendly. The locations is very clean as well the bathrooms to. I like sitting outside. This locations has some great visuals outside. I always enjoy a pastry. This is a goto locations for me when I am out in this area.

This is always a quick stop for us before we head out to the gorge - the team is nice, the food and drinks are always out to us in an orderly and quick fashion - but they just take a while to get through the drive-thru customers. Otherwise - fantastic Starbucks.

I need to rate this 5 stars because it is just so great to have a stand alone Starbucks here in Washougal. The staff is great and will fix anything that is messed up on the spot. I am only rating this 4 stars because the hours need to be later. Other than that great.

Nice location.. Pretty busy at times. Drive-through line may be long but they do focus on getting the drive through out first. I would say its faster than going inside. The parking lot isnt very big but this location can hold quite a few inside and out.

Weve been through this locations drive-thru several times. The drinks are always made perfectly and the service is exceptionally friendly.

Great service. They made me a pour over decaf since they dont brew decaf drip. I was in the drive thru and instead of holding up the line, they had me go around front and actually came out to my car and brought it to me.

Everyone is so friendly here and happy. They have a drive through as well as a walk in cafe. I just tried the egg bites today and OMG! Can I say it was heaven.

A pretty standard Starbucks. This one is tucked back a bit, so its harder to spot. There is a drive through. The staff has been efficient and courteous.

Baritas are wonderfully friendly! They dont just take your order and move you along, they engage in conversation. Store is always neat and clean. If something is out (cream, sugar, stir sticks) they are quick to make it right. Coffee is usually correct, but sometimes its a miss .... But hey we are all human, and they will correct it with a smile and appology if you bring it to their attention.

Its Starbucks! Its great, excellent service, just what you expect from Starbucks. Yes, they have a drive-thru. Its also a short walk from the Best Western hotel.

Just went in to get a blended Venti white chocolate mocha in the course they bring me a hot one. I said I ask for Blended in the course she said no I didnt I said yes I did and said then said nevermind Ill just drink hot dont want to argue. Great place to get a coffee, socialize, and hangout, but it is still Starbucks so you will be paying a premium for the more sugary drinks.

They are not requiring mask for customers sitting inside. My guess is that theyre just following the 6ft rule. But if anyone sneezes, six feet aint going to be enough indoors.

Customer service is nonexistent. Emma was our barista and messed up my drink. She should try to act as if she enjoys her job. She rolled her eyes when we told her she had gotten the order wrong. It was almost comical how badly this place is. Never again. Felt like I was on an episode of Punked.

You know, cause, the fake you has always been the best you. Right?!. Im sure they can subsidize something else I hate. But really wouldnt you much rather Go somewhere local and independent? Anywhere. Or just make your own coffee. Its not hard to find other options. Quit being a knuckle-dragging, mouth breather and realize its just for the best.

This is a great Starbucks! Great staff, very friendly, and the store is big, with lots of room so you dont feel packed in like a sardine.

A little spendy but worth it, course my fav is Mocha latte no whipped cream. To really wakeup I get their Blonde which is not light but a little dark keeps me awake. Lov their lite food faire. I go through the drive-thru rarely been inside, I guess you call that Im in a hurry or I dont want to exercise getting out of my car...staff so happy to see me, very pleasant and it pleases me...they are like the Energizer bunny...

Normally i make a lot of exceptions, but Ive had enough. I call my order in because i like to pick it up on my way to work, i got in, the order was written down, wasnt even processed, then i stood behind 4 other people whom had just arrived, while their orders were filled first. Their poor service made me late for work. Honestly, i dont even know if Ill be coming to this starbucks again. Even the safeway starbucks is faster than this .

Probably could use some tips on service. Had to stand in front of the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone even made eye contact with me, when they were overstaffed. Not really the nicest people either. Id say it was either everyones bad day or it was just a bad place to work. Usually I have great service at Starbucks. Not this one. Coffee tasted good though. So you get 2 stars for product.
