They have everything. Very neat and well kept little hardware store bit the beat part is the plant selection in the back! Beautiful plants and amazing selection at very reasonable prices. My kids love picking plants for the house and they always look amazing. And must add very friendly and helpful staff!

They usually have what I need for a reasonable price but as someone else said the place is like a morgue. I cant recall ever seeing an employee smile or be outgoing.

This neighborhood hardware store was a pleasure to shop in. The staff was very helpful, helping me find things in the store. They were very friendly and courteous. I was also able to find everything I needed. I did notice they have a great selection of Christmas decorations also. Thank you Washougal hardware for being so friendly.

Very nice, friendly service. Not a huge hardware store, but seems to have the basics, and their selection of nuts/bolts/screws more than accommodated my needs. Both the cash register worker, and the worker who helped me find what I needed were kind and friendly. Will definitely use this store again when I dont need things like lumber. Oh and the prices seemed reasonable.

I just moved back to Washougal after being in Vancouver for 20 years. I was not expecting the store to have as much as they do. Pretty much anything youd need.

I hate to describe one store like another store but think a more spread out Ace hardware. It has everything you could possibly think of. We went in to find one of those hard to find bolts. They have a great selection of hardware.

Dan was a great help. I left right at 7 and realized I forgot something but the door locked after me. I immediately called and the woman wouldnt let me back in for ONE THING that would take one minute. Then she hung up on me. There were still customers inside the store and three employees. Because of that, our entire house remodel and the supplies it requires will be bought somewhere else. You treat customers like that and you lose business. In this case, thousands of dollars worth of business. Unreal.

Hours are wrong. Drove 30 miles to find the store closed when it was posted as open. Not to mention the reason for this failed trip was to return a socket set of their Crate tools which was made of such cheap Chinese metal that the sockets literally broke the first time I used them.

This store is conveniently located for me and I constantly have different projects Im working on so I am in the store once or twice a week. The personal assistance I get whenever I have questions and the overall customer service are EXCEPTIONAL. The owner, Bill, is almost always in the store himself and is always eager to help anyone & everyone. Also, being a DIY female, I appreciate the fact that I NEVER get talked down to or made to feel stupid no matter what kind of question I have or dealy-gig I ask them to help me find! :)

Called and politely asked if they carry a specific light bulb and provided model #; Bill in hardware told me it would take too long to look. One interaction out of many pleasant ones and now have lost my business. Called Lutz in Camas and they looked, were out of stock and ordering for p/u on Monday. Lutz saved me a trip.
