Very disappointing. Building a new home should be fun and exciting. But our plumber asked us to go in to McDonald Supply to pick out fixtures and I was greeted with a very unpleasant woman. I was informed I needed an appointment(even though no one was there) So I made an appointment. Same woman, a little nicer. Several months later when we were ready for fixtures I contacted them to ask about the fixtures and if she(same woman) could get the information to the plumber. She was again rude, again I was asked to make an appointment. Really? What for? I already picked out the items that I wanted her to send a list of to my plumber. I ended up going to a different supply co and actually paying a little bit more(not much) because the service was so much nicer. Id rather pay more and be treated nicely that have someone be rude.
