This cafe is so cute. The inside is very welcoming and a great place to read a book, visit with friends or do some work/studying. When I was there it wasnt overly busy, so I was able to have a little quite time to myself. The drinks are delicious and Id stop again. The staff was very young during my visit but they were quick and respectful.

Latte is our place now. We started going here about a year ago and Kayla and Rachel have made this little place fun for us. Its a nice little shop where the staff are real people that get to know you and have great service!!!

I was visiting town after moving away over 15 years ago, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the same coffee shop I would frequent as a child was still, not only up and running, but very busy and doing well! Just as great as I remember it being. I would gladly drive the 1,000 miles back to Watertown just for another cup of coffee.

Everything about this place is a million times better than Starbucks. The staff are all very kind, courteous and helpful as well. I got one of their cold blended drinks which was super delicious and a Monster cookie which was phenomenal! They have a Drive Thru as well so it was very convenient too. Hands down the best coffee place in Watertown!!!

Very cute place with lots of options and even cute gifts and jewelry for sale too. Smoothie was fantastic, coffee blenders can only be made with ice cream so slightly disappointed. Blueberry scone was very good.

I love this place. I think this is the best place to get the Colectivo Coffee in all of Jefferson County .

The information that Latte Donatte advertises is that theyre open for dine in. The barista told me theyre not and sent me over to @Literatus & Co. for coffee. I wont be going back to latte donate.Regardless, I was told to go to a competitor... Literatis & Co. Great coffee, atmosphere and welcomed my business.

The customer service wasn’t very good, and I would not recommend the chillers at all.

They have my favorite brand if coffee here (Collective) and good pastry. The parking can be a little tight but there is generally a lot of available street parking.Cozy on a snowy day!

Went to latte donatte today and ordered a big easy and a cherry valentine mocha. For one when i walked in my girlfriend and i where completely ignored and kept getting the side eye from one of the baristas while she continued to talk to her fellow co worker but ignore us. After finally getting to put in my order we then waited for her to get done talking to said coworker. Once getting our beverages we were very digusted and disappointed 😞 my drink tasted of rotten spoiled milk and laffy taffy. You couldnt even taste the espresso in any way. And my gfs drink tasted like rancid cherry lip balm and no espresso was to be found. I will not be returning to this establishment. There baristas need training badly and attitude adjustments

The wait took forever. They made the persons drink that ordered after me, before mine.

Great food, drinks, atmosphere and staff. Highly recommend going there. HOWEVER they need to work on better communication between who is taking the order and making the drinks. Ive been there several times and there is always seems to be a MINOR error with my drink. They yell the order over no way to keep track of who order what. They can be very busy at times.

The latte I ordered was not very good. It was warmish and didnt taste like it has been aerated. I didnt taste it till I was gone and chose not to finish it. Maybe it was an off day or drink.

Amazing as always. Great coffee amazing service. Its the only place in town we will go! Its fresh and wholesome with a amazing bakery. We recommend the quiche! They also have a drive through! So your able to call ahead and pick up from your car! They prove that by keeping it local your able to enjoy an amazing experience you dont get from franchises.

Been going here since I was a kid, as my family own the business behind Latte Donatte. My favorite drink is the Sweetheart Latte. I now have moved away from Watertown, and I miss this place!! I always stop when I come to town!

I tend to go here A LOT. I have always had great customer service and my drinks are ALWAYS made perfect. I would much rather spend more money for my coffee here than Starbucks. I am very sad that their chef that made lunch left because I ADORED the Roast Beef Sandwich. Highly recommend!

It looks cozy, but its not. Got coffee to hang out there with, but it was so cold inside even the employees were wearing their jackets. Nice gas stove by the windows was not turned on. Also, its a little odd ordering because none of the prices are displayed.

I decided to patronize a local coffee shop instead of drinking the standard free hotel swill that would have done its job just as effectively. Im glad I found this place - the latte was perfect and the americano was still allowed a generous ratio of espresso to water - something that Starbucks cant even nail down usually. Anyway, very top notch. Im sure everything else on the menu is afforded the same attention to quality and detail.

I head to Watertown every week or so and one of my partners took me there and it has become one of my regular stops whenever Im in town. It tends to be a bit busy on the weekends, but thats to be expected. Their raspberry mocha is amazing! My kids adore their doughnut holes. The atmosphere is cozy and homey and they have a small drive thru for convenience.

Always great coffee and cafe food here at Denatte. I had the drip coffee and one of their raspberry muffins, and they were a wonderful pairing.

I usually go through the drive- thru. Which I love. Today I had some time to kill so I went inside. Very nice place to sit for awhile. Theyhave lots of fun things you can buy. Ill go back again with some more money. Coffee was great as usual.

The coffee is delicious, thanks to them serving Colectivo. That’s about the only nice thing I can say. Customer service has been horrible every time I have been there. My most recent visit included being rung up for $60. However, it was actually closer to $20. When I asked what the prices were, they acted as though I was a bother. I will not return.

The kid working was VERY helpful in helping me find the right kind of coffee drink I would like, seeing is how ive never really gone here before and he NAILED IT! He was also very kind and patient with me seeing is how i know i can be difficult with making decions on what to order and i know what i like!! I would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone to come here for their coffee!! They have great people working and AWESOME coffee too!!!

This is a nice place for informal meetings. Clean, friendly, and pleasant atmosphere with good service. Coffee and baked goods are both exceptional. Best Americano and scones anywhere.

Sweetheart chillers are amazing. For some reason the amount I pay for the exact same drink differs about 60 sets sometimes. Odd.

Friendly staff all the time. Wish the hot chocolate had a tad more of sugar. Its a little on the European side for hot chocolate. Very Comfy couches for reading and relaxing while drinking.

I wont go anywhere for coffee. Starbucks does not have anything on Latte Donatte. I love their coffee and they have amazing food as well!!!:) plus, the staff is wonderful!:) I would definitely suggest making youre way to this place!I also very much enjoy the fact that they have gluten free (GF) options. Its hard to find GF options and I am elated they much them. They will also make GF options upon request.

Great coffee (Colectivo!) but pretty run of the mill pastriesMy daughter and I dropped by on a Sunday morning looking for a late breakfast during a break between games in a local soccer tournament. Our plans were foiled when the cashier informed us that the sandwich menu is not available on Sunday mornings. Noticing the one favorable review on the pastries, I ordered a chocolate chip scone ($2) and my daughter went with the morning bun ($1.50).The scone was extremely dry and crumbled to pieces when I broke off a corner. The morning bun seemed more fresh, but lacked the buttery richness that I am accustomed to with a quality morning bun. At $1.50, it was a good value.No complaints about the coffee, the Blue Heeler from Colectivo.The place gave a strange vibe. One of the two other patrons stared at me as I picked at the crumbs of my scones. Just wasnt the warm, welcoming space Ive experienced at other coffeehouses. We didnt stay very long, since I couldnt pick up a wi-fi signal and I needed to find place that served breakfast.Id return for the coffee, but not for the pastries.
