Been going here for over 10 years. I even moved 70 miles away from Watertown and i still travel this far to go to audiologist, because local places here are rude and do not feel welcoming like this place.

Never returned phone calls have been waiting 11 weeks for my hearing aid to be repaired and still no hearing aid story after story...not being able to hear is not fun couldnt hear during my granddaughters graduation ceremony cant hear during church cant hear the door bell cant hear the alarm clock cant hear the smoke detector cant hear the people around me..and they dont care I will NEVER go there again. And I hope you never have to go through what I am going through.. oh yeah no one to complain to either no one cares at this place about you whatsoever!

I love the people here. They are so warm and friendly, I feel almost like family. I never have to wait long for an appointment or wait long in the waiting room. I highly recommend them if you have hearing issues.

Staff and doctor were very nice. Had to bring my 2 year old there for a hearing test, felt like it was a waste of time but not because of the staff, just because theres not a whole lot they can do for a 2 year old. Would highly recommend for an older child or adult.

Great staff the person who saw my husband truly took care . she also helped us with obtaining a caption call phone for him. I cannot say enough about these people.

Took my 2 year old here bc his pediatrician was concerned with his hearing. The lady that did his testing was amazing with him cuz he can be a little stubborn. But she was full of patients and understanding and made it fun for him.
