Im completely satisfied with the combination of Jenn and Mitch. Window parts came in when Jenn said they would and appointment to repair was a few days earlier than Jenns estimate. As for Mitch... I cant say enough good things about him... very knowledgeable, polite, in and out in about 15 minutes and even took his shoes off.Before dealing with Jenn and Mitch we were dealing with others for service that we were not happy with at all.We had eight windows installed downstairs and had no complaints about the installers, it was the service that made us think we would never call them for the remaining five windows that could use replacing downstairs. Now thanks to Jenn and Mitch, we will definitely call them when its time to replace more. We would like to thank them for doing what they said they would and when they said they would do it. Thanks

Windows were put in, in a timely manner, excellent work very professional. Cost was great best around would recommend to anyone wanting to replace windows work area was spotless! Overall excellent service

Fantastic job!!! Took a little longer to than expected due to covid back ups but well worth the wait. Other companys prices were all higher and about the same wait time given. All the windows look great inside and out.

My brother paid them for a window in July of 2020, it is now May of 2021 and they still have not delivered or installed his window. They missed deadlines, and even showed up at the house once with a broken window and asked if he wanted them to put it in. Of course he didnt want them to install a window with broken glass! That was fall of 2020 and they were supposed to reorder the window and come back in a few weeks. Here we are 10 months after he paid them for a window and he has no window and they wont give him a refund .RUN from this place!

I had ordered a window to be replaced at the end of July . I was informed it would take 6-8 weeks to get the window in . Then they would set up a time to install it. I paid $600. Every time I call the office Elaine the office manager keeps telling me, we dont have your window in yet . I have called on numerous occasions and I receive the same response. I would definitely never recommend this business. Very unprofessional and they never call you back. I had asked for a refund.

WE ORDERED WINDOWS TO BE INSTALLED. CONTRACT SIGNED ON JULY 27TH.. $1500 GIVEN AT THAT TIME... WAS TOLD 6-8 WEEKS FOR INSTALL... 8 WEEKS IN NO CALL NOTHING.. I CALL OFFICE FINALLY AND WAS TOLD OH YEA THEY CAME IN LAST WEEK .. SO WE SET APPOINTMENT FOR INSTALL FOR OCT 12TH.. ON THAT DAY THEY WERE A NO SHOW NO CALL.. CALL THEM ON WEDNESDAY THEY SAID NO IDEA WHO TOOK ME OFF SCHEDULE.. SO RESCHEDULED FOR OCT 16TH.. AGAIN NO CALL NO SHOW.. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WE ARE REQUESTING OUR DEPOSIT BACK. AND MOVE ON WITH LIFE....NOT TO MENTION OTHER CONTRACTOR WORKING AROUND WINDOWS FOR A WEEK AT MY EXPENSE.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY....

AWFUL they already had a LENGTHY wait after they mismeasured the window, then their truck mysteriously broke down and they couldnt come, then two weeks later they came back and we had an issue we had to remove before they could work, and here it is attempt number 4 and they are still NOT HERE and still fail to communicate. DO NOT do business with these people!! Unprofessional, poorly staffed and clearly just taking jobs without the workforce to complete them in a timely manner.

Would definitely recommend. From the initial contact through to the installation everything was excellent. Very happy with team who fitted a front door, patio doors and windows throughout the house. All great quality and a lovely finish.

I was asked in a “sales group” to “just google this business and write a positive review”, even though I live in Texas and have never done business here. Ask yourself, would you trust any business where someone is asking for false positive reviews? They may be the best business around for all I know, but a business should earn their review, and based on someone wanting phony reviews, consider this one 100% legit.

Completely positive experience with Window Town Of Watertown. Extremely knowledgeable about their products and excellent after care. The installers are polite and personable, they answered all of my questions after the job and even cleaned up the mess better than it was before they arrived. I couldnt beat their quoted prices, almost to the point where I was expecting workmanship or product quality issues but there was no issues with any of it. The one small issue I did have was corrected immediately. I would absolutely recommend the team to do work on anyones home including my own mothers. Thanks again, Guys!

I was very reluctant to order and have windows installed by window town due to all the commercials. It seemed to good to be true. You do have to look at the smaller writing it isnt a house full of windows. We decided to get a quote from them and got other quotes from other contractors. All our questions were answered and there was no pressure to buy.Window town beat all the quotes. Still reluctant we decided to move ahead. We are so glad we did. The windows look great!! Brett and his staff are amazing. They are true professionals.

They just take your money and dont even pretend to care about you as a person. They scheduled my installation without regard to my work schedule (they just issued a date) and then said that, if I could not make the date, the next date would be at least another two weeks later. Then, when the installation date came, they told me they needed to reschedule.Fine. But, they called me at 8:00 AM to reschedule and I still havent received a new date (at 5:30 PM). I called throughout the day and still havent received any information. So, now, I just have to sit and wait for however long with no information (no new estimate on a new installation date or even an idea of when theyll call me back!). And, when I finally do get a new time, Ill have to make sure that I can take off of work or else Ill have to wait several additional weeks.If a reschedule is necessary, my order should be placed at the top of the queue, because I didnt make the mistake. I was there; they werent.

Late summer 2018 I met with a rep from this company and gave them $500 as a deposit to install two windows. To date November 18, 2018 I have not heard from this company. Every time I phone I am told they are behind and put out another month for install. I phoned the sales rep and he told me that they just do not have enough staff. I feel they took my money and ran. I checked on Yelp and the reviews are the same. They do not contact you and when they do work it is shabby and incomplete. My next step will be hiring an attorney and contacting the better business bureau.

Bad Reviews its all about Quantity not Quality and Service! Dont take my word for, see for yourself!
