We needed a couch so badly and checked here at Northern Mattress in Waterville; The guy who helped us was beyond knowledgeable about his products and very helpful (I believe his name is Dustin). We picked a set out and he helped us load it in the truck, were very appreciative of everything and we love our couch!

Steve at the Waterville store was friendly & helpful! It was cool to test what pressure points we had when laying down and no interest financing sale was on just when we were looking. They made every effort to deliver my purchase when it worked for us and the delivery guys were friendly and helpful! It was a good experience!

Out shopping with daughter stop in but was 10mins before they were closing salesman was cool let try out a mattress for my back. Awesome with adjustable platform. He adjusted till my back wasnt hurting anymore. I need to have that mattress too bad it was so expensive. Point of story salesman stayed to find right mattress and was very funny and silly never hurried me out and help me find my perfect mattress. So thanks for that.

We have been shopping for a new mattress for a few weeks ad spent a Saturday going from store to store but still not happy. We continued our search on Sunday with the first, and last stop at Northerm.Mattress & Furnture in Waterville. Steve met us at the door and pent a great deal.of time with us determining the best fit for us. His nonpressure approach..knowledge and helpfulness were things we appreciated. He was there to answer questions then left us to decide on our own. After purchasing a mattress. we looked around a ended up.buying a couch as well. This second item.was mainly due to the fact we liked Steve and wanted to purchase it from.him.rather than someone else at a later date. We had purchased a 3 piece livingroom.set from NM 30 years ago and it was the best qu ad lit set we have owned. In fact, we still have the loveseat and chair in perfect condition. A big th add nk.you to Steve!
