Abra, Watertown, SD, did a swift, excellent replacement of the grille on our 2019 Equinox (original ruined by a deers hind leg). I ordered the part through the Chevrolet dealer and made the appointment. It took about 40 minutes from the time I arrived until I left. We have used them before and been happy with their work.

We called Abra for a wind shield replacement. They had our glass within 24 hours and did the repair when it was convenient for our schedule. Overall the guys did a great job on my repairs. Honestly the paint job is an A- as there were a few things I spotted. Nick at the front desk was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Maybe my expectations were too high. I would recommend them to others for both workmanship and turn around time.

They did a great job on fixing my car however I had a few things in it thrown out or lost. I had an important envelope in my front seat and it was lost however after 15 minutes they found it. They also threw out a cardboard presentation board that I had in my back seat that was unused. I have no idea what else they could have tossed out but I have no idea why anything would have been when I had very few things in the vehicle. They were fixing my front bumper and radiator, they had no right to toss out my things. Very disappointed and upset.

Hit a deer going home after work and smashed my headlight and dented side doors. Took it in a couple days later to abra and was fast service went inside gave keys. Car got done far before insurance said it was going to be done.

ABRA fixed the front end of our car after an accident. They were very prompt and got things fixed quickly. Car looks great!

Replaced my windshield, there a factory defect in first windshield, they caught the defect and replaced it. Very friendly. Gave me a loaner to run errands and dr appointments. Would go there again!!!

I have dealt with Abra twice for my 2015 GMC Pickup. Both experiences have been five star. I found their service to be fast, professional and extremely friendly.

Friday after 4pm and didnt blink an eye about helping me get fixed up and ready to travel on home from vacation the next morning. Could not have asked for more courteous, helpful staff. Above and beyond. So nice to know there are still companies like this!

Did good windshield replacement

Their service was way above expectations! They fixed damages I didnt even know I had. On top of the beautiful work, they even detailed the inside of my vehicle, washed the exterior, and put on tire bright. I wont take my vehicles to any one else.

New window broke about a month after being replaced. Had no cracks or chips in it and was just sitting in the driveway on a cool morning and blew out. Contacted Abra about this and Don at the Watertown store told me hes had these things happen before (which should have been a good indication of the kind of work they do) and it most likely got hit by something while driving down the road. Not sure how this would happen on the back window but he seemed very persistent and rude and claimed that there was no way it was caused by them. After contacting another local glass installer, it is more likely that it was caused due to a flaw in the glass or improper installation which was causing metal to rub on the glass. Abra however, refuses to do anything about it.

My vehicle had some pretty extensive rear end damage from being hit in a parking lot, there was paint damage, paint from the other vehicle, the bumper was scrunched, the taillight was busted. There was much work to be done.The people at ABRA not only did exceptional auto body work, but they went above and beyond to make my car look amazing, detailing the inside, and making the rest of the car look outstanding, including fixing a pre-existing paint scrape. They even went the extra mile and applied tire brightener and those even look spectacular. I have NEVER been so pleased with auto service, or any service for that matter than I have with ABRA. Absolutely remarkable and I cannot say enough about them.Besides the work they did, the staff are absolutely incredible as well, I felt very comfortable bringing my vehicle to them, and they were superbly nice throughout the entire process. I would recommend ABRA to absolutely anybody, even if you live in Rapid City, bring your vehicle to ABRAs in Watertown.Not to mention, a job that I had guessed would take 1-2 weeks was finished in less than 5 days, and my car has never looked so good. It looks brand new. Should the need arise, I will be bringing my business exclusively to this shop, and I recommend them to anybody needing work done in the area, or even state wide.Thank you so much ABRA!
