Good customer service, beautiful tile options, all questions answered in a friendly manner and open to educating customers who are not familiar with the different products, the tiling process and all its different aspects.

I cant say enough nice things about Rene and the team at Tile Showcase. Rene went above and beyond to help us with our tile decisions. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her and also Nicole when Rene was out. Rene has a creative eye and really cares about customer satisfaction. She even helped me with questions after our tile purchase was complete. Highly recommend!

Rene Yang was so wonderful to work with for our project. We remodeled two bathrooms, and Rene helped us with tile selection and consulted on so many design decisions. She worked with us at our price point and was creative with materials and solutions. She was incredibly patient with us throughout the project. I had a terrible experience with this store and I would not shop here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.First, the tile I purchased here was defective, it had a residue on the surface that became apparent when my contractor opened the boxes to install and showed it to me. Worse, when I tried to contact the store to get replacement tile, I was unable to get in touch with anyone. I tried every possible choice on the phone menu and could not speak with a person. I left voicemail for the sales associate that sold me the tile and she did not return my call. The inability to contact people at the store was typical: When I first started shopping for tile, I tried to call the Watertown store to find out if the showroom was open due to COVID and no one answered, so I called the Boston store and they said yes. Later in the process I called to get pricing on some tile I had seen and again no answer, so I called Boston and they gave me the prices. Finally, I had the experience described above with defective tile and could reach no one, so called Boston again and they put me in touch with Joe in the warehouse in Watertown. Joe was a blessing, he confirmed that the entire lot of tile was defective and arranged a replacement.

We recently worked with them to design the tiles for a bathroom we are renovating. She was incredibly helpful in getting not only the look we were going for but knowing about the different shapes of tile wed need to complete the project. We were grateful for her expertise in helping us figure out how much of each type of time we needed as well.

We enjoyed looking at the variety of tiles! There are some beautiful patterns that look like art. We are receiving great guidelines on the particular tiles we will use for our bathroom floors and walls.

I just received a delivery at my new house project in Lincoln. In all such permutations, staff was respectful of the new construction, mindful of our ultimate access to the material, and knowledgeable aboutthe safety aspects of his work. He ultimately unloaded the material manually in order to protect it from the elements. At all times, he acted professionally and with great diligence. In a world filled with workers and delivery personnel who simply dont care, he is breath of fresh air. He was the final individual in the supply chain of Tile Showcase. All ofhis fellow Tile Showcase team members displayed similar professionalism in their work. They made the whole purchasing process easy.

I had the pleasure of working with Lauren DiStefano. I was having a bathroom and laundry room renovated. She was beyond outstanding!! I am thrilled with my new rooms! Her expertise and ideas gave me “showrooms “ in my own home. Thank you Lauren!

Never shop at Tile Showcase!I purchased gorgeous tile for a new bathroom and was told that any extra could be returned for full credit. I arrived today with the extra tile and was told that Special Order tile could not be returned. In addition, my sales person encouraged me to order more, just on case.I am now on to my major bathroom renovation and you can be sure that the tile will not be coming from Tile Showcase in Watertown.

On our second bathroom remodel, and we couldn’t have done it without Rene’ and Tile Showcase! The selection is vast, and Rene’ is knowledgeable and supportive. Her eye for room design, color and style was just what we needed to make great tile selections - and ensure our entire design was cohesive. This is my second time working with Christine at Tile Showcase. She is helping with tile design for 2 bathrooms in my new house. Previously, she helped me with my kitchen and 2 baths. Christine is a very talented and artistic designer. She has a great aesthetic and listens to the customer. She knows the her products and can put them together to create a beautiful finished project. Tile Showcase has beautiful material and has something for every budget. The showroom will give you inspiration.

I have shopped and purchased here many times and my latest experience with Stephanie was great. She understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me complete my design.

Rene Yang is absolutely fantastic. You do not need to use anyone else for all your tile needs. She is an amazing designer who starts from your initial ideas and then comes up with a whole bunch of other ideas, some of which push you out of your comfort zone, which is great. However, she is very respectful of your wishes as well as your budget. She doesnt just try to sell you the most expensive tile. She is responsive, fun, honest and a joy to work with. I cannot recommend her more highly and feel she is the best one to go to with all your tile needs.

Went in without appointment. Didn’t know I needed one. Woman at desk was clearly overwhelmed, but proceeded to double book me with another client.Woman was curt, impatient and kept switching from myself to other client.I ended up leaving. I was willing to spend the ridiculous money they charge if the customer service had been outstanding, but it was far below Tile if America just down the road.If they were busy, they could have kindly told me it was too busy to take walk ins and urged me to make appointment.I have worked in customer service industry for many years; and they need a few of their employees to take some classes on how to work with people.Never going back.

(See photo below)I have to give it up for the owners Fred & Joe who had the imagination innovative spirit to design a store that was distinctly different, holding themselves and their staff and offerings to a high standard.Everything about Tile Showcase screams, design, from from the architectural graphics you see on the building as you enter the parking lot, to the the simple, but elegant Maroon Ties Squares that catch your as you walk up the stairs.The journey continues as you make your way past the front desk which looks like mission control. to the stylishly Coiffed and Dressed Designers engaged in a creative dialogue with customers to the beautiful Moroccan tiles encased in wooden frames.I worked with with Mr Merullo, Christine the Designer, Kyle who offered a powerful assist and Claire in Customer Service, the hub of the whole place and the result was just right. Come and take a look and you will see for yourself . . .We had a few very minor glitches which can happen with a complex purchase, and as soon as I shared them they were all over it. I could see that everyone who works at the store has a empathetic disposition and wants to make you happy. Plus they work as a team to help you.The best part? Maybe the great big parking lot.
