Between my significant other and myself, we have been consistent customers for the last 6 years but since Labor Day weekend we have started to fall short with feeling welcomed by the lead employees and we have started to lose our interest of wanting to remain consistent customers...However, personal conversation between employees and TEAM LEADERS are very derogatory and unprofessional. Its not the store thats, its the employees that work there that makes and gives this TARGET a BAD REPUTATION!!!!!!!

Easy to find things with discount in it. And it includes a lot of kinds of stuff in it.

Busy store needs to get its act together, especially on weekends. Staff was helpful but all the self-checkout stands were closed except one.

I called the electronics department at around 9am on 10/15/21 to potentially buy an item. Right away, it was obvious the employee did not want to be there and sighed every time I would ask a question about my inquiry. I was very nice to him. After asking 2-3 questions, it seemed like he had enough and just hung up right in my face. I called twice seconds after and no one responded. Terrible customer service. If you don’t want to do your job, find another place.

Store was incredibly busy-which is good. Not one associate in the store greeted me or inquired if I needed assistance. The shelving was bare-including food. I had a list of items to purchase but ended up with 3. Hard to find certain products due to layout

Nothing is stock ! The phone kept taking my calls to the electronics. a girl answered and helped me to transfer the call 4 times and guest service hangs up every time. I JUST want my pick up order. Why doesn’t the phon e work and why stuff is online but when I pick it up it’s not there? I come for the same product twice and never get it. Is the store ever going to get more AirPods?

Was slightly disappointed with the sporting goods sections. I felt misguided by the name of the store as there were very few, if any, archery related products. I needed to get some more arrows and figured a place call target was my best bet. I was sorely mistaken. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

This is our Target. We go there and City Target at Fenway. They are our favourite Boston area Target stores. Easy parking and very friendly staff at this Target.

This is a very clean and classic Target and I appreciate that. I love their clothing selection, and I love that the fitting room attendant lady didn’t limit how many items I could bring in (cuz I had a Lot). And order pickup has always been very seamless. Great, typical Target experience.

Worst experience I’ve had at a target EVER. Would rate 0 stars if possible. The store itself is clean and organized but the workers are beyond rude and inappropriate for a work environment. Had workers following me around and clearly watching me to the point of it being creepy (and all the employees doing this were male too). Also received very rude comments. I will not be going back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here if you value feeling comfortable while shopping.

The cashier was amazing, friendly and personable. I work in the hospitality industry and know how hard it can be to always be on point and nice. He exceeded expectations and made me feel less guilty about dropping $300 at Target on a Monday afternoon.

Nice clean store..employees are very friendly and welcoming and willing to assist you..also you can find good quality merchandise that you cant find in other Target stores..plus Watertown Target has the Best dollar section than any other Targets..the food section is the biggest than any other Targets also..overall Watertown Target is just a beautiful Clean store with a nice atmosphere and they play the Best music while your shopping..Im always dancing and singing when I come to this Target, it makes me feel Happy 😊.

This Target has a great Lego selection. Theres often a line to get to the self-checkout, and not a lot of cashiers :( The grocery selection is pretty decent, good for snacks.

The Store Manager (I didnt quite catch his name but it starts with a T) is super kind and super accommodating. The Starbucks Barista was running late so he was back there making free iced/hot coffees for customers. We even worked together to find milk, simple syrup and cinnamon. Was a fun moment.Store is huge, clean and full of employees who have the store tattooed on their brain and can tell you where everything is.I only left with three more things than I planned to get. 😂

This Target recently launched a partnership with Lapels Dry Cleaning, where you can drop off your laundry or dry cleaning in convenient and secured lockers near guest services. This allows you to do your errands all in one place! You need to download the Lapels Dry Cleaning App to do it (can get it from the IOS or Google Play Store).

Customer service! I visited the Watertown, MA store this afternoon and Ana was my check out clerk. She was amazing! She packaged everything so nicely for me. She had the best attitude and was very sweet. Ana for the win!!

I really enjoy visiting this Target. Employees are really nice when you are trying to find a product, they help you look, tell you the right place where you could find it and even check the app to see if the product is available at store. COVID safety is considered during the visit, 6 feet apart and face-mask is required. Is really spacious the store and the parking lot.

I left this review on accident for the Gap located across the stress. Whoops. It was meant for Target and Michael! :)Last night (11/5) I went to target to do a return on a pair of boots. I loved them, but they just ran a little too big. I went straight up to the customer service desk for returns and pick-ups and met Michael! I apologized and said I was an awful person because... 1. boots didnt have their original tag 2. I brought them in the wrong shoebox and 3. I wore them before knowing they were too big. Michael said I wasnt an awful person (so sweet of him, haha) and helped me through the return. He was so patient and kind-- nice work Michael and Target (for hiring such an awesome person). PS. please give him a raise, or a tip, or gift card- he was SO kind.

Everything I want in Target is to be shipped or shipped to Target I go to Target to not buy online so if they dont have products in store I buy online which is cheaper than Target why stay in business if you do not please your customers.

This Target is huge, well stocked and organized and staff are very friendly. I recently made a purchase online for in-store pick up and it was ready quickly and the whole pick-up process was smooth and easy. A perk of this store (over other Targets) is that this location sells beer/wine.

Very standard Target store. Beats out pretty much all other department stores in my opinion. They have 1$ omelet spatulas which alone is a 5 star review in my mind. You know what Target is and you get that here.

Havent been in a while and the new look is clean, modern and really nice. Also didnt know they started selling beer and wine. Quite spacious with a plethora of self-checkout registers. Had someone there to direct shoppers to distanced kiosks. Good place. Friendly staff.

Ive been frequenting Targets around the Cambridge/Somerville/Everett areas and have found this Target to consistently be the most well-stocked and well-organized in terms of the Bullseye Playground. This location has the most variety and is the most up-to-date with shelves always stocked, particularly with some of the larger items each season. For example, the childrens plastic patio chairs were only available here recently out of all the local targets. Hope this helps other shoppers on the hunt for Bullseye items.

I have always felt that this location, in particular, best adheres to COVID safety practices. The store is so spacious, clean, and well-spaced. Any time Ive needed to make a return, the staff are always so accommodating and quick.

I was instructed to by the a 11 with a $40 plan and when I returned home I found out that this $160 purchase I made was actually free on the Cricket Wireless website!!! I know the sales clerk was aware this because he kept trying to rush me through the order I told me I could look at the website when I got home it wasnt for it!!

The remodel is well done. Store seems to adhere to safety protocols, directing people into one way aisles. Overall a good target.

The manager on duty, Jenna was so kind and so helpful, she assisted me during a very stressful shopping trip the night before the first day of remote learning for my kids. She took the time along with Angel in electronics,to explain what I needed, searched the inventory of all the nearby stores and helped me navigate a solution that was perfect for my situation. Hannah was extremely helpful and informative. She taught me how to download my credit card onto my cell and all the benefits it offers me. The cashier was also very friendly. This was our first time into any store for months due to COVID and have to say we miss shopping at Target. Awesome customer service with both Hannah and our cashier, truly makes shopping at Target worth it!

Crowded as people were prepared for the holiday. Just went through the CVS section in the corner, did not go into the main market. Even the Starbucks at the entrance were lined with people for orders.

Everyone has something to complain about. This place (like others) is a one stop shop, and most of the non-food items are manufactured in Asia/Middle East and are reasonably priced. Entry level employees who smile and know enough, and they enforce the draconian Covid-19 guidelines (also like every other store). If you need stuff, go there. Simple right? (... following Ridiculous reviews I read about EVERYTHING)

Staff here are friendly and helpful, they try to help you find items in store or other target stores even if it’s out of season. They are patient and still professional despite many rude customers. Please be kind to all retail staff!!

We were willing to wait as long as it took. We were grateful for the order pickup option. Despite the pandemic and the expected four wait hour wait time, our order was filled so quickly! Thank you Target for this option to help keep us safe.

I had been searching for 12 lb weights for months- I finally saw some in stock at Target and the advance ordering / pick up ability ensured they would not be gone by the time I Got to the store - happy now to have these weights and thanks Target!

Helpful employees, clean stores, has alot of products that I use. Un-refrigerated produce section needs some TLC. When I intend to make one stop for shopping I ever so often buy Groceries and Produce from Target however I find I am less reluctant to do so because theyre either sticky and or bruised and Targets produce is more expensive than your local grocery store so this needs to be fixed.

One of my favorite targets is this one. It might not be the biggest but the staff is great and if ur a figure collector you will find a lot of treasures here!!

Probably best target experience I’ve had! During COVID 19 I could tell they prioritized safety and cleanliness. The store was well stocked and employees seemed genuinely happy, not just customer service happy. The best part of my experience was the friendliness and attitude of the woman who checked me out, I think her name was Pollyanne? Woman deserves a raise. Very kind.

This is one of the best department store locations to shop at. An always super clean store, friendly staff; quality clothing along with a large selection of items for the home, in addition to personal products and odds & ends. Also, theres a Starbucks within; and you can purchase a fountain drink for the road, as well. Definitely will be back, and I highly recommend this Target location to All.

The store was redone inside. And has a little bit of everything all over the place.. .. but i mean really why would i look at a bedroom set on the far corner of the store. Think i found what i like then kept walking rhe store and the complete other side also with home furniture??? Had me walking all over the store. Nothing would be where it made sense. Had me walk all over the store. Was a lot easier to just walk out

Good selection & very pleasant staff. I saw at least a 1/2 dozen staff, and even if I wasnt interacting with them, they were very pleasant, happy, polite, helpful & serving the customers.

Theyre always poorly stocked (and yes, this applies before the pandemic) so you leave with maybe half of what you came in for. The cashiers always seem poorly trained - I never understand why it takes them so long to check you out. Im not a cashier and I self check out at twice the speed, even when I have a full basket of items. This store is lucky theyre the only convenient option in the area keeping it in business.

Experienced difficulty locating some items. Each aisle has an ID, however I didnt notice a store directory, and that would have been very helpful.

Do in store pick up if you can. The setup of the store is an absolute nightmare, and your random employee doesnt seem particularly good at finding items.

They never have enough people manning checkouts if you dont want to use the self checkouts. They dont keep the stocked which means I usually walk out with half my list not bought. Since they redid the store I cant find anything because its poorly organized so I spend double the amount of time in the store. Its a poorly run Target and I now avoid going there if I can.

Price check customer service in self-checkout. On multiple occasions when the register malfunctions in self-checkoutand customer service comes to help, they enter a custom price thats been up to two times more than the advertised cost. Their objective is to move people as quickly through the line as possible, not to be careful about cost.

Overall a fine Target, but Ive seen them let people in without masks and that worries me

This store used to be pretty good up until late 2019 when they remodeled. The layout doesnt make any sense and they have half of what they used to do for inventory. They stopped carrying quite a bit of the stuff I went in there for so now I have to travel to other stores to get what I need. Cant stand going to the store now.

I hate this store, but had to run in today. Its been totally redone, and my first impression was that it looked nice. And I got a little excited!But...the lay out sucks.None of the clothes are on the corresponding size hangers, plus/maternity/pajamas/regular sizes are all mixed up.You cant even call that a shoe section, its a total mess...no rhyme or reason. Cheap plastic looking sandals.Purses are all over the place.So much for walking in and grabbing what you need.Staff didnt even know where things were.I dont know why I keep going back, but this was the last time. 45 minutes to find a damn curtain rod.....No thanks!

This store is consistently out of grocery items, especially frozen vegetables. Ive never been there and found frozen peas, which is not a rare item in most grocery stores. Yesterday I went and there wasnt a single can of black beans.

I purchased a toy item set and it seems to have been previously opened with many pieces missing to the set. There was no note indicating that this item was previously purchased and restocked. Considering the times, I consider this to be a very dangerous practice by Target.

I honestly cant stand this Target, but its the closest to me. Ive been coming here for over a year, and its maintained a level of unsatisfactory. My biggest issue is the lazy shelf stocking. A huge majority of the time, things are stocked in the wrong spot on the shelf, so you have to watch very carefully at checkout or price check it all yourself before hand. They hardly honor the shelf here. This isnt a one off thing, or a shelf being zoned/blocked over. Its straight up consistent mess. I called Target to complain and they told me that team members are empowered to accept the challenge or not. Okay, so your team members are too lazy to stock things in the correct spot on the shelf/peg, and your cashiers dont care? Got it. I asked one team member at self checkout when they stopped honoring the shelf prices and she straight up walked away from me. Guest service confirmed she was wrong, but thats just the kind of store this is. Guests deserve better.

Had half the stuff I was looking for at best. Staff was rude and ignored me. The line to check out is an hour long even if you have 1 item. This is why retail is dying.

Our order came everything crammed in a box and much of it destroyed. Do not place an order here.

I frequent this store weekly. For the record, it is not Target I have a problem with, but Mike who appeared to be a shift leader/manager in the personal care/beauty section on 8/1/18 between 10-10:30pm. My sister and I were in the toothpaste isle and we witnessed Mike being excessively degrading to an employee. He was clearly violating his personal space while asking if the man understood the term perfection. He said We need PERFECTION! Do you understand? PERFECTION! While waving his finger inches away from the mans face. After dismissing him, I approached the leader and asked for his name. He said Mike and I replied great to know you and carried on with my shopping. I later approached the man he abused and let him know that he was doing a great job and not to let anyone speak to him the way Mike did. He was very pleasant. All aspects in consideration, there are plenty of ways to motivate your team to do better rather than degrade them in the manner that we witnessed. I was compelled to write this review because I want to let Target know who theyre paying and what goes on when no one is watching. I wish no ill will but I do hope >Mike< can be demoted, maybe to clean up the shoe department to perfection?.

Almost always find what I need (and more) and the store is a pleasant place to shop. The newly renovated Watertown store looks amazing and I am excited about the extremely expanded clothes section for adults and kids!

I enjoy very big targets a lot! great, has a lot of things. it is my go to place if i have to buy a gift for somebody.
