Best schnucks on the Illinois side by far. Friendly workers, clean and good selection

Great store, friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately I was in a hurry. Was able to get all my stuff. Store look very clean. I would recommend this store two others.

Beware of meat with one day expiration being sold at a slight discount. Was mischarged on a sale item, cash register did not print receipt, employee said they were short staffed and nothing he could do.

Its a great, although somewhat small, grocery store in a town that would be lost without it.

Clean store, well supplied (other than sadly, no Zevia sodas... and staff unfriendly, masked, and overhead speakers kept droning on and on about ridiculous socialism distancing.... Will not return here.

I always enjoy shopping at Schnucks. During this pandemic its been nice knowing that Schnucks enforced the No Entry Without a Mask rule. But recently Ive seen a few shoppers without masks and that makes me uncomfortable. I wish they would go back to enforcing that rule.

There was a young man there stocking product as I was looking for some ice cream. He knew exactly where it was at and I witnessed him help somebody else and know exactly where the product was at as well. Exceptional service! I didnt get his name however dark hair with a beard, 5 1/2 ft tall with beard and slim. Promote him!

It is such a pleasure shopping at Schnucks, go in and isles always clear and shelves stocked. Never have a problem finding what I want. :)

Schnucks is a great and convenient grocery store. They have optimal hours and now CVS pharmacy is located in schnucks which makes it even better. They always have fresh produce and a fresh meat section, I am satisfied with the quality of their food. The employees are always good about keeping their products in stock. There is one lady in particular that is always friendly and always has a smile on her face (she has red hair and wears glasses) the female workers are always friendly.

I feel so sorry for the employees. They are overwhelmingly tired. Shelves are so empty. I had to beg to go in the back to get essential items. They did but they are overwhelmed. They have a need to hire. Other than that they were so busy. Fear is with the people of the country from what we have been thru the past year. Hopefully we can breathe once a new administration is in DC

Usually kept very well stocked! Some things are a bit pricey. They run great specials, sales, coupons, etc. The app is also wonderful and helpful.

Not bad. Went to a similar place in Swansea. They seem to have the same items. Not sure why they need so many locations. Not sure if people know but the McDonalds is down the street.

This store is very clean and well stocked. I did not check for things that most stores currently lack, as I did not currently need those items. The selection is always great and the employees are always courteous and helpful, even across departments. This is probably my favorite Schnucks location.

Great seafood selection on the day I went....fresh scallops and salmon, exactly what I was shopping for. Incredible produce and wine selection as well. Very pleased with overall selection and stocking of store.

I always go to Schnucks - the main reason has always been the friendliness of the staff, their customer service and their product selection. Quick and easy shopping experience.

Shopped here on 08/12/2020. Wore a mask, socially distanced, followed all the rules. Was yelled at three different times by two Schnucks employees. Once, for standing in line for the normal checkout and again when I moved to the self checkout. I just needed milk and eggs to restock the fridge after the power outage. Will go across the street to Walmart from now on. Get a grip people...we are all stressed and would appreciate a little human dignity!

Could not use my rewards points at self-checkout. Duh whats up with that.

I have been searching all over for a certain whiskey and couldnt find it in the area. Talked to the liquor guy there and told him my problem. He got me a bottle the night before we are to leave on our vacation. Basically I am saying that if you cant find something go into schnucks and at least ask.

I normally shop at Schnucks and its my store of choice until recently. The last 2 times I have been there, I have got a checker that didnt sanitize between customers and was rude. I did report one of the checkers but Im just disgusted with Schnucks right now. Ill be shopping elsewhere for a while.

Requiring wearing masks due to Covid-19 only allowing a certain number of guests in at one time to comply with social distancing,, everything was well organized excellent custom service

The Meat and Seafood Department are very good. Produce is always good too. All around this store has a small town feel about it even though its one the big guys in the area.

Had everything that I shopped for!

I love shopping here but they dont always have things available in the deli. And the deli service is slow sometimes. Other than that the workers are all kind and curtious. And their always ready to help you when you need it.

Great selection of products considering rural location. Gorgeous produce. Only complaint is the layout. Be prepared to get lost and wander back and forth for that one item you forgot as you wandered by. 5 stars if they handed out treasure maps.

A perfect place for last-minute birthday shopping with our granddaughters for their mommy. 😍

Love the Schnucks! Imshopping here at least once per week if not more. There produce department is top notch and the prices are unbeatable! Seriously....they have some of the best prices around. I choose this Schnucks over any grocery and really department store. Great job Waterloo Schnucks!!!

This schnucks never seems to have a full stock of anything. Not much to choose from for fresh bread and cleaning products.

Didnt see many employees. Wasnt anyone at the bakery to help me.

Poor customer service as usual. Worst Schnucks store around. I worked at a schnucks store years ago and customer service was rule #1. This store is missing it big time. Workers also blocking aisles with pallets, which we never were allowed to during the day time and weekends during busy times. This store needs some changes and soon.

Just left schnucks Waterloo. Worst bagger EVER! Cloth bags only half full so had to use some plastic, like a whole bag for one SMALL container of ready to eat shrimp, one bag for a loaf of bread. BUT did not put a veggie tray or fruit tray in a bag!!! Hey guess what? $15 Fruit tray slid off cart before I got to my car! 80% of fruit left in the the parking lot. Disappointed. They usually do SOOOO much better!AND they keep moving stuff around in the store for NO apparent reason other than to frustrate the customers!!
