Katie at Hello Bridal was absolutely fantastic to work with for my sons Prom tuxedo. Lets face it, Prom tux fitting for a boy isnt all that exciting. Katie made the process so much fun! She gave my daughter & I a first look once he was dressed and my son a grand entrance to show his tux off! Her attention to detail is fantastic! Ive worked with other shops in the area and Hello Bridal is hands down the best place weve dealt with for anything formal. I went with my soon to be sister in law to find her dream dress and the experience was absolutely amazing. Katie was very fun to work with and amazing at what she does! Not only did the bride find her dress but all of the bridesmaids found theirs as well! I will definitely be coming back in the future!

If you have ever dreamed about being on “say yes to the dress” …. This is THE place!!! We had the whole bridal store to ourselfs! Now how many can say that?? The lady that helped us was absolutely AMAZING! Made the experience so personal and fun! She is a fabulous lady💕 I can’t say how great this experience was!

Literally the best bridal store ever. i went to a few other places from watertown to syracuse and was very close to canceling my upcoming appointment at SHB out of nervousness. i’m so glad i didn’t. i couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and warm environment to shop in. katie was so friendly and sweet and i chatted with madeline a few times over the phone also and she was the bees knees they are so attentive, everything, i mean every detail is thoroughly thought out and accounted for to make your experience special. katie even has fans in the dressing rooms and cute signs. it’s worth noting that my fiancé and male friend weren’t left to be bored and also had fun and she made sure they were included. i’m super indecisive and tend to feel insecure about that and feel pressured but this was the most fun and joyful experience i’ve had shopping for any type of clothing. there wasn’t a distant car salesmen vibe, just genuine care and real excitement for their customers. she made me feel special and heard, as well as used her knowledge and experience to accommodate my needs and get me in the most beautiful gown i’ve ever seen. thank you katie and madeline!

Sweet Hello was absolutely amazing! My family and I decided to check out the store shortly before they closed. We thought we would be in and out since we didnt want them to have to close late on our account. But after looking at some dresses, I decided to try some on and they were so accommodating about it! Katie assured us there was no rush and to take our time (the first dress I tried on was the ONE, but I tried on a couple others) and never made us feel like we were imposing. They were incredibly genuine and helpful, and went out of their way to help us. The amazing thing about Sweet Hello is their customer service doesnt end when you buy your dress, or even after you get married. Katie called me after the wedding to ask how it went, and its honestly so nice to know that they really care about every step of your wedding journey. They are so friendly and they truly connect not only with you, but with whoever you bring with you. They also have amazing taste, and a clear sense of styles and trends. Cant recommend them enough!

Made an appointment at Sweet Hello Bridal via Instagram and even though it was my very first wedding dress appointment I said yes to the dress. Katie did a wonderful job making me feel welcome and comfortable. She really listened to everything I liked/didnt like about each dress (they were all beautiful) until we found the one. Which was only dress #5! Another pro- everything was VERY reasonably priced. We had so much fun. I will cherish the memory here for a lifetime. Thank you, Katie!
