I have been to this location in the past where I have been told I couldn’t be helped with simple installations but today I was assisted by Juan and I couldn’t be more grateful. He was extremely informative and had an abundance of knowledge when it came to my entire vehicle. He was very nice and professional. I am actually looking forward to returning for future reference! Just purchased a battery for my wife’s car, as well as a few items for my car as well. The sales person, Juan Arroyo, was beyond helpful, offering seasoned advice, tips, and he even installed a new car battery for my wife.I’ve shopped there sporadically in the past, but after the service we received today from Juan, I’ll be making this Auto Zone my go to spot for my automotive needs.

They have always been more than helpful every time I go in for parts for my 2006 Rav4. Moses just replaced my battery under warranty and also gave his thoughts on questions I had about my car. Different ideas/thoughts are always appreciated! But they don’t push you one way or another. Thanks!
I came in to get something to buff out a little paint transfer on my car and the product they recommended was out of stock. One of the employees, Louis, had some in his own car that he put on it and in seconds buffed it right out for me! Went above and beyond for sure! I had a great experience with a battery replacement (July 2021). Moses immediately greeted me when I came in and was a knowledgeable, patient, and kind service member. He gave great and sincere advice and was quick with installation. I would return for any car needs.

Had a great customer service experience at this AutoZone location a couple months ago. Was helped by Luis, who truly went above and beyond to help me problem solve and find the solution I needed regardless of how much (or in my case, how little) $$ the store would be making from me. I saved a hefty sum of $$ that I would have had to pay had I gone elsewhere. In todays day and age, I truly appreciate amazing customer service (and encounters with kind people). Super helpful and friendly! Erica took quite a bit of time to help me research what type of bulbs I would need to replace for my cars blinker... and a kind gentleman (I will have to call again for his name!) Also went above and beyond helping me as I was having trouble replacing the bulb! I highly recommend and will definitely give them my business again.

I have been coming here occasionally for years. Every time, the staff at AutoZone in Watertown is always so helpful with advice, and they come out to my car to show me how to replace bulbs, etc. I like to do things myself, but dont always know how. As an older woman, I appreciate how Im treated here.

Everything your car needs is here. Anything other than wiper blades or air freshener, I highly recommend looking up the part you need online. That will show you which location has the part you need....
Some things can be improved but by all means this is a different side of Autozone. Cool staff and most times very accommodating to customers and clients.
Short smart and satisfactory transaction
They had a tip jar which I found strange because they fix windshields but the strangest part was that the tip jar was filled with small bones. I asked them why they had bones in there and they told me they couldnt tell me and looked at me for what felt like hours with inky black eyes. When I looked back at the tip jar all it had was a 4 dollar bill with taika watitis face printed on it. Which was pretty cool
Stopped in this past Saturday after I had to jump my car to get it started. I wanted to confirm if my battery needed replacement. Luis was the one who help me, I told him my situation, he gladly came outside to check the battery and in fact it needed to be replaced.We went back inside, Luis explained the prices and told me to take my time deciding. Because this was an unexpected-needed expense, I told him that I 1st wanted to go check the prices at the other auto part store that is down the street. He said no problem, that he would be there if I needed any help.I ended up coming back to Auto Zone, they had the best price for me. The store manager rung me out and as I was getting ready to walk out, he asked me if I needed help with the battery. I was planning on replacing the battery myself, but the manager asked Luis to help me out.Luis came with me, carried the new battery out, and in about 10 minutes had made the change for me. We went back inside, where I got a refund for the old battery.Thanks to management and Luis! For your help and for your patience when I couldnt decide which battery to buy. I truly appreciate it!A very satisfied customer :)
Went to pick up some touch up paint for my Honda and the older man at the register asked me if i was going to paint my nails with it. He was otherwise polite but clearly didnt take me seriously, maybe because Im a short female. You guys apparently need to teach some of your employees how to treat everyone the same.
It was just good to be there that day, they took good care of me.

I usually dread going to AutoZone because I’ve only had bad experiences with the staff in the past. So glad I went today! I was getting all new wiper blades and the employee came over and asked if I needed any help. He was so pleasant and friendly, and even came outside to help a few customers put wipers on without being asked. I was so appreciative and will no longer dread making the trip to AutoZone. 🤗

I went to this store today with my work van to get my lightbulbs replaced, ended up having more then one problem explaining why the bulbs keep burning out so quickly I was amazed by their worker I believe his name was Luis, he did a fantastic job like he went above and beyond, he fixed the problem and replaced the lightbulbs really quick like he is so experienced he knew my van really well I was so grateful because we bring the van different places before and they wouldn’t fix it. I think this guy should be the store manager or something he definitely has the qualifications and abilities to run a store and very experienced with cars.
I came in with my friend to get some parts for his car. The man helping us was great, and was able to help us get everything we needed. He was a bit of an oddball but clearly knew what he was doing and chose the best options available. Definitely stop by if you need some car parts!

This place is magical - they can turn aPurchase into a non-purchase by the lack of customer service representatives. I came in for an extremely small purchase of window washer fluid and left empty handed. From door to selection of the product it took less than a minute - thats when the real waiting commenced. The lone cashier was busy speaking with another customer (who also didnt appear to buy a product) for almost 5 minutes. After waiting and the lack of engagement I decided to leave. It doesnt take much too have two people on the floor - maybe next time it wont take as long.
Great service today from Skip D. when I brought my daughter’s car in today to have the battery checked. In short time the battery was checked, new battery purchased, and installed by Skip.
Skip is one of the managers. He is also a friend. When Im in the area and need something, Ill stop there.He runs a tight ship and works hard to keep customers and subordinates alike happy.
The customer service here was really bad I am a loyal customer and the cashier here did not look like he was engaged in our conversation on the battery issue I was facing. I believe I was polite and patient, but still received a lot of attitude. Dont believe I deserved that. I will NEVER STOP BY THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!

Yesterday August 9th 2019 was my first time to walk into this auto parts place I needed a battery for my car and an attendant named Luis was very helpful that he even offered to help change the battery without even me asking for he charged very quickly and was very professional. Absolute garbage! Ive been a customer for quite awhile and every time I came to this store, I felt unwelcome. During my last visit, I brought 2 items to the cashier, and as usual, I was the one who had to do the smiling and greeting just to be ignored by the cashier. They rejected my reward card right at the beginning just by assuming my total isnt $20 or above, before even scanning my items. I had to explaine that they need to use my reward card to use my $20 reward and pay for the items. Rudely, they processed my purchase. No apology, no explanation. The total of the 2 items turned out to be $26 btw. I paid the last $6 I will ever again spend at this store. The store was slow and there was absolutely no excuse for these unpleasant manners. Im taking my business somewhere well deserved.
I went here for oil and sm oil cap. The store manager looked all over for an oil cap and couldnt find one. He assisted me in putting the oil in and then put a rag in the top to keep the oil from splattering all over the engine., ( his idea) When I went to my car dealership the next day for oil cap I was informed the rag had been sucked down into oil tank, shredded and caused engine damage. $2,000.00 later my car was fixed. Thanks for nothing Autozone!
I had the worst customer service experience today at the Auto Zone in Watertown. I do not recommend other customers to come here. The employees, including the managers refused to provide me with the service I requested to test my alternator despite the fact the store not busy. Instead I was disrespected and discriminated against by the manager who exclaimed “You guys come here and try to take advantage of our free service that we don’t get paid for!” The manager rebuffed my request, was rude, and he along with the other 2 employees, gave me false information as to why the alternator could not be tested. I spent hours with no resolution to the problem and was certainly not going to buy any parts from this location by that point. Please take your business somewhere else!
I worked for 16 years for AutoZone.i started in store 5010 Allston Ma worked there until it closed and was transferred to store 5006 Watertown ma until I retired.i found out I should have received in the mail a lifetime employees discount card,which I never received..nice way to treat a loyal employee.

My bad experience I have a Battery Interstate Battery to give you charge back in 1 hour and they tell me they feel it but the battery is damaged I need to replace them I say ok the other I go to the Interstate Battery store and to my surprise the battery if it was good and what I needed was load bone as the battery was not theirs they deceive me saying that it is damaged to see if I fell for the trick to buy them a brand new to them for my lost a customer for life .......

I left my car in my driveway during a business trip and of course the leaves that fell on the car stained my entire hood. As someone who tries to take care of his possessions with no actual handy skills what-so-ever I headed to autozone. Instead of forcing me to purchase a product, the two gentlemen at the service counter let me try a chemical cleaning. It didnt work, I ended up purchasing a different cleaner that worked really well. Two car-washes couldnt remove the stains but these guys saved me about $100 for a detail. Thank you guys for being so helpful. Its much appreciated.
Dont waste your time here if you are looking for a battery swap. They state they will swap them out over the phone but when you go in its a whole different story. They understaff just so they can say Well Im the only one here, I can sell you the battery but you have to install it yourself. No, keep the battery and Ill head to Advance Auto parts.

Horrible customer service. I asked to utilize the free OBD reader/check engine light code and the guy acted like I was being the hugest inconvenience to walk the thirty feet to my car. On his phone the whole time, being super dismissive. Come on man, I used to work in customer service as well and I get that you might be having a poor day, but thats absolutely no way to treat a customer, and a sure fire way to put a dent in their day.

With ..the rain.I bought the battery and when the old battery was full of corrosion.he managed to clean the terminal and repaired the wire that had become loose with a new contact. Thank you Rob.

I usually visit this location because staff here is very Friendly. They have a good knowledge about car. Especially a young Guy. One day I went there to buy windshield Cleaning. I was about to pay one product but young guy tell me that he Brough it and it was a bad product and he didnt recommend. He recommended me to buy another one Instead. It is not good idea to say that the product is good or Bad. However as a customers point of View, I like It. He tells me the True. He might not be a good sales associate who can increase sales but he already done something to make customer like me would like to come back to the Store.
