Dustin Battle is our go to ATNT rep. He moved to Watsonville when you sold the Capitola store and we made a special trip to have him help us. He has helped our whole family including my 85 year old mother. His kind, patient trusting demeanor is the best. He deserves a raise😀

I ordered my new 13 and it wasn’t working. When the rep helped me he fixed my issue. Turns out all I had to do was go online and go through the activation process. I’m happy the rep was very helpful and nice about it and didn’t make me feel dumb.

I came in to pay my bill and left with stuff for my phone they had a nice promotion where you buy 2 things and get one free. The staff is always nice here

They did a really good job helping me with my phone 😊. Great customer service. I switched to At&t from Us Cellular, I was able to keep the same phone number because my phone was not locked.

Easy to get to lots of parking. Good size store with large # of staff to help. Nice selection of accessories. Can pay your bill or use one of 3 prepay machines inside.

Standard AT&T store. Went in and was immediately greeted. They answered a few of my oddball questions within a few minutes, good service.Pretty busy during each of my visits over a year.

Wow - I am amazed that ATT is able to treat their customers with such disregard. After waiting for their tech to arrive to install dsl all day Tuesday, and him never showing up, I spent 2h on the phone trying to get an appointment within the next week - no dice. We left a review of the Capitola store, and within a day they responded and asked that we come to Watsonville and stated that they would resolve our issue. After waiting outside for 20 min for a team meeting to conclude, the polite salesperson informed me that they have no additional access to appointment scheduling. ATT continues to waste our time with their monopolistic poor customer service. I just wish we had another option.

As she was helping me activate my new phone i received from insurance I told her it was hard for me to keep track with all my appointments on my phone and she recommended an iPad. Im getting frustrated with the current system of management of this store. They seem like theyre trying to bring AT&T out of Watsonville.I waited a long while just to pay my internet bill. No, I dont want to talk about the offers you have for the new iPhone. No, I dont want to have DirectTV installed and bundled. I just want to pay my bill.This location had the self-service kiosks and made the process of paying my internet fast and easy. Why did they have to remove the kiosks? Now the whole store is a shipwreck.Pathetic

I got a better prepaid plan with 15 gb vs 6 gb att data for the same price at Verizon. I was very very happy. Great people at Verizon store. The people at the AT&t store East side were very nice also. I wanted to get rid of AT&T because I could not make calls at home and when I went into the store it turns out that tech said it would be five more days before I would have reliable service as they were working on the towers in my area. I have a business, I cant afford to lose calls. I asked Att if there was a nearby Verizon store and they were nice and referred me to Verizon. AT&t is okay. I understand working on towers but for me to have to hear it would go on for 5 days? No. Not acceptable.

Was in there earlier today. Got acknowledged by a lady saying someone would be right with me since they were all busy. One guy became available a few minutes after I walked in (I saw his customer leave), he did NOT come over and see if I needed anything. I even walked over and pretended to look at something to buy, still NO acknowledgement from him. Make matters worse, when he was free, he was on his cell phone!!!! So I walked out. Unacceptable. Sucks this is the only att in town.

Long waits, poor service. Its ATT. Salinas and Capitola are slightly less awful if you have to actually go to one of their stores.

Worst AT&T store I have ever visited in my life. Everytime I go its worse. I waited two hours and then when it was my turn they said sorry we cant help you were closing now. No one who works there is knowledgeable about any of their products, its like talking to a wall. Would never recommend going to this store, even if it was a last resort.
