I had to have my windshield replaced. The guy at the front counter was super friendly. They had candy so my kids were elated. We were in and out super quick.

It was wonderful. I had my windshield replaced along with wipers. My appointment was 1:30. They explained everything. Was much impressed with the man helping me. They took care of my insurance, cleaned the truck, replaced decals. GREAT JOB and I would tell anyone to go there for super work. I give them 10 stars for work and information

When i had to have my windshield replaced, and they ordered the wrong window by mistake. They fixed their mistake and didnt charge me anything. They were very professional in the office and the technician thqt came to my house to replace my windshield was very respectful, on time, and very professional. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was greeted right away. The gentleman told me it could take up to an hour and a half to replace my drivers side window. 15 minutes later it was all done and I was shocked it was done so quickly! Thank you guys so much!

My daughter had a stone hit her drivers side windshield, left a small starred hole that was right in the line of sight. Justin from Safelite Auto Glass called this morning, verified our address, and called when he left to come to our home. He repaired the crack in about 12 minutes, and explained when he was done that it was OK to drive right away.He was courteous, very professional and I appreciated his customer service.Unfortunately, the repair isnt invisible, like the Safelite TV commercials portray it. We will probably have the windshield replaced, as the repair is easy to spot, and will detract from the resale value.We also received text message and email notification with the receipt when done.So, a great company, but in this case the repair was less than perfect because of the type of impact on the glass.

Extremely pleased with the prompt and courteous mobile Safelite service. I had my windshield replaced on my 2015 Suburban. Kory was my technician, and was very professional and informative throughout the process. He called to confirm the details and let me know when he was on his way. Took all of 45 minutes, and I didnt even need to leave my house. Very pleased with the results and the new windshield. Thank you Kory, and Safelite! I will be humming the Safelite repair, Safelite replace jingle all day.

Replaced the windshield in my wifes BMW and the technician, Nathan, did an excellent job! Had an electrical issue that may, or may not, have been related to the installation and Nathan assured me that they would take care of the problem. Fortunately, the problem corrected itself! Came in with a last minute need to get a windshield replaced, and was not disappointed. There were snacks, coffee, and tea in the waiting room, There was a marathon of Friends on TV. The staff was polite as well. They put up with my curiosity, which I am sure can be annoying, but if they were annoyed I didn’t know about it. Thanks guys!

Corey came out to replace the glass on my back windshield. He called and let me know when he was going to be there, and was able to replace everything without me even having 5o be there. In my eyes, safelite is the standard any consumer should expect when it comes to glass repair. If you settle for anything less you are cheating yourself.They also work hand in hand with insurance companies so I never even had to think about gettin a bill. Everything was 100% covered.

Had an appointment but had to reschedule as the windshield they accepted delivery of, for my car came in damaged; that was upsetting.On second appointment, I was 33 minutes late but they got me in saying itll be two hours. However, they got it done in a little under one hour...so very pleased.

Im glad I didnt pay for it. The guy was nice, but he broke all the plastic pins that hold the bottom trim on my front windshield and didnt tell me about it. I found out after I found out that he didnt re-route my washer fluid line correctly; AND LEFT IT DISCONNECTED.

Safelite auto repair from Watertown, NY failed to repair my windshield from a small chip and see their mistake? a $200.00 windshield I will have to pay for their mistake. Dont use them unless you want to pay for their mistakes.
