I shop here often. Prices are high but Im willing to pay for convenience. What I dont like paying for, are employees who arent following the stores own policy on wearing masks. If its against your beliefs, then find a job where you dont have to wear one. If I have to wear it, then you should too. This happened 9/26/21 at 0915.

I have been a customer at this store for many years. Every one is always very polite and nice. Store always clean and coffee always fresh. The prices are sometimes a little high but I understand.

Not a good place to work at dont get paid overtime

Hi!! Im a consistent customer there the services is great. The manager Kim is very respectful every time Im in there. I think working at place like that sometimes us as customers can also be rude. Personally I dont see how women work alone at night by themselves. The service is always and the employees are excellent.

Hi I am a employee of ampm I have worked for this company since may of 2019 as I grow to learn more about this company is the more I love it. I have always been treated fairly when it came to my work schedule or anything I had to deal with in my personal life my manager has always made sure appropriate accommodations have been made to make sure the company would not suffer and I was taken care of I have recently found out I am pregnant and my manger and owners are constantly taken precautions to keep me safe if ever I needed time for personal reasons I have always been able to count on the company to take care of me as there employee.. I have never been asked to do anything that would ever hurt me and if I believed it would they wouldnt allow it to happen because they genuinely care for there employees like they are there family I have never no called no showed because I know that by doing so it hinders the company as doing so I know I would lose my job because its in the rules and regulations that we sign when we are hired to always make sure we are being responsible when caring for the company we work for I have worked in numerous locations and never had any issues with management or the owner when it came to scheduling proper accommodations have always been made as long as I was forth right with with anything I needed and gave them proper time to do so.. I enjoy working for this company because their family oriented values and they take pride in there company and they are some of the best people I have worked for because of how they manage their company.

Ampm Had sign up for a set price and checker told me it was impossible. She refused to even read the sign. Said I couldnt read. False advertisement. Get you in a store with a sign and make you choice to make a big deal out of 12bucks. Never argued over 12$ before. Been around this town for a long time and I think Ill just drive up the street for awhile.

I go to ampm to get a snack and the hot case is full of food but taped shut. The lady tells me it needs 2 more hours to heat up to 160 degrees. Always has an attitude. The oven is right behind there and Ive been told by other employees that the food is ready when it goes into the case. Im guessing 2 hours is when her shift ends. How convenient. This happens all the time. And many customers have this issue. Its the couple older ladies that work night . The other lady is always nice and has told me thats bs when they say that stuff about the food. If youre so damn lazy that you cant do that part of your job, you shouldnt work there

Hi I am a ampm employee. I have work for this company for almost 3 years I was pregnant and just had my baby boy June 22nd which the manager let me have the four months off i request after having my new little one. While I was pregnant she always reminded me not to left anything over 5 pounds and would make sure the task was taken care of even if she had to perform the task herself. The manger is a very family-orientated person. I also have other kids and as long as I let her know beforehand and give her the time and let her know if theres a conflict in the schedule Ive never had a problem. Anyone who dose not call and dose not show up for there shift is terminated. employees their work very hard and we have to have reliable people who want to work.

This place is horrible. My daughter just started working there and at the same time found out she was pregnant. The manager told her she will not give her days off for dr. Appointments and then told her if she did not carry this heavy box up a ladder that they will be replacing her. Now tonight she hired someone new and refused to let her work her scheduled shift. Can you say discrimination. I have heard some horrible stuff about this place but after reading the reviews i think i will have her file a complaint. Washington State Human Rights Commission.

I spend a great deal of money in there and you have a very sweet lady that helps me when she is there her name is vickie cross very nice and friendly

Theyre supposed to be 24 hours opened but they closed for shift change . Right. Theyre probably back there doing drugs

Employees yell at customers when they do a shift change and have the store closed. NO signs posted saying the store is closed, they let customers enter to get yelled at. Will not return, and I live 2 blocks away.

The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Very sweet customer care service very kind and very patient I gather at least a couple times a week and her name is Vicky cross and shes always the best employee at that store 10 out of 10 would recommend going to that ampm

I can’t believe I just walked into this am/pm in my new neighborhood as an African American. The lady behind the counter told me not to ever come back again. I asked if I could have gas so that someone could start pumping it... she said as soon as you pay for it... so rude! I can’t believe people who work in Customer Service has no thought on how they treat Customers at all.

The woman that works at night has a horrible additude. She cussed at me on several occasions.. She should be fired for her actions tward customers. Im a great customer & spend a lot of money at that location.

Im a good customer and a prominent business owner in a few towns I just have to say I really like all the girls at this am pm especially Darla she is always nice and upbeat I try tp go in on days shes there, sever times actually Ive never heard her say an unkind word to anyone, or myself for those of you with no jobs or nothing better to do but try to take someones minimum wage job away shame on you!!! Id like to see anyone of you last 3 days in that hell hole the owner and manager are horrible to these workers no holiday pay at all a lot of very wrong stuff goes on here with these bosses you can look behind the counter and see threatening notes put up for the girls no one backs them up I know for a fact they have to deal with a lot of bad drug users so maybe you should take a look at your own life and not get on here complaining about any of these girls and for the record to the new to the neighborhood african american this is Washington state, anyone with common sense know you always pay first before pumping gas so thats on you 5 stars definitely

Ive stopped in here a lot since Ive moved out here back in December. Tonight July 12th, 2018 @ 9:50pm I stopped in about the same time I stopped the other night. Tonight a VERY rude lady was working behind the counter. Grabbed 3 of the limited only ampm has them Rockstars went up to the counter to check out and the disrespectful chick was on the phone turns around and screams were closed! Every night right now for 45mins no sales no nothing! Okay well there is no need to be a so disrespectful and snappy about it. Lock the doors for those 45mins and put closed. Although the place is 24hrs. I get needing a break but to be so extremely rude is uncalled for. I will no longer give this ampm my business I will go into Vancouver to one of those ampms.
