I have known this place for a very long time. The people who work there are nice, and they always do the whole job quickly and efficiently. The owner of the auto service is a professional mechanic with extensive experience. Always solves all problems with the insurance company and answering all customer questions. I am completely satisfied and I highly recommend for everyone

They do awesome body work! My vehicle has been in a few accidents and they fixed my baby and had her looking like I just drove off the lot! Rico or Ricardo is a great mechanic as well. The owner is Russian, he can be a little hard to understand, but hes a fair man!

Alpha and Omega auto body is located in the heart of Watertown. They offer fast, friendly and very affordable service and they work with insurance companies. Vasiliy (the owner) is really easy to work with and he is honest about what your car needs to get fixed. He did a tremendous job repairing my Toyota last year and his crew was extremely personable and fair. They are number one when it comes to auto body repairs and Ive tried many over the years.

Very nice people, very mediocre to poor work. My car does not look new, it looks like its been in an accident and poorly fixed. Spotchy paint, uneven panel gaps, unclipped windshield washer jets, bumper coming off, and broken windshield wiper motor.
