Showed up promptly at appointment time, diagnosed and got the air-conditioning unit up and running, and their charge for service was very reasonable. Very pleased all around!

The installers were prompt, very knowledgeable, professional and polite. The house was kept clean at all times. All trash and old equipment was removed. Jaenke heating and cooling was more then helpful. Our air conditioner went out in 100 degree weather. We had never used them before and the next day they came to get it going for us until we could figure out what we needed. Weve been with Jaenke Heating & A.C. for a while now and Im still blown away by how much they actually care.We tried other services (do not for the sake of everything holy go to Tiger unless you want to be eaten alive) and we either got bully sales tactics of felt like we got screwed by the costs.Im not a moron I understand overhead of a business but I also catch when someone is trying to screw me. Flo and everyone that Ive come in contact with has been over the moon accommodating, the techs have even taken the time to explain things to me, shown me how to clean and maintain the units. They helped me feel like I was apart of the process and solution for the next time.Flo has always been super nice about stuff and has never treated us poorly. I honestly cant say enough nice things about these people.
