Great clearance and sale prices! The store is clean and updated. The sales associates are always helpful and friendly. I find great coupons on the JCPenney website to use almost every visit. My fiancee loves the Liz Claiborne brand and its the only place to find it. I just wish they had a bigger plus size womens selection.

The stars are for the service I received. Other than that simply unimpressed. Apparently coupons do NOT apply to most items in the store! Addidas, Champion, Levi, Nike just to name a few.So when you bring all of the kids school items to the register thinking you are going to have super big savings.... make sure you check with someone that knows all of the fine print FIRST!

Purchased mens pants, male sales clerk was professional even received direction to the change room by mature lady on the floor Patty was her name I believe overall great day.

Just walked through but it was clean and well organized...information on door said to wear a mask and stay 6 feet apart...we wore our masks but many did not.

I never shop. We were leaving in two days for Cancun so I had to shop for shorts and more. The staff was absolutely amazing. They filled in for my wife and helped me through the entire shopping experience.

But one specific young salesgirl needs to concentrate on each customer because shes NOT good at multitaskingEven after asked to remove the security tag from a dress-she didnt-so I had to drive 25 miles back the next day to have tag removed !!! Unacceptable !!!

This review is a five star because of an associate that you have working there but it would have been a one star if I hadnt come across this associate before leaving your store. I was looking for a winter jacket, my first time in this store since moving here, I went to the jewelry area because it was the only place I could see a customer service representative... The representative was looking at her computer but clearly helping another customer. Since nobody was talking to one another, I asked the representative if she could show me where the checkout was and I apologized for interrupting her transaction. She looked back at me, didnt say anything, and went back to what she was doing. My husband, my son, and I just looked at each other and laughed like what in the world just happened. We stood there for about another minute as she then continued to help another customer. A different associate walked up and I asked her if she could show me where the checkout was so I could purchase my jacket, she directed me to the checkout area.Associate 0630 at 4:54 p.m. was very helpful and didnt complain or make excuses when I told her I had a terrible experience from another associate. She apologized for my experience, we had a few laughs, and I told her she made my day a lot better because I felt it going downhill from the last associate.Ive worked customer service over for over 20 years, I still do not to this day understand why they keep unhappy associates employed when their business A customer service representative is to be happy, outgoing, helpful, and courteous to the customers. Its really not that hard. I like to give a lot of them a benefit of the doubt because maybe they are having a tough day but to blatantly look me in my eyes and completely ignore me, is wrong, no excuse. She was beyond ignorant.As I stated, the five star is for the associate that I ran into at the end of my trip into JCPenneys. She was very friendly, outgoing, and had a great personality. Upon entering the store, another associate, shorter, long brown dark-haired, young lady, was very helpful at pointing in the direction of where the jackets were as well.Its when you come across the bad apples, that are still employed because they just need someone to fill that position, is what makes all other associates ornery and customers have a bad day. The type of lady that she portrayed herself as is someone that looked at me, judged me, and felt it was okay to ignore me. Not to fluff my feathers but I make more than that woman makes in 2 years working there. Id like to think she was being ignorant based on maybe she couldnt sell us jewelry or maybe it was the fact that my husband was black? But Im not going to take that ignorant route, and assume its because I have a black husband. Its easily misconstrued, ya see?Be kind to whoever you come across, it wouldnt have been that hard to just tell me where I could check out, especially after I apologize for interrupting your transaction. But props to JCPenneys for hiring the other associates that made it a priority to help EVERY customer they came across. Thank you and God Bless you.

Found some decent pants I was looking for. Dress pants for a new job. Heavily discounted for some. And understandably higher prices for others. Cashing out took a little time, but I was out quick enough with everything going on.

Very courteous and prompt with their service! I expected it to be crazy busy- but it wasnt. AND the place wasnt trashed from all the Christmas shoppers! It was very nice to see things still organized and tidy! Made me want stay longer and my shopping experience much more pleasurable!

There were two employees, a male and a female. The female was watching us like a hawk, which was creepy, and the male was checking people out at the desk. My husband brought two belts up from clearance - same rack, right next to each other, same style, different size and the one in his size didnt have the clearance sticker. They didnt even ring them up, just refused to help him. He was so upset he didnt even want to be there anymore.We both happen to have tattoos and I probably make more money than the two people combined, because I work hard, am honest, and am good at what I do. My husband is an Afghanistan War veteran and just transitioned to the Army National Guard to further serve this country and the state of Connecticut. He is a good man. We are good people, yet we were treated like the dirt on the bottom of these peoples shoes because we have body art. Shame on them and shame on you for hiring such small minded people.Why would a tattooed person steal? Body art is expensive. If they have enough money to spend $1000 on a chest piece, they can afford to shop in your store.

Prices are decent but overall this store is rather outdated in its appearance and product selection. I stopped by to look for shoes and found the shoe department to be messy with poor selection. I stop in on occasion when Im having a hard time finding something at other mall shops, but I never end up finding anything to purchase.

Never ever choose to come to this salon and never ask for Neyllie she has such a negative energy towards everyone she works with including her boss, it reflects her work. The entire time I was there getting my hair done she would not stop complaining about her follow coworkers, by the time we were done my hair was unevenly cut and the highlights I got done look like my 5 year old did them. Never again!!!!!Highly recommend Regis after a week of waiting to have my hair fixed they made my hair look 100× better !!!

Very disappointed. I have been going here for years. I went in to have my long thick curly hair cut to shoulder length with layers. Well lets just say it was cut to chin length, and so uneven. I cant do anything with it. I called 2 days later to complain and they told me they would have the stylist who cut my hair call me back. Its been 5 since I called and never heard back. I spent 32 on a hack job. I would have been OK with anything but they couldnt even call me back. Time to find a new place I suppose.

My issue is with the shipping department. I ordered a pair of sneakers for my child online because they didnt have the size in the store and the idiots sent me two shoes for the right foot! Of course I cant reorder a new pair. They are out in her size now so I ordered them from kohls and will return the two right foot sneakers. Someone out there must be getting two lefties!

The only reason I am giving this a 3 stars is because I finally found something in my size. Every time I go to this store I can not find anyone to help me. And on the slim chance I finally do find someone it is almost like I am wasting their time and they would rather not be bothered. You would think that with all the other stores leaving and or failing in this area, they would step it up a bit. I hope they take this seriously. I would hate to see yet another store have to close down.

Will never bring my son for a hair cut again. If you are going to schedule someone for a childs haircut, that person should have patience with children. My son was in the chair for 1 minute before she told us she refused to cut his hair. He was whining while she put the cape on, she didnt even attempt to do anything else. Huge waste of my time.

Cashier at jewelry counter was not friendly or professional. Front counter cashier was excellent and the manager (Joyce) was very good and apologized for our bead experience. We shop at Pennys allot and will continue too.

We received an email saying our package was ready for pickup. I went to the store & found theyve done away with the customer service desk, instead you have to go to a regular cashier spot. I dont know whos not so bright idea this was, but I would prefer having the customer service desk reinstated and staffed by folks who know how to do customer service. The woman at the counter took my email and disappeared for 15 minutes. I joked that security should be called as she may have been taken. She showed up a few minutes later, stating it took three people to find where the item was located. Not a stellar customer service experience to say the least.

Needed a suit for my husband for a wedding. Great selection, reasonable pricing, found two dresses on discount as well. My go to for formal or casual

Me and my son went to the hair salon in jcpenny in salmon run mall be cause he wanted to get his hair cut with dad. The lady at the desk did a great job getting us in. She was very polite. The guy that cuts hair was throwing a fit before I even sat down over his car saying he needed to pick it up. As I sat down and got my 2 minute and 30 second haircut I could tell he was just rushing to get me out of the seat. After he ran out the door I had to ask another lady if she could fix and or finish my hair cut. And she did. (Thank you!) long story short. Do not allow this guy to cut your hair. He is the only male there. He is very unprofessional. And terrible at cutting hair. I have never had or seen such a thing in my life. I had long hair all over my head. Half my head was shaved. I couldn’t believe it. But what can you expect from a 2 and a half minute hair cut. I will never go there again. I had to learn the hard way. Please take my advice from my bad experience and STAY AWAY!!!P.s. I would have gave them zero stars if it were an option....~Maverick~

This place is a joke! Horrible service! The stylist was late by 25 mins n the service took 3 1/2 hours not 2 like i was told! .. will never ever come here again ! Doesnt even deserve a star!!!! And the stylist doesnt know math... end of November till now isnt 4 months.... ITS NOT EVEN 3 MONTHS YET!!!!

Sephora is a great place just very expensive wouldnt recommend because Ulta sells the same products for less.
