BEST PLACE TO BUY NEW SILVERWARE CAW CAW

I went looking for food dehydrator... ended up buying way more stuff than I needed. This area of NY don’t seem to have friendly folks toward some of us, but the staff in this store was very friendly and not only ask if I needed help but took the time to help. I recommend this place.

Bed bath and beyond has always been overpriced, But I am sad to see this one closing. Nice staff, Clean store, It will be missed.

I needed to replace a broken storage container for ice cubes and couldnt find what I was looking for locally. I was sure Id have success at BB &B in Watertown and I did. Ive found that the store has a wide selection of merchandise.

I shopped here because that was given some gift certificates when I moved up north. The store was very clean easy to find anything and if you couldnt find it the staff was amazingly helpful. The prices were pretty reasonable

Went there to purchase a specific fan. It appeared to be out of stock, but it wasnt. Tammy called for a check on it, and now the fan is in my house. Great job, Tammy.

What an unfortunate visit as I waited 45 minutes for them to ring up my item correctly. First I purchased two items that were sale prices at $8.00 each. Then I gave them a coupon for $5.00 off a purchase I we $15.00. the price range up a total of $20.50. I asked how a d why and I was told the items were $8.00 off not $8.00. So I go outside and take a pic of the sign which indicates $8.00 actual cost. So the manager has to come over and try to straighten things out. She hands me $4.31 back and days thats the difference meaning I still paid $16.19 for items that should have cost $11.00 plus tax. So I say still not right. Its too bad the computer cash register was in total control over two people trying to solve what was a simple math problem. Its also too bad because BB&B has some unique and generally quality products. And their coupons are awesome. But jeez Louise 45 minutes to solve a minor problem? And no I wont mention the cashiers or managers name as they dont deserve the humiliation.

Outstanding customer service, excellent selection of KitchenAid products. Excellent selection of bedding and bathroom accessories. The staff at bed bath and beyond and Watertown has full knowledge of all areas and will help all the customers find what they are looking for, Excellent discount opportunities on all products.

The customer service staff have the Soda Stream Refills down to a science. It’s the easiest in and out process I’ve ever been through. A new cashier made a mistake and instead of giving me the larger CO2 bottle she gave me another small one. I didn’t know any better until I came back and the manager apologized and gave me a large CO2 bottle absolutely free. Customer service at its finest!

Finally took the time to shop around! Great place for all sorts of home decor, appliances, and such. I really like the assortment of salt lamps. I snagged a beautiful Selenite lamp on sale.

I called the Watertown NY store and spoke with someone named Casey. She was so pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me find the item I was looking for. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was able to purchase the item online thru their site. She saved me a 2 hour round trip, which would have been for the item name only because the size I needed wasnt available at the store. I hope her supervisor sees this and gives her a pat on the back, or better yet a raise for a job well done. Fantastic customer service like that is very hard to find these days.

Very extensive inventory of high-end accessories, small appliances, bedding and bath supplies, plus lots of other interesting merchandise. I buy Green Mountain coffee for the Keurig, also kitchen supplies and occasionally towels. The prices are a little high but there are frequent sales and you can usually find a 20 percent coupon, especially if you sign up for the mailing list.

It is a very neat store. It has a wide variety of items for the bath and kitchen. However stuff is pretty pricey. A lady working the floor asked if I needed help. I appreciate that as alot of places you could fall on the help and they wont ask you if they can help you.. so thank you for showing courtesy to a customer

They had such a great diversity of products and top brands, I found every item I was seeking in less than 5 minutes and another 5 choosing through the selection and paying for the products, the staff either was great and could sell a customer anything or had completely no personality!! This store is laid out like a home decor Aldis. Nothing is really organized, things are scattered across imaginary departments. However, the staff is friendly and at least willing to help try to navigate the chaos

Watch for the sales. Often offer a 20% off coupon. Like many stores they rush the seasons. Mid Octobe, I wanted to buy the Autumn blend coffee they advertised, they had winter flavors. Staff offered to help by orderonh the coffee.

Nick the mgt is incredible person bed bath and beyond needs to make this gentleman a higher mgt position. He is so professional with ppl and very knowledgeable of all great guy amazing customer service from him .
