Technician presented promptly and performed tasks quickly and professionally. Changed annual drinking water filters, brought salt, and changed out a part on the softener unit. Pleased with efficiency and service.

Blake was very professional and easy to chat with. He sold me two bags of salt that were promised to someone else. He said he’d go back and pick up two more. I always appreciate when someone goes above snd beyond…thank you.I requested a couple bags of salt, but the office told me i didn’t need to order because the technician always has, but she was wrong. Make sure you order and promised salt before technician comes out!

I had issues with the water tasting weird after it was installed. And our water often smells horrible. There are lots of hidden fees!!! It’s a good system to have just wish they were up front with cost.... asked an employee when we moved how much it would cost to decide if we were going to move it to the new house and she told me $300. The guy came to take it out and needed $100 on the spot and said to install it would be around $500-700 at least!!!! Not happy! Not to mention you have to annualy change filters It is definitely a high maintenance, rich folk ticket item.. at I glad we have it sure... but not happy with my last visit. Just because I can’t stand hidden fees!

Loving the decision we made to get Rainsoft for our home. Our water tastes so much better than the old hard water. Have also noticed how it has cleaned the nasty residue out of our water lines and how it helps lather up your hand soap and dish soap.

I had Nic as a plumber and he fixed our kitchen sink leak and put in a new garbage disposal. Rain soft was on top of communication, courtesy and flexible. Got a free estimate first and final total was really close to estimate. Highly recommended.

RainSoft of Waterloos service is horrible. 1 week delay for a simple service call so I have to purchase drinking water for that time plus whatever more if they cant fix my salty water problem. I have been their customer since 1981 - 35 years! Lifetime warranty drew me in. Make sure you look at the service aspect of any other company you are considering. Yes, dont even consider these guys!
