If I could give this place 10 stars I would..to me 5 is not enough. Shawn has the best customer service me and my husband witnessed since we moved here from Maryland. We were having car problems and needed a rental to get us through the weeks so my husband and I can get to work till our car was finished. He understood our troubles and helped us and worked with us so we wouldn’t be stuck between a rock in a hard place. He was very informative about Watertown and where to go or what we needed to do in order for us to get our ducks in a row. Like I said we just moved here and knew nothing about anything. But Shawn helped us every step of the way. Very nice and caring person. Since we moved down here Shawn is the only person we trust and not take advantage of the fact we were not from here. And for that we are forever and truly Grateful for his excellent hospitality and excellent customer service. Thank you for everything.

Here is the email I sent to the business about a week ago now, and STILL haven’t received a response:I had an appointment at your location in Watertown today, for a NYS inspection. I wanted to say, the ladies at the front desk are very friendly, and have great customer service.When everything was all said and done, I got into my car, and the smell of cigarette smoke was absolutely overwhelming! Meaning, the gentleman working on my car were smoking in or around my car, in the garage, while it was opened up. My husband and I do not smoke cigarettes, and I absolutely cannot stand the smell.I went back in to complain, and the ladies were very friendly and understanding. They asked the gentleman who worked on my car to spray the detailing spray to mask the smell. I understand that was the best they could do in the moment, but they shouldn’t have had to even do that. Plus, when I got back in my car after that, the chemical spray they used made me cough and irritated my lungs greatly. I had to drive with the windows down until it aired out a bit.I understand that it is cold, and they may not want to smoke outside. But, when it effects the customers, or it effects their vehicle, it just unacceptable. I hope the smell goes away, otherwise I will have to pay, out of my pocket, to have my car detailed. I shouldn’t have to walk out of your shop, worried that I may have to detail my car, because it smells like cigarettes due to your staff.I wouldn’t want that to happen to anyone else, and for anyone else to experience their trust in a business broken, because of any similar situation.

I have brought my truck here a few times and never been dissatisfied. Back in December they did some manifold work on my truck. Completely new manifolds on both sides. A few bolts were broken and they had no issues. Monday I called and needed to get some new tires told Amanda the size I was looking for and she knew an exact tire that many people recommended. Truck went in today for mount and balance and install and it turned out great. I will continue to bring my vehicle here when I need to. I normally do work myself but been deployed and they have taken very good care of me and my truck. Could not be happier. There mechanics are very knowledgeable. Corey has worked on my truck both times and done an awesome job.

I came here to get my photo inspection for my car insurance and the lady at the front desk was VERY nice! It also didn’t cost me anything which was nice! Really recommend this autoshop!

Nicole and Shawn are the best! Nicole was very patient and made certain I received the best deal possible. Unfortunately a deer hit the side of the rental the day before it was due back. :-( Nicoles first concern was my safety - not the car. Both Nicole and Shawn were helpful and willing to work with my insurance company when the car was returned. Thank you for all you have done!

Great place to go for CARCO pictures!! Amanda was professional and extremely well organized. She had one person she was helping, then I was next. While she was helping me, two more people came in. She was extremely efficient and taking care of everyone and even though a few people had to wait they didnt have to wait very long and she made them feel comfortable.I will definitely be going there for my oil changes and any other work I need to have done on my brand new vehicle. Great place!!!

Let me just start off by saying I have no issues with the customer service definitely sweet to your face HOWEVER in my book customer service does not make up for attempting to rip off unsuspecting customers. I recently bought a new car while we were home on leave and made the stupid choice to register it in New York (won’t do that again) I needed my state inspection done so I decided to take it here since only a few places do the inspection. I’m a woman so I’ve had many body shops try to take advantage of me little do they know I was raised in a body shop I know my vehicles in and out. So after they told me my vehicle failed inspection (mind you I just purchased it off a dealer lot 2 months ago and had rigorous inspections completed there) for a “loose tie rod” they informed me it would be 300 dollars to have it fixed and an alignment done. Knowing this was not the case I drove another mile down the road took it to another body shop and it passed with flying colors they were astounded not only that gwizz told me I had a loose tie rod but also at the Estimate they gave me. So unless you would like to be ripped off when your simply trying to get your car inspected which is a rip off in and of itself I would highly suggest looking else where.

This place is horrible. I rented the car with unlimited mileage and when I get it they add a clause that says I cant go more than 50 miles from Watertown NY! 50 Miles?!?! Then after they take my $500 deposit they only credit back $430 and keep $70 for some fees that they said were not included in the rental fee that I already paid. This place is a rip off and I would suggest using anyone else and not this company.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Went to get an inspection on my vehicles and they literally took an hour per car to inspect for any tiny possible thing to fail me on. I have brand new cars!! They broke my windshield wiper on my new Camry just so I would have to pay an extra 20 dollars to have it replaced! On my rav, they said that my BRAND NEW rotor was worn down too much. LOL they are scam artists. An inspector said that they literally are told to find anything possible to fail customers getting their vehicles inspected so that they can make more money since they dont make money on inspections. Ill take my vehicles back downstate where they dont rip off their customers. Honestly disgusting business practice, dont go here if you dont want to walk out spending way more money than whats really necessary

They failed me for an inspection when I took it to the dealership they passed me that Same dayTelling me that I had a wobbling in my tires which is not true
