They are helpful, they answer 24/7. However, they wont tell you the condition of the car (ours was stolen) before paying. Obviously Im going to come get my car but I need to know if it can be driven or needs to be trailered etc.

Absolutely 100 percent hands down the beat towing company I have ever dealt with. Slid into the ditch and he hauled me out with out a problem in the cold and blowing snow. His patience with how his night was unfolding was top notch. I have a 9 car hauler and a load on and I didnt stress at all while he was pulling me out. Andy was great. He was very helpful, gave us a ride home, called the mechanic to make sure things were lined up, and towed our van to the mechanic. I know we are going to be taken care of with Andy and his crew.

Very helpful for early on a Sunday morning

I was on my way back to Aberdeen SD from Pipestone MN and my car just broke down about 30 miles from Watertown SD. I had called performance towing up and in less than 40 mins they were there to pick me up, drop my car off at the mechanics and also bring me to a hotel room. Couldnt ask for better service from a towing company! Definitely would reccomend them to anyone! Thanks again Andy for all your help!

When my son and I we heading to the lake, the tire exploded on the boat trailer south of Watertown. We started to go through the process of changing the tire. Unfortunately, we werent successful. Went to see my cousins car at this place and they were very rude to us and we werent allowed to look at all.

This business definitely deserves a 5 star rating! My daughter went in the ditch on her way back to college due to whiteout conditions east of Watertown about 10 miles. She had to stay overnight in Watertown. The owner picked up her keys at the hotel and got her car for her about 4 am when winds had died down. He recharged her battery and got it all checked over for her. He delivered the car to the hotel and left the keys at the desk! Amazing service! Thank you so much for taking care of every detail! So much appreciated!
