Best sandwiches ever - were huge on subs and lately jrecks has been cutting their products significantly down. So we decided to try this - and so far we all love it. Fourth time we ordered and they have not disappointed!

My favorite place. If you buy one of their travel mugs you get free coffee Every Tuesday. The coffee ☕ is good

I ordered food from here and it was disgusting and raw in the bacon aspect. The service was great but the food..... was nothing close of superb.

Love it had to come all the way to Watertown just to get Chocolate milk because we cant get the good stuff up in Ogdensburg NY it seems anymore.

Two disappointing experiences there. A few years ago we found a couple of plastic Byrne Dairy milk crates. When I returned them I was told by an employee that I could be arrested for having stolen property. This year we found a couple of Byrne dairy milk crates in a house we were cleaning out. I reluctantly returned them today, hoping to not be accused of theft again. I didn’t get thanks but at least I didn’t get threatened. As long as I was there I thought a hot fudge sundae sounded good. I stood at the window, and employee inside glanced up at me, she was busy going through some papers. She did not indicate that she would be with me anytime soon. I waited for her to get done, and waited, and waited. Finally I went inside. Three different employees looked my way. Nobody asked if they could help me. I waited and waited some more. Finally I left and went to Stewart’s for ice cream.I doubt that I’ll be back to the store.

Horrible. Terrible. Not good. That about sums it up. The cashiers always seem put out if you ask for something they sell like milkshakes. I thought it was just a bad day even though my milkshake was straight milk. The following week I tried to give them another chance and my smoothie was so awful my 6 year old told me I shouldnt drink it. Wouldnt recommend ever.

Hi to all, had a bad experience here. good place overall. and used by me slot, until today at 3:30 or so, I witnessed the girl at register cough without an attemp to cover it then use the inside of her hand to wipe on her nose, not once did I see her clean hands but then take money, WOW NOT TODAY LADY, I will not shop here as long as shes there, be careful here

The 2 lady cashiers are some of the most rude and miserable people Ive ever met. Yet theyre always employed there. Youd think youd hire friendly people instead of people who act angry youre a customer
