Everyone knows that this store has the worst customer service in Boston. It’s not something new. But now they don’t have bags to pack our stuff. It’s not something that happens once in a life time. It happens ALWAYS. And when I talked to one of their staff about it he laughed at me. Home Depot, please track the incompetent behind this and figure it out. It’s very annoying having lots of items to carry without a bag
I must have asked 7 different staff for help and no one seemed to give a f. Enough to help. My crew and I do construction work all over the states. And this is by far the worse. What great location, and horrible service.
I went in to to place an order for fencing...a $3000 order. First, no one at the pro-desk or customer service desk could be bothered to help me. You would think i was asking for a favor and not a paying customer. Once I did finally get the order place, they refused to give me any kind of reasonable estimate on when it would be ready...they said just keep calling? So I did and after a total of over an hour on holds...I finally got someone that it would be prepared on this past sunday and my contractor could pick it up on Monday. So he waited until Tuesday just to be sure and when they showed up...NOTHING had been done. Now my contractor wasted a 1/2 day waiting and going to the store to pick up. Waste of time...the LAST time I ever go to this store.
Hands down the worst Home Depot Ive ever been to. Good luck finding a competent person here.
