The 4 low was flashing on our Toyota truck. We took it to another dealer, who said they could fix it. They put 2 big parts on it which didnt fix it, but said if we wanted to keep bringing it back they would continue to put parts on and charge us. We declined and contacted Central Maine Toyota, and they said bring it down, and they were confident they could fix it. Instead of just putting parts on, they tested everything and found the problem, and when the light started flashing again they tested again and found another problem which did fix the problem. They kept the truck and tried everything to make sure the light wouldnt come on, and it didnt. They are honest, kept us informed of what was happening, and we paid what was quoted. A lot of vehicles are having trouble with the 4-wheel drive light, and if it happens to you, call Central Maine because they can fix it. They work on all vehicles. We are so happy our truck is fixed. The service department got the job done and if you look on sites and see all the people with problems with 4-wheel drives, and are getting so discouraged, we just wanted everyone to know, the place to go is here. Fantastic job. Thank you Central Maine.

The folks at Central Maine Motors, specifically the Toyota dealership, are great! We found a great used minivan with salesman Chris Albee’s help and are very pleased with the purchase. Like most businesses right now, they are a tad short handed due to the pandemic but are really putting the effort in to ensure customers are still receiving top-level service, whether it’s processing paperwork or servicing/cleaning cars post-purchase.
Very accommodating, Don helped us find affordable car, process was quick, reasonable trade offer although could have been a little better. But overall, Im very happy with the service and no pressure. Theyre prices are fair and better than other car lots. Don is a really good guy. He put us in a great car. I will be buying all my vehicles here going forward.

I’ll never deal with these guys again, took my 2015 Dodge Charger get new tires 6 months after getting the car, people changing the tires tell me that both tie rod ends are bent to the point that the car would have had to have damage for them to be bent like they are, all I get from the dealer and my salesmen are, what did you hit? My car is in the same shape as I bought it in… these guys are not willing to give me my money back for the tie rod ends, I’ve been after them since getting the car about getting my radio fixed, they have a hundred million excuses to why it hasn’t been done yet even after the radio manufacturer said it needed to be replaced… I will NOT recommend this place to anyone! This is specifically the Waterville locations!

I brought my Toyota 4Runner in for inspection and possible lease buy out, June 24, 2021. The employees were all nice enough. I needed brakes before my vehicle would pass inspection. I was sent a nice little video of the work that was being done. I paid $1,096 for brakes, rotors and labor. The invoice was put in Central Maine Toyota’s name? Not sure why, but it was. The next day, starting out, my brakes squealed unbearably!!! I thought the new pads were just adjusting. When it continued every morning starting out, I contacted the dealership service department. They could not find the invoice of the work ever being done!!! I then sent them a copy of the invoice and still nothing? They have ignored my every attempt to fix the problem. My brakes still squeal, especially when damp outside. Something is obviously very wrong and they continue to ignore me. Now I want my money back, so I can bring it elsewhere to have it fixed the right way!! I am very disappointed in the lack of response from Chris, service manager, and feel my vehicle is not safe!
I got there early & were able to work on the car early. It was nice being able to wait at the picnic table. And certainly felt safer than waiting in an indoor waiting room. And everyone seemed pleasant and were patient with my hearing loss.The job didnt take long and looks good...there was a strong paint smell in the car for a couple days so I figure the work caused some scrapes on the dashboard. But everything looks good. Very pleased with the job done.Thanks to Chris & everyone.

We really appreciated Central Maine Toyota service dept allowing us to squeeze in at the last moment, to get the vent fan repaired on our Rav4 yesterday. Gordon is on dialysis at 5am three days a week and needs the fan working to keep the windshield clear. A big THANKS to the service staff.

I went to your web site several times over the past month but didnt see anything that met my needs, and was in my price range.Then a few days ago I saw a truck that was exactly what I was looking for, but it was in the upper range of what I wanted to spend. However, I did drop by to take a look at it.As I was looking it over Lance Libby came out and offered to help me. I told him that I really liked this truck and I made him an offer. I was in a hurry on that day and asked him to get back to me with his answer.He called me back later in the day and told me that he couldnt go as low as my offer but he could take a couple hundred dollars off the asking price. I told him I would think it over.I spent the next few days checking other dealers offerings but found nothing that was close to what I was looking for. So, I called Lance and told him that the only thing missing from that truck that I wanted was running boards and that I would pay the asking price if he would install a pair of running boards. He called me back and agreed to that request and we made a verbal agreement.I went back down on August 3rd and we made a formal agreement and I gave him a check in the amount agreed to. I picked the truck up on Friday August 6th and Im very pleased with the truck, the service I got a Central Maine Toyota, and the calm and friendly manner exhibited by Lance Libby. I guess Im all done going to Bangor for vehicles.

I find Central Maine Toyota service department to be outstanding. Every time I need service for my car, I go there. They have shown me elements in my car that were unknown to me and improved my experience driving. They are easy to work with and always complete service completely.
It was my first time here for my car. Very clean waiting room They were able to get me right in and service was quick and professional. My one suggestion was for them to offer wifi. My phone didn’t work at all while I was there so I wasn’t able to work while I waited. Other than that it was a great experience.
Tyler was incredible. My family and I just moved to Maine, and we’re in the market for a truck. After 3 days of a terrible experience with a dealership in Bangor, we decided to look elsewhere. I drove an hour to Waterville were Tyler had the trucks I was interested in ready! I took one for a test drive, and 2 hours later I owned it. Staff was pleasant. Getting my car ready to go took too long. I waited over two hours after the loan was approved, and then I still had to have the salesman go get it for me.

This place was awesome. They fixed the two recalls on my Toyota and all I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. Nobody trying to sell me anything or push unnecessary work on me. I had many features on my jeep that NEVER worked from the time of purchase, which is recorded as Ive called many times. I live an hour away and was given the free rental when I finally got the chance to make the drive for repairs. Right as I got back home I was informed that my parts were not covered and Id be paying out of pocket. They also didnt have these parts and would need to order them. I was then told I needed to bring the rental back.. NOW. Did I also mention I have a job Im at for 12hrs at a time? I couldnt. Thats the whole reason I got the rental, I was on a work stretch. The man on the phone was super rude and irritated with me and kept repeating he needed the rental back. I dont even want my vehicle anymore. Ill pay for the repairs and then Ill sell and buy from somewhere else.

I put a lot of miles on my Toyota RAV4 and need service every 8 weeks. At my service I always make my next appointment and one time I showed up at the 8 week mark to find I was not in the system to have a service but luckily Darryl made the effort and still got me in that day. I appreciate the Waterville ME Toyota service team and all that they do.
I called to make an appointment for a couple small things including a state inspection. They noticed a recall item and booked an appointment for everything 3 weeks out. My items went to the bottom of the list and after having my vehicle for two days it was returned uninspected and I was invited to schedule another appointment 3 more weeks out.
Bob was extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process of trading in my vehicle. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
We stopped by to see if the service department could do a state inspection, they made time to do it without an appointment.While there we talked about an upcoming recall. We had a wonderful experience working with the folks at Central Maine Toyota. To highlight, before all the details, Matt Loubier was our sales rep at the beginning and worked his tail off to help my daughter purchase her first vehicle with her own money. He was patient and answered every question we had while standing in the scorching heat. Once she finally decided on the vehicle she loved after a half dozen test drives, he was great about not pressuring her and even offering for her to take it home for the night to decide. Needless to say she was happy to have the extra time and she ended up purchasing the vehicle with complete confidence. To add to this already great experience, I noted the Toyota Tundra truck package I had been searching for while waiting for my daughter. Matt let me have that for the night to tryout as well. Hesitant to fall in love too much, I returned the next morning skeptical about the financing. After looking over my trade, I was able to get this amazing truck for the same payment as the one I was trading with literally no hassle! Though Matt did most of the heavy lifting, Phillip Roy and Bob McQuillan were also a huge help and easy to work with. Finally, I have to give a shout out to Kurtis Scott who took the time to walk me through my vehicle and answer a bunch more questions to help me get off on the right track. Bought my Hyundai Tucson from central maine motors chevy and ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me a call before my inspection sticker ran out to set up a appointment for it and unfortunately I wasnt able to do it then. How ever when it called back to set up a appointment they were extremely busy at all locations but found a cancelation and got me in for my free inspection. Great experience. Will be checking with ben again for my next vehicle.

Reported in 10 minutes early service rep took a cursive look and went to get a technician we walked to KFC and had lunch walked back and only waited about 10 minutes . Light was reset but the cause could not be duplicated. Hopefully the cindition that caused it doesnt come back.
I guess I was a little disappointed due to the fact I was told my last free oil change and two tire rotations would transfer with me to another Toyota dealership when I moved back to Maine from Florida. When booking the appointment I was even told “yes I see your car care here.” Just disappointing when your checking out expecting to pay little to nothing only to end up paying for everything in full…
