Bill is very good at what he does and my parents have gone to him for many years and we 110% satisfied. He has gone above and beyond what most places of business would do😊

This character should be in jail. He sold my elderly (86yo) mother $3500.00 worth of new hearing aids. I came in from out of town to take her in to pick them up. She had not been in to their office in 3 years. They handed her the hearing aids in a bag and sent her packing. The owner purports to be a professional. After checking, I found he did graduate from a 3 week hearing aid dispenser course. The guy is a con artist. Go somewhere else..

While visiting from Florida, my husbands hearing aid broke. We were in a panic and called Watertown hearing aid center. It needed to be mailed out and all went well. Everyone was very helpful and so friendly. This is a great business and they treat customers like friends. Being able to hear his grandkids means everything!!! Thanks. Joe and Terri Doherty
