Nice PC store right off I-81. I needed some cash back for the border crossing but ended up getting a slice of 🍕 and a drink from the food section of the store. Pizza was delicious and very large for the price I paid. I went through the self checkout and it was super easy to get it sooner quickly without any waiting on line.

Got everything what we needed for all the time! I like how they have the recycling facility too. Super convenient.

I got this live lobster to cook for my boyfriends mom who is a nurse at Samaritan Hospital as her belated Mothers Day gift. Larry🦞 was a bit over a pound and it cost about $13 and some change. The joy on her face when you taste that sweet meat. Priceless. Good place to shop in Watertown aside Super Walmart or Aldi.😊💜

Normally we love to get the haddock dinners, but tonight was a huge let down. Instead of frying it fresh they grabbed old previously cooked fillets, heated them up and put them in the box. If that is what I wanted I would have got them in the cooler section. Very disappointed.

Update: 6 months later and Im still Banished from Price Chopper after I filed a NYS Human Rights complaint for Harassment and Discrimination then not long after I complained of witness tampering, they fired me and BANISHED me from the store in Watertown NY.Ive reached out to my State senator, congress rep, new governor, their corporate and others about this.I worked there for almost 4 years trying to get promoted. My witness, that i put in my Human Rights complaint, was the one they used to fire and banish me.The whole situation is just wrong.

First time there it looked like a decent grocery store produce department was large and products looked fresh. The rest of the store was good as well. My reason for 4 star was when I got to express check out I had to wait on 2 of their curbside/delivery shoppers in express with way over 15 items. Couldnt they have a separate line for their people doing curbside/delivery rather then hold me up in the express isles???

Pharmacy is great for my fathers meds.

The local Price Chopper amazes me! Although it Carries name brands, I from time to time find really neat things! I like to cook, and many times I find new or unusual things I can cook with. The staff is friendly and helpful, and willing to help you find items that might be difficult to find...a pleasant place to shop!

I have had groceries delivered from here and the quality has always been very good. They have lots of vegan products and their prices are not the worst in town.Heres why they lose two stars.First the bathrooms needed cleaned.Second the employees need reminding that greeting customers is a nice thing to do.Third. This is the big one.In order to get their card you have to give them your drivers licence.I refused.I shouldnt have to give you my personal information in order to get the advertised prices. I want to buy groceries. It shouldnt require your employees to have access to my drivers license number, date of birth, address, etc.

Do you like consistency? Tired of retailers always changing their floorplan making it difficult to shop? Go to Price Chopper. Nothing has changed in over a decade. Well. Except Covid-19 regulations (one way aisles, one way entrances and exits). Heck, some of the staff has even been there for over a decade.Prices are higher but thats supposed to be because youre getting better customer service or something? I dunno. I used self-checkout because I didnt want to wait in line for just coffee creamer and diapers.

Cmon guys, this used to be a great place to shop but now its a downright customer unfriendly. This store has a large senior citizen clientele and you simply couldnt make it any tougher on them. One way in and one way out?? Isnt that a fire code safety issue? One way lanes in the isles with wrong way stickers on the floor? Its not ebola, its not certain death. Every day the message is pounded into us on radio, TV, billboards etc about the 6 rule. We dont need repetitive signs, stickers on the floors, one way isles and customer flow control when we shop. We all know and wear our masks to be team players but this is just rediculous. I hope they change course because I see seniors getting hurt by this extreme store policy. Its not certain death, its slightly worse than flu. Please work with your community and your customer base to fix this.

Their variety compared to other competitors is what keeps them current. Their sales are amazing but the average price seems high. They have some of the best salad choices in town.

The store manager is useless and about as smart as a brick I will never do business and the store again

Only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of my personal experience with the older gentleman that works the area that you buy the fried chicken and other hot foods from. Otherwise its always a pleasure shopping there. The older gentleman in the seafood department is super kind and willing to go the extra mile. Also there was a gentleman gathering carts when I stepped out the car and he was warming and welcoming and that goes a long way. Overall great experience and will continue shopping at this location.

I absolutely love going to Price Chopper for the fresh vegetables and their bagels, but I have to say that I am very impressed with the pharmacist and staff. They are efficient and never seem bothered to answer any questions that I have. I recommend them highly!

Im really disappointed with Price Chopper in Watertown. I shop there and I have my prescriptions sent there. Today I needed an important prescription but I was too sick to drive to get it. I checked online and found that they would deliver for $5. So, I called the pharmacy. They told me that Watertown Price Chopper doesnt do this and that I could have it mailed out but that would not happen until next Tuesday, 4 days from now. I finally called Chriss Cab and he delivered. Now I will not only start using a pharmacy that will deliver but I will be checking everything when I shop at Price Chopper. I dont trust them anymore.

A lot of people complain that this store is too expensive but I want to say that their PICS store brand items are as good as, if not better than, brand name equivalents. From yogurt to canned vegetables to cheese... yeah! And the cashiers are very polite.

Love Price Chopper! Only place we really shop for food items. Great quality food and supplies at great prices! Their meat packages are always great and their deals can save you tons! Staff is always pleasant and selections always good. We have a very large family and make out so well everytime we shop here.

I like Price Chopper for several reasons. First the quality of their meat is really good, second is customer service, and third is coupons they give you. In terms of customer service, I have always gotten assistance when it was needed. Also the money you can earn off on fuel is helpful especially considering the number of trips we make to Syracuse.

Im not from the area, visiting, and didnt want to sign up for an advantage card, but the cashier was nice enough to scan a card for me so I got the discount. Otherwise, good selection, clean, well staffed with friendly people.

I have BEGGED this store to invest in a cart that would safely seat both of my twin toddlers. Ive been given a million excuses, and finally told they cost $600. I have asked every time I enter the store for 19 consecutive months. They have lost most of my business, and Im absolutely sure Im not the only parent in this predicament.

A friendly, well lit, well stocked and reasonably clean food market.Prices are above average, look for specials and avoid purchasing non-food items such as cosmetics, paper goods, etc. These can be had for a fraction of the cost a few hundred feet further down the street.

I love the sales, they are actually great deals. The store card is awesome and I save more shopping here. The deli and bakery are nicer than other stores, and the selections of cheeses and other specialty items rivals Hannaford. Ive never seen it messy inside and they have an onsite butcher that makes this place amazing. 24 hours too!

Went to collect a couple of items for my sons class snack and for a recipe that I was making. The shelves were neat and dust free, and the floors were very clean! The staff were very helpful when I had trouble locating an item.

I am a handicapped person who loves Price Chopper in Watertown, New York! I am always greeted as I enter the store, I always am asked if I need help with my shopping, and always have help out to my car! Your employees are like family to me and I thank them for going out of their way to help me with my shopping! I look forward to shopping at Price Chopper and would like them to know how much I appreciate them especially on my not so good days! Open 24 hours! Decent bakery section with good selections. Produce is fresh and good prices. Some of the store made food is really affordable. Much better selection and prices than walmart.

No one ever attended to me at the seafood section. There was a guy stocking in the area, he did not acknowledge my wife and I standing there. Did not attempt to call anyone to help, just kept on stocking. I would have loved to have a Cod meal for lunch.
