Amazing experience as usual. Was told about week over the phone which was perfect, when I showed up I was told to wait and it was done in 20 minutes if that. Turned out great. Weve had everything from windows to the glass of our wood stove replaced and the results have been superb everytime.

I needed a custom cut piece of glass to replace a window in an old door. The piece was over 50 inches long and none of the big box hardware stores carried pieces large enough and none could cut the angle I needed at the top. Northern Glass to the rescue! They cut the piece to order and it was perfect. Great quality, accurate, and a good price. Great workmanship and pleasant staff.

I called Northern Glass after calling 4 other glass installers for my custom shower and after a couple weeks of talking with them, I felt uneasy and no one seemed to care whether they had the job or not. I am (equally) in between Syracuse, Utica and Watertown. As soon as I called Christine at Northern Glass, she thoroughly explained the entire process, what she needed from me, and got me a preliminary quote within a few hours. Because she was so thorough, I was able to pick the shower glass handle I wanted to match my existing cabinet hardware and finish and have everything picked out, measured, ordered, and installed within 2 weeks. I also wanted gray tinted glass and all other installers were twice as much! She was very explanatory about the install, concerns, and options so that I was not in the dark and could make informed choices as a consumer. I am extremely happy with the service, professionalism of ALL the staff (measurer, installers too) and highly recommend!! I own a business, and Northern Glass is the ONLY glass company I will endorse after pulling teeth to get an estimate and set things up with the others. They dont hold a candle. They resealed my wind shield for me! Did it in a super awesome and timely manner. Very nice staff, very helpful and thorough when explaining the problem and their solution. If i need anything that their business offers i definitely will be coming back for their services. Im very happy with my experience :)

Took in a small bathroom window to have the glass replaced,was told 7 to 10 days & the price well if i was capable buying a whole new window would have been cheaper. Day 12 was told its baked up cause of holiday although that was 3 weeks away. Then day 18 manufacturer ran out of spacers no correspondence what so ever. No discount for the almost 1 month wait. Totally not impressed !

I have been using Northern Glass for window purchases in mobile and home applications for some time now. There work is always outstanding and professional. The sales staff (Kelly) and the Owner (Linda) have been more than fantastic, easy to work with and offer great cost savings for all my windows. The service techs as well are courteous and knowledgeable about each product as well as professional with the installation. In the past 6 months alone I have ordered 15 new construction windows and 12 replacement windows plus a windshield for my truck. I got an old Silverado. I noticed the windshield started leaking and being an old mechanic I brought her in here because the sealing a windshield is a pain in the *** and I dont have the tools to perform this job good. I dont trust chains or franchises so I went local. I told the tech I was weary of him scratching the paint because my truck is nice and he said he would never and assured me he would do his best. Well turns out someone did it to me. When they called me and told me they had to replace the glass, of course I was skeptical because I dont know these people or this place. I questioned it as soon as I walked in and boy was I wrong. The tech took pictures of the entire process, he fixed the rust installed the new windshield seamlessly and even chatted with me about it for a little while. This place did a stellar job, I recommend them to everyone. As a former technician and long time skeptic of other peoples work, they did a great job.
