Fast friendly service. Wasnt to busy and the ladies behind the counter were polite and quick with my order! Highly recommended!

Typical DQ frozen treats served by a friendly staff. Rather odd food menu including burgers, hot dogs, and egg salad sandwiches. No french fries - chips or potato salad. Chili available during cold weather months. Dine-in area was clean. There are a few outdoor tables.

I ordered a black raspberry n banana milk shake that was nasty u could even taste the black raspberry it was more like vanilla n banana

The young lady who waited on us was not familiar with making milkshakes. It was a bit watery & no whipped cream a bit disappointed.

The customer service here is lacking. Employees seen to hate their job. Also, very slow. But the ice cream is delicious.

Wait is long but I understand that they were busy at the moment, got our order wrong too and cleanliness is below standard compared to the university and the Laporte one.

What I ordered wasnt made as well as the Dairy Queen I usually go to by Tower Park or the 5th Street location.

We went to 5th Street DQ in Waterloo. Had a little birthday party. It was very nice.

Usually I never come here, decided to stop, there were two cars ahead of me, when it was my turn to order I was asked to wait a few minutes. I sat there for so long I decided to leave, get around to the other side and the only employee there was standing outside smoking. I will never go back.

Employees need more training very slow service they dont seem to enjoy working there.

The blizzard was not a thick icecream, the size was too small for a medium size blizzard. The blizzard was definitely overpriced what you received for an icecream treat was not worth the price you had to pay.
