Wow! What a Walmart!Everything a Walmart should be - absolutely super. Here you can find pretty much anything - of course within reasonable limits - you can possibly think of, fresh vegetables, aged wines, tennis rackets, beach towels etc.The staff in this woderland of shopping are helpful and knowledgeable, giving excellent advise and suggestions.

The greeter at the grocery door was fantastic help this Sunday evening! But the store is going through so many changes that you need a treasure map to find anything! Looking forward to everything being restocked! The juice area is pathetic along with other areas not stocked!It’s Great to see real live cashiers!

This store is currently barren. Not that its the stores fault but they dont have many employees. If you are looking for something thats fairly popular you may not find it here

When buying $300 worth of groceries and you have to use self check out, you can’t buy a PAPER bags to hold your purchases. BUT you can buy paper bags if you use the online delivery to your house and it cost nothing for me to use this service… Does not make any sense to me!

Had a receipt. Would not return or exchange my defective vacuum. Was defective since date of purchase. Manager does not return calls for escalated concerns.

For me its simple if you have a app or website where it tells you that there is a product at this location that you need and you drive for an hour to get their to be told that we dont have it in stock upon I reply with oh cus your website says you have it. And then I got told sir I dont care what the website says. We havent had those in a while.

Super cheap on most items cheaper than any other grocery store around I just try not to buy produce or meats from there I will give that business to my other stores

Good in some areas. Needs improvement in others. Store is clean and relatively well stocked. The need to do something about their produce refrigerator. Maybe the setting is too cold. All lettuces looked wilty.They also need the front end supervisor present early in the morning for more registers to be opened when they open the store.

Delivery is the best. Products arent always available lately but you cant blame that on Walmart

We went in for a bike and Jennifer in seasonal was great. She had excelent customer service. She helped us find a bike and brought it to the register and out to the car for us.

Cant get food orders right and drown burgers in ketchup mustard and mayo mind you all fast joints are the same .Get the customer in and out

Feel safer getting groceries online and picked up at the store. The associates are very friendly. Bags could be packed better. 1/2 gallon milk and eggs dont belong together in a small bag for instance. And others were quite heavy. But I dont put the full blame on these associates, there should be bagging training since they are doing so much of it.

Like all Super Walmarts it generally has what I am looking for at an affordable price.

I wont be going to this Walmart anymore, I will visit the one in Augusta. The people working at this one cant be bothered. I asked for assistance in the tv department and the employee said I dont know and walked away.

Employees acted like it was a bother to do there job and help customers. Paint dept needs serious restocking and someone who can answer questions. Entire store needs a thorough cleaning and organizing. Bottom line today was very disappointing. ☆ Added bonus ☆ there was a hole in the parking lot large enough to engulf an entire orange traffic cone!

Parking lot has angeled parking spaces, which personally I really dont like. The staff also does not seem as friendly as the Skowhegan store. This store does seem to have a larger variety of grocery items than Skowhegan though.

I try not to write bad reviews as I know how it feels. This Walmart needs some work though. The parking lot is horrible...it needs another way in and out and its in horrible shape. Staff has to work but they need to be able to keep their U-boats to one side of an aisle so customers can get thru.

The pharmacy gets 5 stars. I recently switched parmacies due to insurance and pricing. Each member of the pharmacy that I have been in contact with has been extremely friendly and helpful. The 4 rating is because of the store layout. I find the store questionable in its design and flow. Oddly laid out and confusing. This does not apply to the grocery section.

Walmart shopping is very convenient. Aside from the dollars spent not getting circulated back into the Waterville community its a nice store.

They need more Mark carts for people with disabilities and make sure they are charged in batteries are good and dont lose charge as soon as you get on it

When we went in to get our new TV stand, it was later in the evening so there werent many associates, however, the two we encountered were great, friendly, and Connor went above and beyond.

Grocery aisles are barren, I only came to get uncrustables and taco bell chipotle sauce (the only place i can find it).

I went to the local Walmart in Waterville to return an item and he was willing to return it everything was fine and dandy until my you was out of date so he wasnt willing to accept it so a friend of mine is going to use her ID and he change to real quick so I cant really disrespectful and rude I noticed we cant walk right now because of injury doing to my foot he said you know when you get up off that that wheelchair and walk to your car and get you your ID or valid one and then well do something straight 8 unit disrespect all the way through through every time I come here theres an issue with this man some people just going to be working with the community and that would be this gentleman

Walmart needs more people for customer service and plus they never answer the phone, when you have a question! And some of the people there are rude !

Neat. Clean. First class facilities. However one thing to point out: they were supposed to give a wakeup call to 20 members of our tour group. They didnt. When I called the front desk at 6:13 to ask them to give wakeup calls to other rooms of our group, he responded that they will make sure wakeup calls will be made next morning. But we had to leave this morning after breakfast at 7. No members had the wakeup calls.

Went shopping for a few items today, found what I was looking for without hassle. The staff was busy, and helpful. With all thats going on, its nice to be able to get what you need.

The greatest store opportunity on Earth Walmart where one mom can get it all and take the kids too. And be home for supper with Dad affordably.

Worst place to work at. NOT WORTH THE 17.50 an hour. From the first day I got there I had to look around the whole store to find someone to tell me what to do. When I injured my self Cheryl lied on the report and then wrote me up for it. While I was injured I was zoning and all the team leads we’re teaching me how to zone a different way and they wrote me up for their incompetence. No wonder they needed to raise their rates, it’s the only way they could keep people.

I used the Walmart to go. I places my order and they substituted items that were not remotely similar. They did not notify me of the substituted items until my order was ready for pick up... This is not the first time this has happened this is an ongoing issue. The people that pick the orders do not know how to do the substitutions or they say an item is not available but I can go in the store immediately after picking up my order and purchase it.... extremely frustrating 😑

I shop there for groceries & house hold items. Then I have to go to Hannaford to finish groceries as Walmart is out of too many items. It gets very frustrating every week.

Went here to browse power tool section, they have minimal power tool selection likely caused by covid conditions. I needed a cordless reciprocating saw to replace the broken i have now. Not one other than the display was available for purchase. Lots of stuff that really dont sell, however almost no power tool selection, which ultimately makes me have to shop elsewhere. What a pain in my rear...

It was busy, but I got everything I needed, and the checkout line was pretty quick. Cashier was courteous, friendly, and bagged my groceries with care. Also, I love how they are taking covid precautions seriously.

Walmart keeps changing. Many products are no longer carried in store, and everything is being upsized. I can no longer buy small amounts. Like small cans of pineapple and all meats, and some produce. Much food goes to waste when you have to buy larger quantities.Also Im sick of waiting in long lines to check out, with only 1 or 2 cashiers. Being elderly, its difficult standing in line long times. Shopping more at Hannaford these days.

It was great everyone was polite, but there should have been more cashiers for non-shelf checkout.

I understand its a state law to not have plastic bags but for you not to have paper bags available for five cents like every other retailer is ridiculous. When I order from Amazon it comes in a box... and I dont have to pay for the box.

The employee like to smoke Infront of entrance, they must feel they working to hard dont want customer in store, part time jobs are for promotion for Medicine, eye drops, nose spray, I have noticed less congregating out front, Hopefully they kicked the habbits.💕

I love this Walmart! The staff are so friendly, especially the staff who help with the grocery pickup. They’re fast, efficient, and they know what they are doing. It’s also nice because it is never that busy. Check this place out!

I love this place. Even with todays chaos and you can go and find good deals.

Hire more cashiers. Only having one working, and making customers wait 25 min to check out with a line of 10 people is pretty bad. Horrible management. Nice staff tho :)
