I went into the store with two projects in mind. The problem was that the two projects were very specific to pottery/ceramics (anyone know what cottle boards are?). Explaining what ai needed, more or less, the guys were good about asking clarifying questions to make sure I got what I needed. They were also more than happy to cut the lumber that I needed in the exact size necessary, and there were many many many cuts needed. Great place!

This is a great lumber yard, they have been around for over 100 years, I have bought my lumber here for lots of jobs I have done. I always get great service and quality wood. I actually will drive out of my way to support this local business every chance I get.

Descent selection. Average prices. Yesterday the guy waa super friendly. Today the two guys behind the counter were not. Didnt even say hi. But i did....

They got most things that you need right off hand but they are very helpful friendly people and a small business it looks like to me and I like supporting local small I always go there when Im working in the Washougal area even the Camas area

Great local place to get building supplies. Suprisingly these guys often have better prices on materials than the home depot and lowes. Went in for tubes of quad. They were $1 cheaper per tube at washougal lumber than home depot. Better quality lumber at washougal lumber than big box grade #2 lumber.
