The installation contractor (Joe) from Culligan was phenomenal!!! His knowledge of the installed system as well as the chemistry of how water softeners work were on the professional level. The physical install couldn’t have been better and Joe’s explanation of the changes he made in the utility room were perfect. I certainly will recommend Culligan to others needing water softening equipment.

After renting a softener and RO unit for almost 4 years, I purchased one from another source. They stabbed me with 2 months of rental, without showing me my payment history. Then they hit me with $125 for a drinking water faicet.I was in Arizona for 7 weeks and came home to a collection notice.So much for a loyalty program....

I have always been impressed with the customer service I have received from the Culligan store in Waterloo. The staff is always knowledgable and friendly. My unit was leaking on the basement floor of my Century Farm which is 2 hours away from where I live. I sent an email message to KC who immediately reassured me he would take care of it. He personally drove to my farm to engage the bypass and had a repairman there the next day. That is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and why I buy Culligan products!

They called me early to let me know when they would be at my home. When he got here he explained what he was going to and he did it. He got everything in the basement that he needed and got started. The next thing knew he was done he clearly explainen how everything was goint work and BAM wehad soft water on our cold side and waited the soft water on our hot side,since then we have been enjoying CULLIGAN soft water every since, end of a begining of our soft water

I find the price to be reasonable. I like that I can use the delivery service to have a driver bring in the salt and place in the softener barrel. Im a night owl so I dont like having to get up for the early service.

While Culligan softeners are not the cheapest one can buy, the Culligan brand has been around as long as I can remember. Given the choice between it and some no-name brand at a home center, we leaned toward Culligan- though we did hedge our bet by renting a unit, first. It performed well and the service has been excellent as of the time of this writing (Jan. 2020). Based on our experience to date, we are confident that excellence will continue.

We have been customers of Culligan in Waterloo for several years now. I always purchase my softening salt directly from their store and they are also so helpful and friendly. Recently, our softener stopped working and they were very quick to respond and fixed it right away. They have great customer service and I would highly recommend them!

I brought in a broken jug, the jug had no handle and slipped, they charged a new deposit and then they gave me Two more jugs with no handle, stupid to not put handles on heavy jugs of water. 😐 Update, they removed the deposit and said that they would endeavor to provide me with the water jugs with handles, very professional attitude. Kudos.

I really appreciate Culligan for delivery of salt and putting it in our softner. This is a lifesaver for me as I am unable to navigate stairs let alone lifting a 50# bag of salt. We arrange a date for delivery, I am reminded the day before, and the delivery person calls the day of delivery. I really recommend Culligan for your water softner needs.

I share a duplex with my 92 year old mom. Culligan wanted to deliver at a time that would not work for us. They were so accommodating and rang Moms doorbell to make sure she opened the garage door to let them in. I do appreciate all their willingness to help us! We have been customers for 10 years, they are wonderful!

Everything about our experience with Culligan has been top-notch. Installers arrived at designated time, and install went quickly. When we had a small issue after about a week, they came back and fixed it no questions asked and everything has been perfect since. Highly recommended.

I contacted Culligan a few months ago and asked to be put on a delivery route because taking 40+ pounds of softener salt to my basement is not possible. They took care of my request and set up a schedule for future deliveries. They are polite, efficient, and Im grateful for their service.

Just had Branden from Culligan install a reverse osmosis system and a new Culligan water softener. Arrived for appointment on time and was finished in a couple of hours. He was very polite and answered all the questions I had. I also delt with KC Doland when I purchased the water softener. He too was very professional and knowledgeable. No pressure about purchasing. I am extremely happy and glad that I decided on Culligan and will most definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a water softener.

Culligan person comes on schedule and always has a friendly smile.Because of an injury I am unable to carry 4o# bag of salt down stairs.The Culligan individual carries it down stairs for me and adds the salt to the water softner. We had a few issues getting our water softner installed. However, the issues were addressed and quickly resolved.

Instead of having our water delivered, we pick it up at the store. The lady at the front desk always remembers my name and the staff always puts the water in my car for me.

Knew I wasnt around but the backdoor was unlocked so he did his service and locked the door on his way out.
