I got married during covid and was in need if a wedding band. Sherri from the watertown kays was AMAZING! She sent me pictures of bands after I sent her a picture of my engagement ring and she paired them perfectly. I ordered my rings last minute and she made sure they came back in time. This is the only jewelry store I shop at and now my husband shops there as well.
I would give zero stars if I could. 5 years ago, we purchased my wedding set from this Kay Jewelers for $3400. Today, after having my warranty updated at Kay’s (both in NY and GA) every 6 months for years, I had my diamonds tested at a local jeweler while I waited for a ring to be sized. My main diamond and most of my band diamonds DID NOT READ AS DIAMONDS. When tested, they read as sapphires. We were sold and paid for a diamond wedding set. My friend also had diamonds tested (bought at Kay Jewelers in New Jersey) and they ALSO READ AS SAPPHIRES. Do not buy here or at any Kay’s. Unless you want to be ripped off.
I had my jewelry stolen and needed a receipt to submit for insurance. Called the store as I now live out of state. I explained what happened and that I had terminal cancer and not able to travel. Two ladies were rude and refused to help me stating they can’t prove who I am and can’t give out personal info. I just needed a copy of the receipt. They told me I would have to go to a store of which I explained I do not live close to one (we are rural). Still refused. They want a terminal cancer patient to travel and go into a mall with a big crowd?! Insane. Or Lazy!!
One of the best staff in the area. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Cannot ask for better service, thanks a ton. Highly recommend.
Gordon was AMAZING! He helped me and my fiance pick our wedding bands out and he was very patient and sweet! I would HIGHLY suggest asking for him if you go in!! I couldnt have asked for better service! Gordon and another gentleman helped my fiance pick his band (unfortunately I dont know his name) but they were both amazing and incredibly helpful! They helped him find a ring he could get his size in and made sure he was 100% comfortable with the look! 10/10!
I had a really wonderful experience shopping for wedding bands with my fiancé. The woman that was working with us (I think it was Christa or Christina?) was incredible. She was patient, kind and extremely helpful-I couldnt have asked for better customer service.

Great service! I had a bracelet purchased in July that broke and was repaired within a week I noticed the gold was starting the chip (apparently to fix my bracelet they thinned the gold to reattach it instead of adding another link) I took it to Kays to ask them if they could fix it before it broke again worried I would lose it the manager took a look at my bracelet agreed it wasnt a permanent fix and gave me a brand new identical bracelet from in the store no hassle and was extremely nice. GREAT service.

The two wonderful women that helped us were AMAZING. I cannot remember their names because I am horrible about that but both are newer to the store. The consultant was so sweet and she was informative without being pushy. The manager was so kind and she made sure we were happy when we left. Im sure we will be back soon!
I was very satisfied with my experience and treated respectfully without being continually prompted to buy more than I wanted when I walked into the store.
Brought in a pair of matched pearls to have them set as basic earrings. These hold incredible sentimental value. They were found in the same oyster while in Hawaii and no they were not preloaded in the oyster. I cut it open myself. The pearls came back to the store poorly set and one is now damaged. I was promised this would be made right. After speaking with the store manager had to leave the store. I was offered nothing that made this remotely right. I was simply told hopefully we can fix the issue before your daughters birthday and if your not satisfied with what comes back we can refund you. I have no idea what that even means. I am now trying to figure out what to say to my daughter....Update: its now 4 Jan 18 and no one has been able to answer when they will be finished. I did find out that the customer complaint line is very behind due to too many issues. No one has contacted me to try and make things right at all. Just a whole lot of run around. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH KAY JEWELWERS. I will be returning to the store to give them back my line of credit card.Last Update: the pearls are ruined. Was offered a refund and their set insurance price for the pearls. If you want any resolution you will have to keep calling corporate level customer service. Still a sad situation. I would not recommend doing business here.
This company has horrible service. I have been married for two months and I havent been able to wear my engagement ring for my whole marriage and most of the time I was engaged. The ring kept breaking and I had to pick a new ring to accommodate my diamond (which is my husbands grandmothers diamond). I go back into the store a week later and they told me my ring would be in the next day, so I came in three days later and they proceeded to tell me my ring wouldnt be in for another 5 days (Christmas day). They arent open on Christmas Day. So I wont have my ring for another 6 days now. While this is all happening, each time I call the store they proceed to tell me how busy they are and put me on hold. The same day they tell me how busy they are and make me wait, I went into the store and there was not a single customer in the store. I have to say that this company that sold us a very expensive ring, is treating us very poorly. I am terribly disappointed.
Exceptional customer service. I had my ring less than 30 days and one of my diamonds fell out. They replaced my ring on the spot with a new one and no questions asked.
