I am sorry to say that I am not happy with the service I got. I went there to address a vibration indicating unbalanced tires. The guy balanced them but couldnt tell me how much he had to do or by how much they were off. He just assured me it was all done--not in the most eloquent way.There was no effect; if anything, it got worse. I went to the dealer next, and after aligning they said all rims were bent and could not be balanced well, and that some small rings were missing on two of the wheels and gave me the other two. So I lost my trust in this place.

I have been to many auto body’s and tire places in the past with different vehicles and with this one! My Jeep is my little baby. I have had her for 11 years now and I am very particular where I bring her. I read the reviews on this place and gave them a try!!! BOY AM I BEYOND HAPPY I DID! Everyone was so friendly, so professional they made you feel welcome. Being a woman going to get your car serviced is always nerve racking! They had women working the front who were so knowledgeable and helpful the owner (at least I think he may be the owner) was so friendly so helpful! I will be bringing my car back here for EVERYTHING! And will tell all my friends and family to do the same! I am beyond happy with my experience! Thank you all so much

I cannot recommend Express Tire any higher. I called because I needed tires yesterday. Spoke with Darren who couldn’t have been more helpful. After helping me figure my tire size, he made recommendations for my vehicle that didn’t break the bank, and scheduled me for 2 days out. When I went to the location Lisa couldn’t have been any sweeter. She gave me an approximate time for pick up. She text me my inspection with no pressure sales. I did add 2 additional services and my vehicle was still ready at the estimated time.Thanks so much for helping me navigate something so out of my wheelhouse with ease and comfort.I will be back.

I looked them up using Google and Im glad I did. The service there is good they gave me a free estimate of what needed to be done and gave me a loaner car while I got the estimate and going back in to get my car fixed. Darren told me to bring my civic in so they could look it over so I wouldnt get overcharged for work I didnt need on it. That was cool. Gave me reassurance. Lisa provided me with what they found needed work and the prices for it as well and gave me the option to have my oil changed the same day they did the work. That place, in my opinion, is a reliable company. I definitely notice a difference in the performance with the upper control arm. Ill be using their services again.

I had my a/c checked. Knowing that I was planning to sell my old car if it the expected cost was too high, they honestly told me that the a/c problems were likely to be extensive and the cost high because they smelled Freon. I appreciated their honesty and would do business with them again.

I went to Express Tire yesterday for a noise coming from my car. Within 30 minutes, Darren and the team checked my car, diagnosed the problem, and had me in a free loaner so I could return to work. This was my first visit to Express Tire for an oil change. Because I was waiting they took my car right away and were finished within one hour. A special shoutout to Lisa who is so professional, kind and organized and kept everything running like clockwork. One bonus is they have loaner cars (look to be newer and clean) if you need one, although I didn’t opt for one. I had a great experience and will definitely go back!

Excellent experience from start to finish at Express Tire and Auto. My truck tires were bordering on Steve Harvey bald and Mother Nature was planning on dropping more than a foot of snow the following day. Darren and his team were able to locate my hard to find tire size, get them mounted and balanced, and had me back on the road in no time. Express tire has always provided professional service at really good pricing for me over the last 20 years. I do not go anywhere else for my auto service.

Went in for an oil change. Waited an hour for a 27 point inspection with $1200 worth of recommendations. Oil change was fine but make it clear if that’s all you want not to waste your time.

Where to begin with why this shop is excellent. Friendly service, skilled mechanics, honest about work that needs to be done, got me in same-day to fix a window (right before the last Noreaster).But also, the free loaner car that saved me from having to use Uber to pick up my kids from daycare. Having access to a loaner meant I could salvage my day.

They were the best! Lisa was amazing- so nice! I would definitely come back for more car service.

Express Tire was great! I called ahead and they told me to come right in. I had a screw in my tire and assumed the tire couldnt be patched, but I was wrong. They easily could have convinced me to purchase two new tires on the spot but they patched the hole and I paid less than $50. They also let me know that Ill need to replace the two front tires soon without being pushy. I assured them Id be back since they were so honest and reliable. Their prices are great and they work quickly. I highly recommend Express Tire and Ill definitely be returning to them in the future!

I brought my car in to have my tire changed. Lisa took very good care of me. We discovered that all four of my tires were balding and the two front tires were the wrong size. They gave me a loaner car for free over the memorial Day weekend. Upon receiving my car I had four new tires they were aligned and I feel very safe in my car. I had my car inspected last year and it failed! Tires bald because of miss alignment. I immediately went to Express Tire and Auto in Watertown, MA. I was able to get new tires and a four wheel alignment. With new tires I received free rotation to keep them in good shape. Yesterday I took my car down for free tire rotation. They did a great job and checked the car over for possible other issues. I will be returning to get my car checked in the future.

After 2 sets of Dealers tires didnt last 20K miles per set, I called Darren. He set me up in a loaner, I bought a premium set of tires. Much better ride and handling at significant cost savings from the dealer pricing. Thanks to Darren and his team!

Still a little hesitant about all auto mechanics places. They seem ok. Brought car in for muffler. Told me catalytic converted, 750.00 or so. Told them that was expensive. Then told me that they could fix just the connection flange, would save me 500.00 or so. Should have just told me that to begin with. Next thing I know, replaced rear brakes, aligned tires. Kept finding things. Loaner car was nice. Still came to 700.00 or so.Don’t know - convenience is key, I will go back. But still apprehensive about auto mechanics in general. Hard to find a good one. Overall, will try one more time!

Had a flat, took vehicle to Epress as they state that if tires purchased there then free flat repair. Outstanding service, no charge and they use a patch and not a less desirable plug. Cannot tell they worked on tire except for a lefover eraseable chock mark - very clean work, very happy with service. Already decided future tire purchases will be there as I purchased present 4 there a few years ago and they gave me a reasonable price.

Dont even think about going to this place. I went in to have my dead battery replaced and the next morning it wouldnt start. Had a friend jump start me and brought it back and they said battery and alternator tested fine and that maybe the aftermarket radio was drawing off juice from battery so I brought it to car audio shop and they discovered that Express Tire neglected to tighten down the positive terminal on the battery causing it to intermittently work. Talk about incompetence. Such a simple thing and they couldnt even figure it out the second time around....pathetic

Ive been using Express Tire to service my two Priuss for several years. They provide great service at a fair price. A couple of months ago I pinched a tire I had bought at Express tire going around a curve and it was losing air. I brought it in to have it fixed. They found it had been damaged and was under warranty from the manufacturer so put on a new tire at no cost. As I said, great service.
