I purchased two men’s 6mm wedding bands. After ordering them and leaving the store I went to Sam’s Club and found pretty much the same rings for half the price only they were 8mm. I made the online purchase and called the store to see about a refund. The girl said not a problem at all and they would refund me. The next day I went into the store for my refund and the receipt showed the order was cancelled but did not say it was refunded to my visa. The sales lady called head office and they said it was a glitch I. The system and she would have to put in a ticket. However the system was down. This was not my problem. All I wanted was my refund. I left the store after she said she would call me with the notice. She called a few hours later and told me it could take up to 30 days for me to see the refund. I made this purchase on my visa. I told her I was not willing to wait and I wanted my refund. I was told there was nothing they could do. After saying I would get my lawyer involved she said she would look further into it. The next day she told me to come in and they would manually put the refund on my card. I went into the the store and she said she would be with me after she helped other customers. She’s not the manager and could have with had someone else do the refund or she could have had someone else help her customers. I guess making a sale was more important than making a customer happy. I waited 15 minutes for her to finish up. There were four other sales people in the store but I need to wait for her. I would not recommend this company. The service was not great. I have driven to the store three times there and back who’s is 30 miles from my house. I suffer from a disability and don’t deal well with stress. I feel I should be compensated for the inconvenience and my gas mileage. She said she will speak to her manager who was on vacation until Monday. She tried to refund my card and the system was not giving my refund. We moved to another register and finally I got my refund for both rings. I would not recommend this company and will never make another purchase there again. I will wait to hear back from the manager and I expect a call to be compensated for my stress, mileage and inconvenience.
