I was towed by Perfection as a result of an accident on the Mass Pike. They gave me a bill with a total price of $650 for the tow and assistance from a second medium duty vehicle. They then told me they estimated my cars value to be $648 and suggested I sign the vehicle over to them in order to cover the towing costs. Through google I was made aware of state maximum towing rates and called into Perfection for clarification- the office lady rudely told me I was given a break and lucky I wasnt charged upwards of two thousand dollars. After state police towing compliance intervention I was provided with an amended bill for HALF OF THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT. THIS COMPANY IS PREDATORY. AVOID THEIR SERVICE IF YOU CAN.

Perfection AKA Penta Autobody is excellent! They are conscious, work well with both myself and my/ others involved Insurance AND even clean up when theyre done. Most minor jobs are quite short, and they even provide help w rentals. Ive been here w my old car and came back for work on my newer car and can say to both jobs- Well Done!!

I blew out a tire on July 4th weekend and these guys picked up my vehicle in minutes, shopped tires, provided options and great advice, and had me back on he rad in 2 hours. All done over a Holiday weekend. Tremendous service and highly recommended.

About a week and a half ago, I brought my 2014 to Perfection Auto body to have body work done on.my vehicle. The previous body shop in Hyde Park on River Street quoted me an estimate but then JACKED UP THE PRICE on the total cost. But once Mike at Perfection had evaluated my vehicle and given me an estimate, he kept to that estimate and didnt increase the price.I would recommend Perfection for your auto body needs! 💥💥💥💥💥

I had a great experience with Perfection Auto Services in Watertown. My jeep was rear ended and they were able to put on a completely new bumper. They walked me through the process of working with the insurance company and reminded me to submit my rental car expense. My car was washed and detailed and returned to me looking brand new. Cant say enough good things about Mike and Joe.

Had to get my whole front windshield replaced for a giant crack. Safe lite quoted me at almost $500 but perfection gave a better deal at $275. Left my car overnight and came back the next day looking brand new.

This place is great & Im very satisfied with my experience. My car is a bit old and I was having issues with rust. A few places I talked with proposed extremely expensive repairs that were way beyond the value of the car itself. Mike proposed a much more realistic alternative and executed the job quickly and masterfully. They even gave me a ride home when I dropped the car off. Long story short, of you are looking for a professione place with people actually capable of understanding what you need, this is the place for you.

I brought my brothers car there are there some difficult circumstances and Mike, the owner, was most helpful and understanding. He went out of his way to work with us. Great Service and very professional.

I had to get my bumper fixed becuase some clips snapped off. I got an estimate that was $1200 (RIDICULOUS) and a week of work from Three Sons Auto down the street. The man there was so rude and condescending that I decided to get an estimate from Perfection. When I arrived Penta helped me immediately, explained my options and quoted me at $200. I got my car back the next morning and it looked good as new! They even offered to give me a ride back when I dropped off my car. If youre looking for somewhere that you can trust, does great work, has fast service, and doesnt charge insane prices then go here! Ill be taking my car here from now on.

I was going to use this business, because it is highly recommended. But fairly recently, a friend of mine went there to pick his car up after some repair. He saw that the person test driving his car was both smoking and mask-less in the car. Additionally, no one inside the shop were wearing masks. Well, guess what, now he has Covid. Way to go, Penta Auto Body. Its too bad - seems like you do good work, but there are many auto shops that do good work. I can go to another shop, get high quality care for my car, without putting my health at risk. So selfish and stupid.

My car had lots of scratches and collisions on the body. I tried to fix it by myself using touch paint and other spay paint I got online, but unfortunately made things worse. So it looked very messy. Luckily, I visited Perfection and Mike (the president) and his team saved my car by repainting it. They got it done in less than 24 hours. I dropped my car on the President Day, and picked my car the next day. The price was very reasonable and affordable. I visited another body shop which gave me a quote of $4,000. My car is almost 10 years old, although it has very low mileage and the function is perfect, I really dont think it worth $4,000 to fix the out looking. Anyways, I am very happy with the work Perfection has done on my car. My car looks really good now.

Wow! That’s all I can say. My car was almost totaled by the insurance company but I wanted my car fixed. Mike Penta at Perfection Auto Body said that he could fix my car at a reasonable price and this was indeed done. My car looks and drives like new! All of the people at Perfection are very professional as well as being really nice. Someone there always picks up the phone and talks to you and you do not have to play telephone tag. I would like to share my unbelievable experience here. I don’t know how to judge their service properly but would hope someone with professional knowledge could come up with a reasonable answer.On Saturday, I came to this place by chance to fix a slow-leaking tire (A pumped up pressure of 32 psi would drop to about 25 psi in 4 days. I actually pumped a couple of times before this fix because of my busy schedule). I was told the leak was caused by “a tiny nail” (the mechanic’s words) and I was glad when it’s fixed for $18. However, at about 2 miles left of my 10-mile trip to get to home, the indicator on my dashboard showed low tire pressure. After I got to home, I have other things urgent to attend so I only got to check tire pressure at evening, now at 15 psi. On the second day I was fortunate enough to find one nearby place that opens on Sunday. It was then revealed to me that the hole on the tire supposedly fixed with a plug had turned into a crack, and became unfixable. So I ended up having to change a new tire!Please help me understand, how could this be possible?

Twice before I had left a little change in my car, and had suspicion some was taken. Recently, had taken my car in, left 75 cents in the middle cup holder to see if any would be taken to confirm that it has been happening, and what do you know. I get my car back and only 25 cents left in the middle cup holder. LOL. They do provide great service here, but their workers will take any change or valuables you have. TAKE ALL CHANGE AND VALUABLES OUT OF YOUR CAR. If you ask me, it’s sad people have the audacity to make a measly 50 cents lol

Our 2005 Camry with low mileage had some parking lot dents, scratches, bad rear bumper, etc. We took the car to many body shops and we were given crazy expensive quotes and advice that its not worth wasting money doing any body work or painting. Then I decided to take the car to Mike Penta, president of Perfection Auto body. That was the best decision we made. He checked the car and suggested that we would be better off having all the body work done and then have the whole car painted. He gave us a very reasonable quote which also included replacing the rear bumper. We picked up the car yesterday and it looks exactly like it looked when we bought the car new in 2005. I took my car to be checked it had an engine light on...they sat on my car the whole week telling me they are not done yet...with just checking what was triggering the engine light. I kept calling to find out if they had found something but no...same answer until I walked 45mine there to just go pick it up and take it to another garage.
