Ive been to their Watertown location off of Main St. twice. The first time because my car battery died in the next door parking lot. The second time because the deep cycle battery backups for my sump pump had gone past their life and would no longer hold a charge. Each time, Franklin diagnosed exactly what replacement battery I needed and brought it out and disposed of the old batteries without question. While the storefront is a mess and their computers are out of the eighties, the knowledge, service, and pricing are great and Im glad they are around.

I needed a battery for an emergency wall lights and this is the place to go. They do not over charge and you are usually in and out within minutes. When you walk in, there is just a counter and you need to ring the bell to get someone to come help but they have everything in stock and their store brand is not bad.
