I have been a customer with both liberty one and two quiet sometime and have had few vehicles from them. The owners are great and consider them friends but the past couple time Ive had nothing but rude employees and and costumer service and I am normally a good payer and make may payments regularly and keeping coming back but now really reconsidering not doing anymore business with these folks. No offense to the owners.

If you want to be taken out of your car on the road, made to let a stranger ride with you back to the dealership because you wont get out, then stranded at the dealership an hour and 49 minutes from home with no ride back after they say they will take you home deal with them and their car lot Liberty Car Company when you are trying to work with them, have been communicating with them, and were in the middle of this Covid 19 stuff with people losing their jobs. Want to have credit from someone like that go there. No notice of repossession, nothing. Liberty would have left us on the side of the road if we had gotten out. Now we are in Waterloo at their car lot in a bad neighborhood across from the Salvation Army and its getting dark. Did anyone stay here with two women until they got a ride? No Thats what you are dealing with

My sister got a car from there and not even a month later she’s having problems. Heat, radio, lights all go off and on. The car literally turned on and off multiple times with the key OUT THE IGNITION. No biggy cause she has a warranty on it right? So it’s getting fixed the problem is, they wouldn’t give her a car in the meantime to get back and forth to work and to take her kids to daycare. So you mean to tell me you guys sell her a lemon and not even willing to help her out with a car so she can make it to work so she can pay her car payments and bills!? She’s on day 3 without a car now and having troubles getting to work. I wonder if they’ll work with her with the payments since she’s having troubles getting to work? Probably not. It’s all about money.

Current Customer: Chris is an amazing salesman. Per his recommendation I chose a Honda Accord and I like it. Financing was quick, he explains everything to you and hes a funny guy. If youre looking for a car, van or truck they will treat you well.

I bought a car from these people & they refused to give me the warranty advertised on the car because we didnt finance through them at 20% interest. Go figure the check engine light came on 4 days after purchase. This place has gone downhill so quickly. Get your car from a company with integrity & some self respect.Now he says I can go and BUY the warranty that was advertised with the car that was void because we didnt finance through them at 20% interest. What a joke.

Go somewhere else .I buy a car upright cash. Ask them is there anything wrong with the car, they tell me no its all good. I take the car for an oil change and to get checked to make sure. What do you know it has a oil leak problem. Liberty is not honest they tried to screw me over the price until my bank said its not worth that much and they had to lower the price. Go somewhere else

I recently moved to Michigan a month ago and informed these people about it. I payed them upfront for a whole month from Jan to feb 8th yet they repoed my car on the 12th, just 4 days after my payment was due without calling me or even an email. I have been waiting on my card here as there is no Wells Fargo bank in Michigan (which arrives on the 17th). Now they want me to pay 600$ to get my car back even though I was only 170$ behind. They even hung up on me 3 times when I tried to call them and talk about the situation. Very very unprofessional people/workers. I would not recommend anyone to shop with these people.

Didnt know that the gentleman that I was chatting with was the owner. He treated me like a Boss and did not belittle me because he knows that I know vehicles and matinence. He was also very impressed with my 1992 Silverados milage. He said that you dont see many trucks with some age with miles that low. Thank you very much for treating me with respect.

Had nothing but problems with my car since I got it. The mechanic there screwed up my car more after fixing it. Just waiting to hit the right deer to total it out.I have tried a few times getting my issues resolved and no luck. I have had my car since last March. The trunk hasnt opened since last June!!! The oil leaks constantly. (Problem since I drove it off the lot)

Beware!We bought a used volvo from these guys and on the drive to Des Moines it dumped 3 quarts of oil.The whole bottom of the car was coated with oil.Took it to an import mechanic and had to put all new seals in the whole engine. Cam, main, everything!The salesman said hed been driving it for a couple weeks with no issues.That was a lie!Scammers!Watch out!

Yeah I bought a car from these guys, an 04 grand prix. Ive only had it one month and had to replace 3 tires on all different sides and the brakes. Not to mention the gas gauge only reads empty and full, the wipers, headlights, and heating are all trash.Customer service is a joke. Never getting involved with these sharks again.What really gets me is he told me the previous owner was the daughter of a friend of his who had just broken her arm. You sold a car like this to a girl with a broken arm?

It was a ok experience my brother got a car from there and they were giving out ps3 at the time with purchase of course he would still be paying on the car if it wasnt broken down but hay the ps3 had just came out

Bought a escalade from there was under warranty, my shift differential went out, windshield leaked, starter went out horrible oil leak was told that they would fix it. 2 weeks of having my truck they gave it back still not fixed. Complained again and theyve had my truck 4 weeks now still havent heard from them, no loaner vehicle and expect a payment. Watch what you buy from there. Take to another dealership/mechanic and have the vehicle checked out.

Very disrespectful when they answered the phone when I was looking at buying a car through them. Said that since I worked for another dealership that they would not finance me. I would not suggest to buy a vehicle from this lot to anyone!!!
