The salesmen are fantastic but the cars not so much I got a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta in August of 2020 I went into the shop with it almost every 2 months it was ridiculous. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to get my headlights fixed within the next month my headlight sensor popped back on as well as my airbag light, traction light, and ABS brake light. The financial people can be snobby when your trying to do you best to catch up if you’ve missed a payment and sometimes won’t stop calling and bombing your phone even though you’ve told them multiple times when you’ll have money for them. All in all I probably won’t ever do car business here again.

18.95 percent I was tricked In to, read the fine print, got a car for 21 thousand, thought it was 18,9500, turned out over 6 years Id be payng 36000 for a 20000 dollar car, should be a criminal to take advantage of people in need of a car with just no credit, but I had a 700! They talk so nice, seem so friendly, but they just want your money bottom line.

Overall a pretty great experience. Applied online and started providing information via email with Kyle. When we got to dealership we waited about 30 minutes and got approved. Then test drive a couple vehicles. Found the one we bought and really like. Very clean and nice car. Kyle and Cody were very friendly and worked with us.

Stoped on in for a van last week they wear very rude and pushy just like the other reviews say I dont recommended this place the place not very clean at all I drive van and have many things not okay with van I ask how much for van they say 13 k dollars I was like oh my van has 163 k miles my friends no good at 13 k dollar make no mistake my pushy friend I no come back to store again my pushy pushy pushy ....

The good thing about this place is that youre almost guaranteed to get a car. I had terrible credit and got a car. Not a very new car, a 2005, but a reliable one. And i got it the same day I went in. The bad thing is the interest rates are very high (20%+), and the cars are listed as way more than theyre worth. My car costed $12,000. Kelly bluebook had it marked around $6,000. They can do that, because people with bad credit dont have much of a choice when they need a vehicle. I calculated my payments and length of contract, and realized Id be paying 4x as much as the car is worth by the end. I feel these places take advantage of people who are kind of pushed into these situations. But at least this is an option for people. And the staff there is very nice and explain everything. But what they dont tell you is, if you get your car repossessed, you still have to pay for the car. Yes, the car you no longer have.

The sales people are great but I was put into a car that has had issues, major issues, since day one. 3 months in and I’m still having issues. Now the car will crank the stall when it is put into gear. The light that comes on is Reduced Engine Power. I was told that if I get their warranty the coverage is bumper to bumper as long as regular maintenance is kept up. Not true according to Dave at Whitham Ford, it’s a power train warranty only. I asked about getting into a different car since this one is a lemon andcwas told this one has to be paid down to 2/3 before I can do that. Now I have a car sitting at my wife’s job that she can’t drive to work and it’s our only vehicle. I’m not happy at all
