Come to this location if you enjoy doing everything yourself with zero assistance from staff. This is the worst UPS store I have ever visited. I wasnt sure who the customer was, me or the staff.

Ann is amazing. I sent a 13-page PDF late on a Sunday and requested that it be printed in color and spiral bound with a cover and a back. I got a call at 8:15 Central time letting me know that not only was it done, but that one of her employees would drop it by my clients location on the way home from work later that day. We need more people running their businesses like Ann and her team. Well done and thank you!!!

I had a question about a package I shipped last week and called this USP store. The man who answered the phone answered all my questions kindly and clarified everything I needed to know. He made me feel better about the situation and was easy to talk to! I would call the USP store again for any questions I had.

Ann Brandt the manager went out of her way to help us with a last minute print, bind and delivery request. She was fantastic to work with, attentive, and was able to assist us in the final hours. She even went into the store after hours at night to make sure our request was complete. This is TOP NOTCH customer service and I would definitely recommend using this store for all of your shipping and printing needs. Thank you Ann!

Pretty bad Notary Services. The female agent left work during a confirmed scheduled appointment for notary services. What makes her think her time is more valuable than the clients who are paying her salary? To make an appointment at UPS, they need: phone number and email address. She could just called or sent an email if she was going to left work during business hours and could not be there.

I walked in and another lady was following behind me. We both were waiting for our turn and she helped the lady behind me first. I let her because she said IT LOUD IT WAS A QUICK SCAN TRANSACTION! Then I corrected her after she was done. Which I should have right away. Even if it was quick, it was rude to help her first. Without asking me and she knew what order we came in the store. I never encountered this here. I am in there 2-3 times per month. I just couldn’t believe it.

They are difficult to reach by phone. They have an employee Laurie who is the rudest and most sarcastic person that you may ever encounter. I asked about pricing to send an email with a B&W pdf attachment to be printed for someone to pick up. Concerned about the high price she quoted. Her reply was Then go to another UPS store. Really? I didnt ask for a manager fearing it was her based on the tone of her statement. Are jobs that easy to come by in Waterloo?

Was not pleased with my experience. I tried to ship bullet tips (just the lead) to a friend who also enjoys shooting sports. When I told them it was bullet tips they were concerned (understandably so) but when I showed and explained to them it was just lead and not hazardous at all they said we dont ship anything that can be used in a firearm including parts, regardless if they are hazardous this from the managers mouth. He continued to explain they are a privately owned store (not actually a UPS store) and have the right to refuse shipment that UPS would otherwise gladly do. I suspect being privately owned is also the reason they appear high priced than actual UPS rates. Obviously from my rating I will not b going back.

The store manager, Kevin Veatch, was awesome. I dont ship things very often, so he was really helpful. I was able to access my email from a computer in his store to print a shipping label from the company I was sending to. This saved me a significant amount of money. Great service Kevin!

VERY disappointed. Will not return. Tuesday May 9th, I received an email with options for sending packages for Mothers Day. One option was 3 day ground if sent that day. I called at 4 p.m. and was assured if I brought a package ready to send by 6:30 p.m. the package would go out that day. Arrived at 6:10 p.m. - VERY HOT in store so people were actually sweating. UPS truck driver arrived as my package was being processed. First, I was told there was only ONE option to deliver ground - NEXT day and the cost was nearly double the cost of the 3 Day option I had expected. Second, although the woman, who was working alone and she definitely needed another helper, was nice, AFTER I paid, she informed me the package wouldnt arrive until the next day. Had I known, I would have paid less and used USPS Priority and the package would have arrived on time anyway. Also, she dropped a breakable vase that fortunately didnt break, that was in one of many piles of orders to be packed and shipped the next day. It was quite a mess. Another reason I would not trust this facility with my items. No need for management to reply. I wont be back but maybe you can work on things for others.

This organization was not honest about what time they dropped my package off...I return home at 2:30 with a note on the foor with no time or details. Call the number and it says my package was attempted to be delivered at 12 p.m. I was home at that time and my home is small and there were three cars in the driveway at that time and you couldnt get ahold of anyone. My child Christmas will be effectsed by this organizations not doing their job properly. And when I left at 1:30 my teenage child was at home and her room is right next to the front door. And my cousin was in the house as well. But no kne heard you at the door.

Went to go pick up my package because the UPS driver crossed off that they would attempt to deliver again, they said they did not have my package, the UPS driver attempted to drop off again but forgot my package all together when dropping off another package of ours. The people at this location were rude and blamed situation on me.

I am pregnant and had a stroller/carseat to return and I cant lift it. I went in and asked for help and they were so helpful. They got a dolly and lifted it. I didnt need to do anything at all.

Horrible customer service, unreliable tracking. Was not delivered on time and each representative I spoke with gave me a different location for the package. Just stick with USPS. The package was shipped 7 days prior to the arranged date and they lost track of it, sent it to a state way out of the way.

Aarón and Jonatan are very cool guys and help us a lot, they were very helpful and funny, keep up the good work, thank you. But when it arrived the box was completely torn apart. I lost a good chinck of clothing from the box and all the tape they used to cover it was a single piece for a 20x20x20 box.

Well they close at 7 during the week and I arrived just in time but the associate they had working on the 17th of august still had the open sign on and as I got out of the car she turned the light off and ignored me when I asked if I can still come in quick and than turned the light off! Wow that is rude and has never happened to me!

Went in this morning with one package addressed exactly as the company rep told me to do. It is a suite of offices and so ran 300 to 302. Girl at counter gave me a really hard time about the address. I finally told her that was the way I was told to address it, that I had not just pulled it out of thin air. Not very polite but at least I got my package mailed.

I ship at least 25 packages per month with them but will be driving to CF now. They made an error and failed to scan my package, and then it mysteriously was lost, costing me $50. I asked them to review they footage since I knew the exact time but they wouldnt. So taking my business elsewhere.
