Called for a quote for a repair and the first thing she wanted was my credit card number for a quote even. Service guy came and said I needed a new panel. Upon further review I was informed by a competent person that the bottom panel was fine and I needed the bottom piece of medal replaced. The service guy was at my house Thursday(3/28). I went into the office Monday(4/1) and said I wanted to cancel the order that they said would take 3 weeks to get in. She informed me that orders cant be canceled or returned after 24 hours and I need to buy something I dont need. I even offered a to pay a restocking fee to cancel the order. As a result, I was forced to pay for a door panel I did not need or receive.

Excellent work on installing several doors on my storage building. Only a few small problems that were fix very quickly.
