Tire warehouse was able to get my truck in very quickly and swapped out my tires and did a repair to another very quickly. Excellent service and great communication.

The entrance is a little unusual -- you walk in front of cars being worked on. :) But that doesnt affect the quality of their service. I waited roughly 40 minutes to have two tires replaced, filled, and balanced, which was quicker than I expected. Despite apparently being short-staffed at the front desk -- and possibly stressed -- their team handled several phone calls and walk-in customers efficiently.

I am a travel nurse and needed new tires before traveling to my next assignment. The guys in the shop were awesome. I can’t say enough good about this shop. I dread taking my car to the shop for repairs but, there I was treated with respect. All the staff was courteous, kind and patient with my questions. Being away from home, their kindness meant a lot.

The people and customer service here is incredible. They are friendly and beyond accommodating. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

Was in a pinch on Sunday with a flat tire coming back from a camping trip and trying to get back to Boston for a Sox game. These guys were open, told them my situation and got me in and out in under and hour. They were pleasant and professional. Best service in town!!! Thank you! I Went in for front end alignment. They found a huge nail in my back tire, and plugged it without charging me extra. The lady at the desk said she wasnt going to charge me because I already had enough going on in my life with medical stuff. Its the small things in life that really make a difference in peoples lives. Her little act of kindness changed my whole attitude that day as it wasnt a good day at that point, but she made my day! It really is the little things that matter!!!

I called the business on a Monday evening about 10 minutes before close with a punctured tire. About 7 minutes away, they instructed me to come by and they would take a look. They competed the job with no fuss and no charge regardless payment was necessary on my end for the appreciation. Again, thank you guys and gals at Waterville Tire:)

Had tires mounted balanced and the alignment done as to prevent cupping. (2018 Tacoma) Made it home and I was missing three out of the 4 center caps I’m assuming from being pried off. That part I can live with we all make mistakes but tires are not cheap so you can imagine how disappointed I am after about 10k with 2 rotations my tires are still cupping terribly. Will need to see a real mechanic for an alignment. Will not be returning for any sort of services. I suggest if you have the coin to rip through tires and center caps this is the place for you, if not stand warned. Plenty of photos if you need the proof.

I recommend tire warehouse in Waterville Maine 100% over anywhere else in the area. My tire was low pressure and I went in they put air in it and they were able to quickly plug the tire for me. I am very impressed with the outcome. If you’re looking for someone to do your tires definitely go there. They beat the prices everywhere else and you don’t have to worry about your car having any additional damage like some of the other places when you leave.

I unexpectedly got a flat tire, called up Tire Warehouse and they told me to come on down and they’d help me out. The service staff was very pleasant and helpful. For as busy as they were, they still were able to get my tire fixed in between other vehicles. The staff kept me updated on the process with my vehicle, leaving me with no questions to ask :) indoors was nice and cool on an 85 degree day which was an added bonus. I’d definitely recommend this shop for any vehicle needs!

I called on earlier in the morning looking for a kind of unique tire for my vehicle. Not only did Craig reassure me that they had what I was looking for, but they had the tire at a very reasonable price. The waiting room was super clean and very well air conditioned and had snacking facilities at the fingertips. If youre looking for a quick tire change,I recommend these folks.

Had something puncture my tire Sunday night. Monday morning I went to Tire Warehouse desperately hoping they could fit me in to their busy schedule. Dan was absolutely fantastic- was able to leave my tire there while I went to work and he had it fixed and called me to tell me it was ready before lunch. The guys here are always quick, courteous, and friendly. Honestly made a very stressful situation so much easier!

Tire Warehouse in Waterville provided fantastic service. I called them when one of my tires had a slow leak. I thought I was going to need 2 new tires, so I booked an appointment with them. It turned out that after repairing the one tire, I just needed a rotation and Tire Warehouse accommodated the change.

Slow leak, dropped it off and got the call to pick it up. $25 later I was back in my ride. The guy that cashed me out was quick and courteous.

This tire warehouse location has always been so kind and helpful to me, from last minute air pressure checks in the dead of winter to fixing leaking tires for me. They’re helping me limp these tires along until I can buy new ones, and I appreciate that so much!

Had large screw in my tire and I was about to leave town. Despite being totally booked with work they got me in and plugged the tire. Great service.

Being an independent contractor I average 50000 plus miles a year on my service vehicle. Tires are replaced every year at TW. About 3 weeks ago they really confirmed why I keep going to them. I had a rear tire with a screw in it, took it in for repair and somewhere during the repair the tire was damaged making it non useable. Now they could have come out and gave a song and dance about how the tire was not repairable and that I needed to buy a new tire. That is not what happened when I arrived to get the tire, he stated right up front they damaged the tire and they would make it right and they DID. Yes, I had to wait for the tire to be ordered and shipped to the store, which was a couple of days and some people this would have been a “sky is falling” moment in their life. However they did EVERYTHING RIGHT! Everything they could do at that point in time was done. So getting upset would have been pointless. TW said the we’re going to do something and they did it, I find that EXTREMELY RARE these days. I deal with a lot people inside and outside my industry and the old adage that good help is hard to find these days could not be more true. THANK YOU to all the guys at the Waterville Tire Warehouse.

The actual service while I was there was good. They only get 3 stars because I ordered tires through them over a month ago, and when I got there my tires I ordered were not at the store. In fact, only 1 existed in the whole state.I am editing this review. I needed an oil change and just took it to the dealership. I had a tire vibration at highway speeds so asked them to take a look to make sure the tires were balanced. They explained the weight was placed improperly and was actually hitting my rotor.Never again will I go to tire warehouse.

I have gone to Tire Warehouse for years !! Always able to fix flat tires with quickness and fair prices. Just pulled a nail yesterday. Need 4 tires? They are the lowest !! I always get right in and if busy, I can drop the car off. Its right off I95 on KMD. These people are the best !!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Tire Warehouse in Waterville, Maine. I called on a Wednesday to set up an appointment to have my tires replaced and an alignment performed. The tires would need to be procured from another store, but I was told the Belfast store had the tires and they could have them for me by Friday for my appointment. I arrived as scheduled to my appointment on Friday to discover that they had neglected to obtain the tires from another store as previously arranged. So then I had to wait a full hour extra for the tires to arrive before they could begin work on my car. I could hear the two guys at the front desk arguing about whose fault it was and speculating on when and if my tires would arrive. At no point did I receive an update on how progress. I finally got up and checked myself to see if my car was being worked on. At the end it was a full hour longer than intended and not once did I receive an apology or a discount off the service. I left extremely frustrated and returned to my car to discover that everything had been moved for the short test drive, not just the seat, but also the steering wheel and mirrors which only added to my frustration. Mistakes happen, but acknowledgement or apology would have been nice. On top of that I complained to the parent company through e-mail to give them an opportunity to comment and never received a response.

My son needed his tire repaired due to a utility blade stuck in the tread. Even though Tire warehouses schedule was busy he said drop it off and theyll try to get it in that day. My wife and son drove 40 miles to drop it off and Dan said theyll fix it while they wait and they did. Dan took care of my Family and he has gained a new customer thank you Sir!

I arrived at this location Sunday 11/20 at approximately 2:50 PM to see if it was possible to get my all season tires swapped out with a set of winter studded tires that I already own. I have been to this location before and have seen it under busier circumstances, this day and time I noticed very few cars in the parking lot, and although there was a car in each of the outdoor bays, there were no employees working on them, I only noticed a couple employees talking to each other at the inside garage bays, one employee using his smart phone in the customer waiting area, and one gentleman behind the front counter. There were no waiting customers in the customer waiting area. As soon as I walked through the door I could tell by the reaction from the employee behind the counter that he did not want to deal with me. He did ask how he could help and I asked when I could get my winter tires swapped over to my car, he said if I was to leave the car behind then they might be able to get to it in 3 hours. Not sure if he expected me to buy that since I knew the shop closed in nearly 2 hours, but I got the hint it was not going to happen on that day. I accepted this and next asked if I could make an appointment in the next week to bring the car in. I was told no that was not possible and they only accept first come first serve, and it would be best if I arrived first thing in the morning. I find this to be an inaccurate and lazy excuse as there is a Make Appointment icon on the Tire Warehouse website, and I have made appointments in the past. I explained that was not ideal for me since I work a Monday - Friday job with set hours. He really didnt seem to care and I just left the store amazed how little effort was taken to help me out for something so simple. I have used this location a few times and have been able to make an appointment before, but because of the attitude and atmosphere I witnessed this time I am done. I will not be back to another Tire Warehouse anywhere.

Been going to Tire Warehouse for 25 years for my tires on all my vehicles and they are always competitive with their pricing. They recommended nitrogen for better performance and wear and thats all I use now in all my tires and recommend to everyone I know.

Pulled off the highway on my way to a fishing trip when my tire light came on. Put in some air but there was a slow leak and a good sized nail in tire. I made it to Tire Warehouse and they patched my tire in less than an hour! No vacation time lost, these guys are great!
