I would give ZERO stars but that’s not an option.In August I to Overhead Door and the person working the reception desk was polite, but did not know anything about the products. Two sales reps were in their offices but never popped out to assist. The person from reception took down my name and number for someone (Lisa), the residential sales rep. to contact me. It is now October and no one has ever called me back. …I ended up using DoorsPlus in Adams. Carl came to my house and we had the door measured, the materials explained, and the door itself ordered within a day. He was awesome! Save yourself the aggravation and wait time and call a different company because Overhead Door doesn’t care about dmall-time residential orders.

Amazing service. Instead of having to come out to look at our garage door, they walked us through potential solutions over the phone. Within 5 minutes of requesting a call, it was fixed! Will definitely use them in the future should anything happen. Thank you!

My torsion spring snapped after 17 years. I Called on a Friday, close to their closing time. They quoted me a fair price for repairs and came the next business day to replace it.

It would be nice to get a call before the tech arrives. The truck he had left a large oil or some fluid slick on my driveway, otherwise door was repaired properly

Had a motor blow out and they fixed it promptly. A few months later the tension spring blew and they came a half hour later and fixed it no questions asked. Great service and reliable.

I had a dead battery in a remote at least 20 years old. It wouldnt work with the new battery. I called ODC Watertown. The gentleman on the phone walked me through the process with patience. Tried 3-4 things before we got it right. Fantastic, kind service.

Employees are incompetent, or they lie. Charged 80 dollars to do nothing, literally nothing. I told my wife the spring was broken and needed replaced, they told her it was not broken..... wish i had not been at work.

Absolutely terrible. Their installers installed my doors to tight, bent the rail and burned up the motor. Now they warranty it or service. Go to lowes or anyplace else.
