Always courteous and considerate staff. In the barista made category lots of options coffee,decaf,sugar free and a few pasties and some hot sandwiches but they didnt have the sandwich I chose today and they were out of almond milk. The store shelves now carry Keurig cups of Caribou coffee. Only 4 kinds of tea in the store. one caffeine free,which was herbal. Its a great place but had slim caffeine free options on the store shelves and does not always have the hot sandwich

I literally just got that new bubbles drink and omg its so bad the flavor was all at the bottom and I expected it to be not sour

Great service!! The staff was very quick. We witnessed a team of High school players repeatedly disrespect the management and the entire time all the staff maintained professionalism. We wish them luck during this busy Basketball State weekend.

Didnt come to the drive through for us although 4 people were working inside. After sitting in the drive through saying hello? for a few minutes, we drove by and looked at all the employees through their window... fortunately for the next person in line, they did seem to answer them. I went inside because I really wanted my coffee. Well, 0 of the 4 employees acknowledged my presence while I waited for them INSIDE to take my order. A couple minutes later, I tried to get someones attention by asking them why I couldnt get help in the drive through but the person behind me could. They ignored me! I said, hello?!? Then one girl said, the headphones died. No apology, hardly any eye contact... Anyway, I did eventually leave with my turtle mochas inhand but the difference in customer service between this Caribou and others Ive been to is just astonishing. I felt invisible and ignored at this place, and this is, sadly, not the only time Ive experienced this at this Caribou.

It wasnt just coffee. They had delicious cold drinks.

I’ve been going here a long time. The last year I have noticed service has gotten friendlier, the employees seem to enjoy working together. I wish I knew the name of the girl with dark hair who is always there in the morning - she always has a smile and is friendly and helpful. Even when I have had to wait I feel like at least they got my drink right and were nice to me!

3pm, 8 cars in drive through(maybe more?) 45 min wait for coffee because there was only one person working. Fantastic coffee though.

Absolute horrible customer service! After 5 people received their order after I gave them mine. I politely went to the counter and asked what happened with my drink order and found out it accidentally got put through drive thru. No apology was given besides the statements “it happens” with lots of attitude verbally. Will not be going back to Watertown, SD!!

Staff were very rude, after paying for our drinks they demanded we step outside the building because we don’t have mask. Even though it was stated that the mask were recommended and not required. Though there we multiple adults that hadn’t ordered and also did not have a mask, but not one word said to them. Overall horrible experience.

You can get more kinds of coffee than you can imagine with as many types of additives. My first visit but you can guarantee it wont be my last.

I usually get a great Carmel high-rise not today. I went through the drive thru like I normally do. The person working tried to give my order to the car in front of me. So my order sat on the counter for almost 5 minutes. Normally I get great service here.

Convenient location

Waited 20 minutes for two drinks then when I asked for two straws the blonde barista literally threw them at me. Never going to a caribou again after this disrespect!!

My lattes have been filled grossly below the cup level, sometimes an entire inch below. The service is extremely slow and will take 10 or more minutes to serve 3 people coffee in the drive thru when all they ordered was a drink. The people and atmosphere are fantastic, dont get me wrong, but the actual product and timeliness is below average.

If coffee is what I need then Caribou is where I go ☕️

I was home visiting family and drove through on Thursday, July 6th around 2:30pm. I was looking forward to my Caribou coffee because we do not have many where I live now, in North Carolina. While the crew did nothing wrong making the drinks, my husband and I both disliked the taste of ours as they were extremely sweet. I walked in and told them what we didnt like and asked if we could possibly have them redone. I did. I did not get her name but she was fantastic! Without hesitation she offered to remake ours and was so sweet in the process. Ive seen one too many times where their is an attitude that comes with asking to have your drink remade. She was so sweet and made it such a great experience. I did not get her name but I am hoping by stating the day and time (and she was a shorter blonde) that her manager can give her a shout out because she deserves the recognition! Thank you for making our experience great! We will be back before we leave!

Ive been here twice now. The first time I stopped I didnt specify how sweet I wanted my drink but I gave it a try. It was too sweet. The second time I made sure to ask for only half the sweeteness of the first drink I tried. I went to leave and as I was leaving I made sure to try my drink. It was still too sweet. I went inside and told the barista my drink was too sweet. He remade the drink with only about a third of the sweetener thats supposed to be in it and the drink was still really sweet. The service was really good but over all I think caribou coffees blended drinks are just too sweet.

Ive had several instances where this location didnt live up to my expectations, but after my wifes experience earlier this week I felt compelled to actually write a review. At approx 7:00 am my wife arrived to find that the drive thru wasnt open and shed have to go inside. After entering the store she orders (medium flavored latte, large dark roast coffee), and is told that the computer system is down so they cant ring up her order but that its $9.00 ($5 for the Latte & $4 for the coffee which is usually $2.65 w/ tax). The staff went through the trouble of asking if she needed any cream or sugar in the coffee as they hadnt had a chance to set it out for the day yet, but failed to add either after she told them yes to both cream and sugar.

I am not a Caribou coffee fan (too bitter and tonic) but the atmosphere here is wonderful. They have comfortable chairs, a beautiful fireplace, and free WiFi. The staff is more than a little slow though, so if you want to go through the drive through you better have a lot of time.
