I was carrying in a 20 pound box after mistaking my return area for Kohl’s, I walked around the store with this wide box! I was exhausted and Cass met me at and held the door open, taking to box as soon as possible. Both him and his co-worker were amazing and greeted me with smiles/jokes. Quick, easy, friendly! Best UPS experience thus far.

The manager helped me with my copies and was very efficient. She also helped me with the pricing so I could get the best deal for multiple copies. I am very happy with the store and so close to my home!

Today I brought a large amount of returns to the store…Amazon tricked me and I did not realize I actually needed to have several of my packages prepackaged to ship in different boxes. Tyler Hahn strategized with me, found me boxes, and was so kind! So appreciative and cannot say how grateful I am to him. THANK YOU, TYLER!!

ZERO if there was a slot for a 0 that is what I would put. For one my package was supposed of been at my house on May 4 it didnt come however my neighbor across the street received a package and the driver put it on the wrong porch. Second today May 5 a UPS truck went by didnt slow down at all didnt look on our side of the street. Third dont ever LIE to your customers and lastly GET AMERICANS TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!! I will avoid using your company. You fell far since my uncle use to drive for you.

All the employees are always super friendly and helpful. We do alot of amazon shopping. Unfortunately with doing on line shopping, items received are sometimes not as described or not functional. Any returns I have to make, or any packages I need to ship is handled by the staff with speed and efficiency and the staff is always courteous and professional. You can not go wrong with the staff.

Ups as a whole is great, however this particular store not so much. Was told I wasnt getting my order until a future date because its going to usps so they can do the delivery. I never told him the tracking number come to find out am getting early from what it said. People here dont know what they are talking about. They need a new line of work or at least not be aloud to pick up the phone

I went to the Watertown UPS Store and had really messed up on some important papers being sent. The worker Tyler Hahn I believe he’s the sales associate at this location helped me out so much, he is the kindest most understanding, helpful customer service person I’ve ever worked with, seriously the best! Would highly recommend asking him for help if anyone ever needs anything.

We paid for the delivery to our door and they wont deliver. They tell us the package is undeliverable, but today it was signed for by a mystery person named Ronnie hmmm .... and no, no one in the neighborhood is named Ronnie! Customer service over the phone made my husbands blood pressure go up! They said theyd get back to us with some kind of answer in an hour!!

What wonderful people! The delivery guys were very courteous and kind. The driver came up to my door just to give me 2 dog treats when he noticed my two puppers at the door. Wish I had the presence of mind to take note of your name, but Im ever so grateful. thank you for providing outstanding service.

I like going here, they offer all the services I need from shipping to stamps. Plus a lot of other services, copying, faxing and shredding . The guys are very friendly and helpful, unlike the post office.

I didnt realize the business was there. I just stopped to see if they offered printing services. I was very impressed by the store. They offer printing services and sell office supplies. I couldnt believe how quickly I was offered assistance and how friendly they were. A bit pricey, but the prices are clearly posted, so you know what to expect. Good location with ample parking.

I understand the delivery company is separate however, the package was suppose to be here last Friday... they said they attempted to mail it except I was home all day and they just stuck a sticker on the door and called it good. It said to go to the ups store and it would be there. I went there on Saturday and they said my package wasn’t there and that it will be there on Tuesday. It is now Tuesday and I have been home since noon. No one has attempted to deliver a package or anything.Highly disappointed in this disorganized company.

Great new UPS store. Staff is friendly and the hours are good. All the shipping materials in one stop shopping and easy drop off.

My advice is to stay as far away from this business as possible. As a local business owner myself all I can say about the person we spoke to was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. After lugging two big boxes in from our car, the person at the counter questioned us about what the packages contained. We told him we were sending Christmas gifts back home to Florida before we flew back in a few days. He wanted to know each and every item in the box. A rug shampoo machine, clothing, and other Christmas gifts . When he heard there was a rifle scope ( only a scope ) I thought he was going to melt down and start crying. He told us this was not allowed and asked us to go somewhere else to ship our package. I think we triggered him . The person at the counter had an unprofessional appearance and his demeanor was rude and obnoxious .
