If I could do zero starts I would! Nothing ever works, and the staff are extremely rude. Yall need to do better. I am disgusted as the place is always dirty, and one thing or an other is always out of order making it very inconvenient for customers. I will gladly travel 30+ minutes from my house to do laundry where the establishment is clean, and has staff that actually assists customer and not curse at us because we need change for laundry and the coin machine doesnt work!Update!! 8/29/2021Went there today and none of the coin slots on the washing machines were useable!!! Every single one of them blocked as if they were in use, but only 2 or 3 were in use! Waste of space POS of a business!!! Should be shut down at this point

Need i say more ..either close it or manage it . either way it reflects badly on all of Big Apple Co. and its sad and your team deserves better

Great customer service their nice people

I swept the laundry mat floors because the attendant were too lazy and didn t care, some of the washers are outdated, the maintenance never get rid of the cobwebs from the overhangs & the cashier attendants are moody. Panhandling there makes me feel uneasy.
